With 1.7 of UGCX, you introduced the Feature where when you select the route that the Pushback Truck should take, you are sent to a Birds eye view and see the Airport and Aircraft too. However the issue is, when flying back and you want to use User Defined Pushback again, the Camera will then Spawn back to where I came from earlier. Example: I flew from Oslo to Dublin. When I departed Oslo and asked for pushback, the outside view was shown. Which is fine. But then when I arived to fly back to Oslo from Dublin, and chose to select User defined Pushback again, then the camera will spawn back at Oslo, Instead of Dublin, where I am actually at. Hello, First of all, I am a huge fan of the product and been an owner since day one! Keep up the great work. I also use FS2Crew for all of my Flights if available and can't wait for the CRJ Pro Variant. Either way, I wanted to ask for some help. Either I am doing something wrong or there is a bug in the product. The issue is that whenever I speak using FS2Crew or just in general, UGCX picks everything up, and responds when it thinks I am saying the phraseology it is expecting. To have a better understanding, I make YT videos and sometimes I talk about the flight or whatever I am doing with the Aircraft, and UGCX will think I am saying "Ground…

So this happens everytime I call the fire truck at most airports. I'm assuming its having trouble finding a route to the runway? Entertaining at least.

This has happend a couple of times since the 1.3 update. Landing into EGCC (Manchester UK), I go to use the marshall at parking and the map is completely blank. Only seems to happen on arrival?

Voice Command is not taking into consideration open map or close map. I have to do it by button control . didnt have this issue in previous Versions.

Hi Brian - i am still having issues as i try to use UGCX on the PMDG NGXU. I'm getting wobbling on the straights and violent jerks as it tries to push around turns. After researching the issue, Ive made sure i have the 777/747 push back method checked, and I see the brakes message flashing. I also made sure that my steering option is switched to "rudder" in the FMC (actually i tried both "rudder" & "tiller" with the same result). I am able to push back the NGX with no problems, the issue is only with the NGXu. Upon arrival when taxiing to the gate I request a marshaller but often I do not get a map of the gates in the pop up window to choose from. I can see my aircraft depicted by a moving dot, but nothing else. Is the marshal at the gate only available is some, or more current, airports and not all airports in P3D default scenery?

Hi, great update really very awesom yesterday after install the new version i followed all steps to work fine after installed and test the new version, so i liked the new way o view to create custom routes and assign custom names. But today i had problems when i wanted to create custom route. I opened the airport view and select the gate then i created the route and put the custom name for example facing southwest on F then save the route and the sim freeze, so crash to desktop i don`t what happen. After i loaded the sim again and i looked if my custom route was saved when selected the gate on airport viewer and CTD again. I reinstalled ugcx. After some attempts work fin…

Guys, I have read the manual, but either I have missed this part or its not there. When I select pushback and the map appears after setting where I want the aircraft to pushback to, how do i cancel the map and it starts the pushback. what key cancels the map view please thanks Darren

After creating a custom pushback route out of gate C39 at Flightbeam Denver, I couldn't get out of the editor. When ever I would click anywhere after "creating" my custom route, it would go right back into the birds eye view. I clicked on "minimize" something and then my screen in the sim went completely black and does not recover. Restarting the sim is the only thing that fixes it. I am on the latest UGCX version 1.7.0.0 on P3D v4.5 with the hot fix.

Hi Bryam I just happened to try a flight out of EDFH. All seems to go well until after setting the parking brake when told to do so by the ramp agent. But after that the guy seems to freeze. Nothing happens and I have to "kill" the program to remove the ground equipment. My aircraft has a bypass pin, and he is supposed to remove the pin after removing the tug, but he justs stands there.. Using P3D v4.5 with QOTS II and FS2Crew. All voice control. No issues in talking to the ground crew using voice. It's just that nothing happens when the ramp agent should remove the pin. Br. Hello, I've made a blunder. A fairly big one. I saw a few videos about UGCX and set off to purchase it without reading the fine print once I realised it was 50% off at the moment. I thought I was getting good value for money until I realised, after downloaded and (sort of) installing UGCX that it won't run on a version that is older than V4. I read FSX and P3D, and to be honest I've not really used the flight sim in so long that I forgot what version I was using. I tried installing the P3Dv4 version and the FSX version to no avail, it simply won't load the assets or the software on the Addon bar. Hi ,I am running FSX-SE, FSUIPC4 v4.974, UGCX v1.7, AS16 and Active Sky Cloud Art, PMDG 747 QOS II Addon.When FSX launch, I am getting an error for UGCX.If you select 'Yes' FSX failed to load and crashed (Exit).If you select 'No' then FSX load normally, without UGCX.Have anyone seen this issue at all? Hello, I use the voice control option with the PMDG 747 QOTS II. When I push back and start from the departure airport - all is working just fine - except for the issue of CTD when using custom made pushback routes (which has been reported here before). I don't mind that too much for now, I just use the computer generated ones - which work just fine for me. However, when I arrive at the destination, I stop to request towing to the stand. The tug comes up and the guy on the ground contacts me. But I am not able to reply with voice - and the menu with the "Go Ahead" option comes up. When I press it, it works fine. Hello everyone, I never considered this product before as I fly GA business jets and turboprops 100% of the time. With the current 50% sale, I decided it could be worth the cost if I use it enough. Hi I've not had much chance to try out the new 1.7 but i did today, can i just say it's a fantastic update and really looking forward to new versions, only a few things I would like to see ... plan a route for towing the A/C so you can use it online if ATC allow (i would if i was controlling that day) and better tugs like the ones that connect directly to the front landing gear without the bar. I know it'd probably be prohibitively difficult, but I would be interested to see if a feature could be implemented to designate a certain point for multiple gates. At SFO, for instance, there are a pair of designated "Engine Start Points" for aircraft at the "G" gates. It'd be helpful to be able to designate this point as the pushback ending point for multiple gates

This is at LDDU. I asked to be towed to the gate and this is what happened. I do not have any addon scenery installed.

Is there a way to remove the "UCGX - Map - Mouse Location" from the menu for views? I hate seeing it, it loads up my originating airport and takes juice out of my systems while it tries to load up again.I tried opening the menu however it won't let me open unless im on the ground.

The slider position for the marshaller does not save, so each time I approach a gate at the destination airport he is standing on the yellow line. So I go into the options menu and the slider is again to the far left and I have to move him back. I am saving the profile. Suggestions? Thanks.

Goodday, Right now I am pushing back with the NGXu and UGXC version 1.7. It was said the pushback with the NGXu was fixed. But not for me, when the push starts it's going nuts to the left and right. Using newest version, of the NGXu and UGCX. Greetings!

Hello, Byran, I have a problem with the settings in the Aircraft Profile. It is the slide controls of the ByPass PIN Agent Left and Right. These cannot be moved with the mouse. The only thing that works at the gate is the Marshaller POV This can be moved. Following info: Tested with PMDG 777, 737 NGX-U Aircraft. Tested at any airport. At the gate I set the Marshaller POV and saved it as written in the PDF manual. Then I set the aircraft on the runway as recommended in the PDF and wanted to set the ByPass Pin Agent, but the controls can't be moved. I purchased ugcx today and I'd have a few questions: here I go: 1) after I landed in eidw I asked to be towed to a gate. The software towed to a busy parking spot. Can't the software look for a free gate or something ? How do I know right after I exit the runway if a parking spot/gate is free ? 2)The software did not index the airports I think.Is it normal ? 3) I asked for a follow me car to a runway but I couldn't.
