FS2CREW: ULTIMATE GROUND CREW X

Tried to create short key to open the main menu but it does not work. tried many keys combination and tried joystick keys for tow plane but no success. edited ini file and changed off to keyboard keys or joystick buttons but it did not work. I am using P3d5 HF2.

Aerosoft Frankfurt Prof. EDDF, Gate A16, and UCGX tells me the Aircraft is not in a parking spot. Which is apparently not true. Any idea what could cause this ? Hello, Voice Control Problem in new UGCX Version: (Old Version run´s good) By the Point "We are Ready for Pushback and Engine start left/ right", no Reaction from UGCX by Voice. Hello! I reinstalled UGCX after a while, now on V2.0 - for P3Dv4. I was on Taxi to Gate LFPG Paris on Gate A38 - when I select the menu entry for setting up the Aircraft profile I get an in-sim message that UGCX could not find the airport nearest to me... the menu for setting up the aircraft proile was not opened. As I selected "Customize Aircraft Offsets" it crashed to Desktop.

I run FSX:SE; Installed UGCX. Appears in the ADDons menu in the aircraft (PMDG 737NGX) but when I select any action (pushback, etc.) no vehicles or people appear. Tried uninstalling and re-installing, same problem. Read all the manuals, watched all the terrible Youtube videos, contacted FS2Crew. They sent me a new dll.xml file, which I installed, no change. I read through the whole log file. No change. Fs2crew then sent me here and recommended I get your advice. So here I am. Any ideas, other than to go back to GSX, which worked flawlessly. Yesterday sitting at the FedEx ramp at KOAK, UGCX couldn't find the airport (Cloudberry Sim scenery). Hello, anybody here with issues in combination with UGCX Pushback and Fslabs Airbus? No turning Nosewheel during Pushback. NW Steering disconnect, Pin removed, Hydraulik off. Testing with all Joysticks switching off but it doesn't work. Special Settings needed in Aircraft Profil settings? Using UGCX V2.0 and last Fslabs Version for P3dV4 HF3 Regards Roman

Hi I seem to be getting a CTD using the Aerosoft A330,... once i start UGCX it connects fine and pushes back but if i go to an external view it CTDs,...eg once its connected and you then have to click on an option to push back or be ready to go etc if you select an external view it will CTD ....no CTDs without using UGCX... or if i dont use an external view then no CTD. UGCX2 is installed and logged in as administrator in the P3D (4.5HF) folder. When I press the UGCX icon now, the picture with the 8 contact fields appears (these are selectable). At the bottom left is Config Manager 2.0, nothing else happens, also in the P3D there is no Add-ons in the upper bar, the P3D and the PC has been rebooted several times. What went wrong? Does the UCGX not work with the Aerosoft's A330 Professional for P3Dv4.5? I called for a pushback at FSDG's FMEE and despite going through the dialogue, they just sat there like lemons when instructions given which way to pushback! Is the UCGX not compatible with the AS A330?

A new UGCX user from Australia just sent us the video he made showing UGCX in his home cockpit. He's using Voice Control as the interface option. It's pretty cool video 🙂

Hi, I just bought this product and I can't get any vehicles etc to show. All the menus show up ok.. but no action. I run FSX boxed version with many addons over the years. I have had no problems with addons before. FSX is placed in the following: Computer C, Program files (x86) Microsoft Games, Microsoft Flight Simulator. I can fly real planes but no nothing about computers, so any help on what to do would be a great help. Cheers Paul

Hi Bryan, Maybe as a suggestion for a future update. To get the ramp guy to wait until the captain confirms good engine starts? Now, the german voice at least says "good engine starts from down here", which is not the case always. On the 747 for instance - during a shorter pushback, there is no way to be able to start the engines that soon. Or could you maybe consider an option for this? It's a really nice software, but just to make it even a little bit more realistic? Br. Kyrre Andersen

Hello, After a couple of attempts now, during pushback the FSL A320 tips back on it's tail during pushback. And yes, I am 100% positive that my parking brake is off and that the chocks are removed. It's happened twice now. Latest versions of UCGX (2.0) and FSL (v2.0.2.450) with P3D 4.5 HF1 being used. Airports: Drzewiecki Design EPGD (Gdansk) and Aerosoft ENTO (Sandefjord Torp X) When the pushback is completed, the nose gear settles back on the ground as normal. The rest of the pushback works "as normal" I would say. A bit of a scary experience for my virtual pax 😄 Br. Kyrre Andersen

It's me, for sure, but can someone tell me how to turn off or disable temporarily Chaseplane in order to manage custom PB-routes via UGCX. Until now i only worked with computer generated PB-routes, witch is not always a good idea. Tnx for your help.

Hi After i have set a custom pushback for a stand i don't seem to be able to get UGCX to do a computer generated push from the same stand after another pushback ... e.g. i set a custom push to face west ... but during another flight i want to just select a quick computer generated one but its always giving me the custom pushback even thou I selected the computer generated one. I have this message at the top screen at EGGP digital design addon airport

When I first started using UGCX, you could set your voice to a specific accent (eg US, Australian etc) but the ramp agent accent would change depending on what country you are in. I don’t know what I’ve done, or if it was an update, but now both the pilot and the agent accent changes as I move around the world. I want the pilot accent to stick to the one I chose and have the other one change. Have I messed up my configuration or was this feature broken in an update?
