I was wondering if it is possible to change the interior cockpit colour from the standard beige/brown on the 777 to something similar to the 737 NGX. I know the stock colour is true to life but wondered if it is possible to change? Cheers Iain

I do not see any flex wings effect at all - Special effect detail is set to high in FSX. Any idea why?!

Hello fellow members, As the release of the first service pack for the 777 approaches, we are all looking forward to the exciting weather radar and data link features. However,I have a question about a more subtle feature in the 777. And this is if RTA will be added in the 777. I searched and found a topic which said there will be RTA here: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/371636-777-realism/#entry2347825 However, that information was from early 2012 and I am not sure if this feature is still on the list or has been abandoned. Hi, In my process of learning to fly the T7, I usually fly short hops, 1-3 hours (LFPG-LSGG, LFPG-LOWW, LSGG-LGAV...) to make some experimentations. That was until this week-end. Having a day off tomorrow I decided to make the big jump over the pond with a 8+ hours flight from Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle LFPG to Washington Dulles KIAD. hi guys i am huge fan of pmdg but i just bought the pmdg 777 and i found alot of bugs also does anyones when pmdg 777 going land and the plane says 20 and u put ur throttle to idle and flare when it thouches the ground its throttle will gain power by itself and takeoff again but i see is that i did not off the autothrottle i thought pmdg will off by itself by the way i using ils app does any one know how to fix it if know please share thanks you so much for reading this

Hello, I had a couple of questions on programming the FMS. I was playing around with the sim and programming the FMS to fly a short flight in this case KISO (Kinston, NC)- KHSV (Huntsville, AL). I programmed these as the destination/origin in the route page. I selected to takeoff rwy 5 at KISO and go to RWY 36 in KHSV. When I go to the legs page I put KGSO as a waypoint. I got a message that said route discontinuity My questions/comments are this- 1- I program a route and get a discontinuity message when I try to program waypoints regardless of what the destination is. What am I doing wrong? 2- When I noticed the discontinuity I attempted to delete the waypoin…

I have always had this issue with the 777. when trying to access an fsx menu such as the weather options or even the exit window ...........the sims response time in opening that window can be very slow. particularly if the aircraft has been sitting on the ground for over half an hour for example. worse at some high end addon airport but also prevalent in default scenery airports too just to a lesser extent in terms of the time it takes to open a window from the menu. today for example I tried to open the weather option window after the 777 had been sitting at an airport gate for an hour or so and it took 10 mins to open the window. how ever once it had been opened and cl…

Hi all, I was wondering what your checklist look like? Here is mine. Of course it is simplified (I'm a beginner) and mainly based on the PMDG tutorial flight plus some personal additions. It fits on one page for easy display on my Ipad. I enclosed the template here in Powerpoint format. If want to use it, feel free to change it according to your tastes and needs. Page 2 are personal notes related to my usual flights and home airport.

I'm trying to understand this OOM problem. I have read the manual and pretty much any long haul flight I do with the 777 goes OOM as I am on my final approach. The whole point of getting the 777 was to do long haul flights. I do not have this issue with any other planes, although those other planes would only go for 3-4 hours where the 777 I am doing 6-8 hour flights. I see my memory usage jump up at the very end due to the airport I am landing at loading up. Is it not possible to fly from one payware airport to another payware airport without going OOM on a long haul flight? Hello, I am having a recurring problem of FSX crashing down after loading the T7 of PMDG. After starting FSX with a default plane at default airport, I select and load my T7 at desired airport (no saved panel) and once aircraft is loaded on runway, after 1s it crashes. I read about a CTD fix, saying to delete de runways.csv file and arpt_rwy.dat file, good that solved it for once, but every next startup the problem returns. Seems I have to delete these two files every time I want to load and fly the T7. Is there another solution for this issue? Is it a bug to be fixed still or have I missed something? I own the T7 since very short. Hopefully someone can help…

The FSX closes when I choose the PMDG 777 and start the flight. Three seconds before the fsx closes without warning.. I have a computer with 24Gb and GTX 780. I have read various topics but could not find solution. Could someone help me? Thank's

During takeoff with my 777-200LRF I hear no announcements about V1, V2 and Rotate, which I find very unfortunate, I have RAAS all checks are on, is there something I can do?

has anyone tried the 777 flying in and out of KSFO with the FTX Northern California add on? i know that Seattle is an issue but i am thinking maybe the California scenery is easier on memory? edit: geez, now i am also making repeat posts. i guess if you get a browser error message when posting it still gets posted nonetheless. no need to hit F5............ sorry.
