Hello UGCX support, good evening. I´m with this doubt: can i create a push back route in UGCX without saving? I am pretending create a pushback route only to use in the exactily moment that i will do a flight. I`m not intending to use this route in the next flights. That´s my question

If yes, what can I do to win acess to full version? Will I have to pay for another version most updated? If yes, where I can buy it or uptate my version? That´s It.

Hi Support, good everning I´m having a problem with my Ultimate Ground Crew on P3DV4. I installed it in my simulator, activated with my email and order number on UGC configuration manager but I cant see it in menu addons in my P3DV4.5. Can you help me with this. I´m sad because of this problem.

Hello, immediately after installing the latest version of the software ULTIMATE GROUND CREW X, I have noticed that during aircraft pushback the figures of the technical assistants on the ground or the pusher trolleys spark or slide instead of walking. Hi, noramlly when I tried to modified the scenery, UGCX will scan and update the database for use during FSX startup, but it doesn't seem now. I only see FSX seeing the changes, but not UGCX.. I'm on the Beta version now. Thank you

I notice after the install it was indicating Version 2.3 even tho the installer saying Version 2.4. I went to the install folder "versions" and located the file UGCX.CFG and it was saying Version 2.3. I change it to 2.4. When i load up the config it saying version 2.4. Friend of mind having untold problems after the install of UGCX V2.4 it saying that there a later version and shuts down, I'm thinking cause of this File UGCX.CFG showing wrong version.

Hi, I can't find the solution to this problem anywhere so here it goes. After completing a flight and doing the turnaround, UGCX fails to recognise my current location. FlyTampa's EHAM, H Pier. ZZ Had this earlier during a test as well, pushed in EHAM without a problem, taxied back in, pushed again and on the third try it failed I believe. Tried a restart of UGCX to no avail, hence the missing log. As the speech recon enine had failed as well I restarted the PC, then everything worked flawlessly in LOWW until the mentioned arrival. I will keep testing this, in the meantime, any suggestions? P3D v4.5

When i want to pushback with ugcx using QW787 after about 2 seconds the sim starts to go from 30 to 1 fps and the towbar and ugcx glitches out. Any fix would be appreciated.

How is P3D 5.3 working out for the UGCX user base? Any issues?

With the current Beta, I have several Gates (EDDF/D4 shown) where the UGCX pushback sequence doesn't initiate, see the attached video. You can see the pushback truck appearing for a split second, then the sequence is just stuck (no Go Ahead call, etc.). Do you have any idea what is causing this ? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the beta, also recreated the database. Doesn't help. I noticed when I arrived on an airport, making a smooth landing, turn off on the rapid exit taxiway at speed and turn on the main taxiway without a full stop, and try to call the FMC or marshals, the airport map was blank, I must make a full stop on the airport and then call out and the map can be shown. Also if the airport is even moderately large (like 30+ gates), upon full stop, P3D will freeze for a noticeable few seconds, rather annoying then...

Hi, Is it possible to have the Follow Me car AND the Marshaller on arrival at the gate? At the moment if I choose the Follow Me car, when I arrive at the gate there is no Marshaller. Am I missing something? Thank you and Regards, Richard. P3Dv5.2, UGCXv2.3

Hello, I am finally getting back to my flying after a layoff due to RW responsibilities and would like to finally get a good ground marshalling service. However, I have been checking UGCX out on youtube and am concerned about a FSelite review that showed that the marshalling to the gate has a problem with alignment signals (steer left/steer right) when coming into the gate. I guess my question is, has this been corrected?

I have activated the UGCX in Config Manager, tried reinstall, but I still can't see UGCX in Add-ons menu.

Hi, I just purchased UGCX, so far everything works perfectly (using the FSLabs products). Just four small questions: 1. The nose wheel doesn’t rotate during turns, I’ve read in an older thread that this is a UGCX limitation. Is this still the case? (with GSX it does rotate) 2. The “comm service hatch” on the FSL’s belly doesn’t stay open during pushback. Same question, limitation or config problem on my end? 3. Can UGCX take care of the chocks (remove them) for me on pushbacks? I’ve read somewhere in a change log that it can on departures where no pushback is needed… 4. Does asking for ground checks actually do anything or is it just the commun…

(Win10, P3D v5, UCGX 2) I have recently reinstalled my PC completely, I was using UGCX in my previous install as well. As far as I can recall, during pushback, the interaction menu did not disappear (like 'confirm the brakes are set' and you would confirm by pressing '1'). In my new install, I constantly have to go to 'Add-ons' > 'Ultimate Ground Crew X' to make the menu appear again. I'm sure it wasn't like that before and that I'm missing something stupid. If anybody could shed some light on this, I'd be happy 🙂

Are there any plans to add a direction Change option for pushback? That’s be a great addition especially for this airport with start boxes or alleyway taxiways like PDX, SFO, SEA, LAX, and SAN.

Hello I’ve been having a big problem, I’ve bought FS2Crew Ultimate Ground and I’ve bought 2 China scenery ( ZPPP / ZGSZ ) however when I request the Follow me Vehicle or Emergency Vehicle , i have this information: ( ULTIMATE GROUND CREW -X COULDN’T FIND THE NEAREST AIRPORT TO YOUR CURRENT LOCATION .) Please, why is this happening? The software was supposed to work correctly. I must solve this problem immediately, because i can’t use the FS2 crew ultimate Ground crew .
