Hi I was using the EBBR scenery from this site for P3D4 https://beluxscenery.wordpress.com/sceneries/ the stand number was 209 , the tug appeared correctly so i thought all was good until i went to start the push back , it thought i was on the stand to the right and made a sharp right hand turn to follow the the taxiway line from the stand to my right not the one i started on, my guess is UGCX got confused as the stands are quite close in the AFCAD, i have uninstalled the scenery and gone back to ray smiths EBBR Rich

Hi With 1.0 all was fine .. i tried 1.1 and that seemed ok but did not test it much but with 1.2 im now getting quite a few pauses , freezes .. stutters when landing which i did not have before . Today i did EGCC to EGLL landing 27R during a vatsim event and thats when it happened .. i thought maybe its the server ... so i did a flight off line from EBBR to EGLL .. same thing landing 27R .. i also noticed i was getting stutters when i switched airports for a few minutes, its as if UCGX is trying to read the AFCAD files/airport scenery or something like that , also P3D was taking a long time to load up at an airport, i have uninstalled UGCX and noticed much faste…

Captains, Just to update you all on the status of the 1.3 update. The update is looking good. Issues with the PMDG 747/777 are solved as are most other issues. We've also added a couple feature requests. However, a couple guys still said they experienced a stutter on landing. Some of these guys mind you have over 800 scenery layers so that's obviously a factor. Most of the other testers however experienced no stutter on landing with 1.3. Once we deal with this odd stutter issue on landing, we'll release 1.3. Cheers,

I just tried a flight from LFPO and tried to use UGCX, but it was a complete failure. First, I tried to use soft mute on the 777 FS2Crew when speaking to UGCX so there was no conflict, but soft mute also seemed to mute my voice to UGCX. I used hard mute and that worked OK and UGCX herad me while the 777 FS2Crew did not. Once I switched back and forth a few times, I got to the stage of pushback. Despite "Facing" being used instead of "Tail" in the settings to indicate the direction, even though I said "Facing", the ground agent read back "Tail", and then proceeded to push me back in the opposite direction I had requested. Hello everybody, I have a problem using FS2Crew (Button Control) along with UGCX (German Voice Control): for FS2Crew button control I have to assign a key to "ALTERNATE STATIC SOURCE (ON/OFF)" for the Main Button. For UGCX the same command "ALTERNATE STATIC SOURCE (ON/OFF)" is used for hard mute when using voice control. So when pressing the key for the main button in FS2Crew I am selecting hard mute for UGCX at the same time. Is there a solution or did I a wrong asignment? Peter

Hi all, I have the following problem. After landing, wanting to have a follow me Car and hitting either the key or going via addons I get Data loading ....Please wait. Hi there, Since 6 hours I am tryin to reply to your comments from the original post but, for some reason, that post does not allow me to reply. That`s why I m creating this new post. My reply is below: Thank you for the replies (and for comment on the path, I need to find the time to do the migration) I have tried running the .exe (as admin) but no effect. I also noticed I have two version of the vehicle_airport, one as BGL and one with UGCX extension. I have also tried to rename the latter as BGL, re run the .exe but no effect. I wonder if I should de-install both RX and UGCX, reinstall REX and then UGCX and see if this solve the issue unless you…

Hello. I'm not sure if this issue has been adressed already: In version 1.2, the PMDG 747-8f will tilt ( bank ) around the longitudinal axis during turns while being pushed back. The back angle depends on the turn radius, the tighter the turn, the higher the bank angle. Bank angles up to around 4° have been observed on my system, which is of course anything but realistic. Is this a known issue and will it be fixed in version 1.3? Best regards, Toto

I have a problem with the UGCX pushback of PMDG 747-8i. When pushback starts it will not stop. When i use the 'kill all' button the plane suddenly starts to make a little turn but still continues to move backwards. When I use the old shift-P the aircraft stops and I can start the taxi procedure but it kills the fun of pushback to complete. Kind regards, Sjon

Captains, Version 1.3 is done but we need a few more people to give it a once over before I hit the release button. IF, and I repeat "IF", you had any kind of issue with V1.2 (pushback, load times, etc). please send me a support ticket via our website. Hi, I am from Germany and would like to use the new regional voice set "German" (native language support). However, I am wondering if this works, because I have set my Windows 10 to English-US in order to use Voice Control on my other FS2Crew Products (PMDG 737 NGX REBOOT, PMDG 777, MJC Dash 8). As far as I know, changing the language (Speech Recognition) to English-US is required in order to use Voice Control on these products. Therefore, what I want to ask you is this: Is it possible to have Windows set to English-US and still to use native language support (German spoken in German) or do I have to set it to German in order to speak German with the ground crew…

Hi to the UGCX Team, First of all, congratulations for a great and very well supported tool, I am really impressed! My question is: how can I disable the default FSX-SE tug vehicles? Alternatively, do you plan to include as an option in UGCX settings (similarly to what REX Worldwide Airports does - with some bugs - for GSX tug vehicles)? It is very annoying to see the marshal sitting in the middle of the default tug or the UGCX tug mashed-up with it. Of course one solution would be to remove all airport traffic but this is not an option for me (I like to have some anination around). Thanks and regards, Fabio

Ok, i have loved the FS2 products and use them all the time. This one. . . this one does not work. Installed fine, menus show up but when I press 1 to start the push-back, select 2 to use compute defined push back route, tug shows up and the ground crew, BUT they never do anything, tug sits there and doesn't move and the ground crew just stand around. Disappointed!

Hi! I think it would be good if not the same key-assignments are used in FS2Crew and UGCX. With different keys used you can select which program you want to Hard-Mute for example in order to not having one of them interfere with the other. Regards Johnny Holmgren

Wouldn't it be useful to have the option to disable (and re-enable) UGCX globally in the sim-menu? So for example we could easily disable it when we fly a glider and want to call the towplane. Or we could just disable UGCX after departure to avoid any performance impact on arrival if we only use UGCX for the departure anyway.

Hi UGCX team, I would like to say first of all how pleased I am with UGCX, I can see why some folks were surprised that there was not more functionality from day one but, I'd rather have the bug free experience we have now that we can move forward from. Anyway, my three suggestions/requests are: Can we please have an option to have the ground crew return to the truck and then drive back to the pushback start point, rather than just disappear? I understand and agree with the spawning instantly when UGCX is started, I don't see a problem with this at all, but when they vanish in front of your eyes it does detract from the realism you have obviously tried to a…

I am using Dans Logos. When I update the Logo for The Tow trucks, I get the message Logos updated. But all tow trucks are not updated, only the one in my aircraft profile Am I missing something?. Great software keep it up, no problems so far with V1.2 Regards Andy

Hi, So far pleased with UGCX, but have run into a problem. In the ini file, should the number adjacent to the sound card choice be the same as the number against the sound card chosen from the UCGX menu? In my case UCGX has stopped working after trying to change the sound card choice. In the ini file there is a zero next to the sound card choice. I imagine it should be 1 or 2 etc? Can you kindly confirm? Thanks very much Dave

Great product! Definitely a step up in immersion from GSX. It is great that it can be paired with GSX partially as well. I've noticed a few quirks. 1. When towing PMDG aircraft (noticeable on the 777) the tow causes the tires to burst. Not sure whats causing it but it happens like clockwork. 2. QW787 nosewheel stuck in a non default position after pushback. 3. When towing into the gate the driver is a bit conservative when making the turn causing the aircraft to be slightly (noticeably) misaligned once stopped at the gate. 4. No way to measure distance with custom pushback routes. All in all, a great program!! Cannot wait to see where…

Last Sunday night I did my first flight with UGCX, on VATSIM as it happened. WHAT a great addition to the realism ! But it was only when I went to push the throttles forward to start taxiing that I realised I'd been SO engrossed watching the amazing pushback off the gate, I hadn't started the engines 🙄 So I had to contact the controller and tell him "there would be a couple of minutes delay"...
