Hey Guys, yesterday I tried UGCX. In my stream I got a engine fire (random failure) and after landing I called the "fire department". The fire truck was coming - you can look it in the Twitch clip: https://clips.twitch.tv/BlushingEnthusiasticTrollKappaPride But the problem was: He don't start to extinguish the fire? In an other video I saw that the fire was extinguished? Has anyone an idea what's the reason for it? Maybe I forgot anything? Regards Rentasad

you can created your own pushback routing is it possible to do the same for the follow me car to your parking. i fly often to Amsterdam and if i follow the Follow me car. he drive on the wrong taxiway then me was told by ATC. wenn you fly online. Greetz Sander

Hi all, After starting P3Dv4.5 on three different airports (EHAM, EDDF, LCLK) UGCX stops responding after captains "Go Ahead". I tried different mikes, but no joy. Reinstalled UGCX but still nothing. Please advise. Pieter

Hello all, Is it possible to speed up the ground speed of the towing function? 3 knots is quite slow. I have tried enabling the fast pace during pushback, but that does not have an effect on the towing speed. Thanks!

Hello, I'm using Menu Control. So during the pushback the sequence is as follows : - UGCX: Set brakes - User: Brakes are set Then, the guy will say something like "Ok disconnecting, positive engine start, see you on the [X] hand side with the pin for the hand signal, bye". Following option available to release him : - You can disconnect and go to hand signals. He will answer something like "Disconnecting bye". Two things here : 1. The "positive engine start", since you have no way of knowing, could maybe be removed. After setting the brakes, the guy told me that I had positive engine start while my second engine was not even started. …

Hi, When I have hard mute enabled it shows the message in the green bar. Is there a way to disable it? I tried turning off captains text, all speech detected, and display ramp agent speech in green bar in the options but no luck. When I'm streaming I have to talk lots during flight and this often led to UGCX picking up some of it. Any help would be great

Hey there, I really would love it to talk to the german ground crew in german, while im using Reboot ( one more question is it possible to let fs2crew simulate on the captains site instead of the FOs ones , because i would prefer it to fly on the FOs site ) to talk to my FO in englisch. As i know until now that isnt possible right now but will it come in the future ? I would really love that aspect like a lot of my friends. Please give me some expectations or is there a trick how to get this working together?

Hi! So far the ground crew have been speaking english to me. Tested the PMDG B777 in Luxembourg and Gothenburg. But now when starting up with the B737 in Palma the groundcrew speaks spanish with me. Do I miss something? I'm using English - US. The speech-bar shows the text in english (both mine and the groundcrew) and I can speak in english to them but they keep talking in spanish. Hi I normally kill the push procedure after i have been pushed back and every one is out of the way ...but i forgot to do it on my last flight (LPPR to LPPT online) and shortly after dep i had a CTD , i restarted and did the same flight again and this time i did my normal kill the program etc and i was able to depart fine with no no issues . It may not have been UGCX and just a randaom crash but seems linked that if i kill the program fully theres no issues and this one time i get a CTD. Thanks love it still Rich

I have made several unsuccessful attempts to get the push-back initiated using the Q400 (and yes, I have attempted using any other aircraft which work as they should). Attached is a video showing the issue that I am having. I have also made adjustments to the aircraft offsets to make the nose gear connection as close as possible, still no luck. Great product Fs2Crew and I’m looking forward to trying it out when I return home next week. However from what I see in the videos the tug and handler just suddenly appear in front of the aircraft or the handler/walkers suddenly disappear after the push. Is there a way to introduce a custom appear or disappear point for this animation so they can drive up to the aircraft for the push and on pushback completion the handler either hops into the tug and drives away or continues to walk away back to the gate (or awaiting van) rather than simply vanishing. Hi there, I read somewhere that custom tow routing is coming at some point. I hope it does because right now it follows the afcad and at KDEN it loops down on side then the tug does a weird turn inside of itself which isnt physically possible. Also makes the route way longer than it needs to be. Also when towing to a gate we need to be able to set a stop point so my wings arent destroyed by the jetways because right now the towing pulls me past the furthest stop line at almost every gate.

Hello! As per the manual Fast Pace is recommended. I checked this option and did my first pushback with the FsLabs A320 using UGCX. This is highly unrealistic speed ^^ pushback was done in a few seconds and in a slight curve the Aircraft was smashed around that I feared my wingtips scratch the ground. I hope it is way slower without this option (currently in flight, will check on next flight) but I simply dont get it why we should use this option?

I have both GSX and UGCX installed, and whenever I am using GSX, all the features worked except the push back feature on GSX which crashes. I have to uninstall UGCX to get GSX pushback to work. Is there a solution to this problem where I can have both Addons installed at same time while I only use GSX to do pushback? Errol.

I own this product and I also own GSX. My question to users of BOTH products is, I am assuming I can do all the GSX stuff (Refueling, Catering, Passenger Loading), the start UGCX for pushback Operations?!? I have it installed, just no time to test yet, until later tonight. Thanks.

What is the reference point for the marshaller position (for the starting sequence with handsignals and the guidance into the parking position)? It seems to be the parking position in the afcad. It should rather be the aircraft position. Often enough the parking position in the afcad differs significantly from the markings on the ground. That leads to the marshaller being invisibly close to the aircraft sometimes or way too far away other times (and you need a different point of view setting for every parking position).
