PMDG 777

I am going to keep this short captains, but i just wanted to ask if anyone on the forums are interested to get a pdf on how to taxi the T7(pmdg),this will be the only pdf required for proper knowledge on the taxiing of the aircraft like a pro.if anyone is interested please do reply as i am in the process of making one for my friend.(i will post it here on the forumcs if i can get at least 25 members to give me a +1) do let me know if you are interested on any other technical information on the aircraft, i will be pleased to help. thank you, H.Mahesh

Dear fellow captains: I have a question regarding auto-cruise and service-based failures. Since I enjoy taking long-haul flights with the B77L but do not have the time to sit in front of the PC for 10+ hrs, I almost always use the auto-cruise feature. Additionally, I would like to enable service-based failures but fear that, since I also leave the PC in auto-cruise for an hour or so, I would end up crashed somewhere should a serious malfunction occur during that time. So my question: since auto-cruise can automatically pause the aircraft before TOD, will it also pause the simulator should a service-based failure occur during auto-cruise? Did somebody try that? Hi, Will the SP1 include a fix for VNAV climb when you depart as I find it climbs like a rocket. Or is it best to use V/S on departure. Thanks for any advice offered.

Hi evreyone ! Just wanna fly from KMIA to CYUL and a bug appeared. I started the 777 normaly, time to taxi and wow ! The plane goes to the left. Checked N1: when I applied throttle, the right engine increase normaly but the left one stay on low N1. in fact, even in full thrust it didn't moved (same things with the reverse). I tried some stuff (tought it was my fault due to a malfunction or something else) but it didn't worked. It apparead alternatively on the left or the right engine (but most on the left, even If I start the left first). Restart the flight, same things... Restart, with/without APU or external power, tried to started the left first, t…

Is it really more beneficial to uninstall the current version and reinstall a fresh SP1 build? Does it make a difference?

Kyle, I have seen your WXR preview video and I have a question: do you keep "Prevent thunderstorm when CB reported" on ASN selected or not? This because I have found that: A) if I keep it unselected as per default ASN setting, I have thunderstorms and heavy rain if "CB" is reported in the metar, even if in the metar itself no rain nor thunderstorm is reported; the ASN radar map is full of rain returns. This of course is not a realistic situation, since in the simulator it looks like the end of the world, while in real life no rain and no thunderstorms. Is there a way to map jeys to pitch but not with the ingame controle yoke but instead to move the lever on the throttle quadrant?

During my flight KORD-OPKC I had 90% Fuel full load of PAX so set F20 due to the TOW, as soon as I entered the RW for take off, in the FMC, I get the "Vspeeds Not available" msg, I have programmed the FMC a million times, CG in there, Gross Weight, trimmed etc etc.. so tried diff flaps settings still the FMC wouldn't display the V Speeds. Lucky I needed F20 took the whole runway to takeoff.

The ONLY Way I can get the 777 to run is if I run it in DX10 preview mode. BUT THAN, the problem is scenery, other payware addons, don't work. So I know its a problem only with the Triple Seven. Also whenever I run it in DX10 mode, I always crash after about 10 minutes, so I can never fly the plane on real flights. Here is what the triple seven looks like in DX9: Here's what it looks like in DX10. THE REASON I WANT IT TO WORK IN DX9 IS SO EVERY OTHER AIRCRAFT WORKS.

Hi, I would need some help: sometimes INTC is displayed on my routes. What does that mean and practically how do I have to fly? (I don't use ATC at this time). I did a search on the forum, found a couple of topics about INTC CRS on the 737 but did not really understand except that INTC stands for INTerCept?

Seems like to be a page of the ECL? Which status pages can you display with this menu? Or is this just a status "print" for the mechanic's ?

Hi, PFPX has already a profile for the 300ER. TOPCAT has a profile (beta) too for the 200LR but not for the 300ER. As I understand it is very difficult and time consuming to add a new aircraft in TOPCAT. So I think we will have to wait quite a while for a 300ER profile? I checked the TOPCAT forum but did not see anything about the 300ER. Does anybody has infos?

When I choose PMDG 777 from aircraft menu fsx stop working and I can not load PMDG 777 and fly with it. I removed and resetup several times nothing has changed. I cant fly with the bird which I paid 200 USD Please help me Behic Cincin

for some reason when i load in the 777 the outside goes see through as you can see in this image http://gyazo.com/6a76359b6f57e92875ffd7134e704416 but when i go to cockpit view it is normal inside, I have ran fsx as admin so i dont know what else to do please help?

The title says it all. If I save fsx then close it and try to reload a flight the aircraft often times will not behave. It will make a sound as if the aircraft is stalling and the speed on the PFD will be within the red buffer zone even though it is not a low speed. This really is a pain in the butt for me because a lot of times I save right before I land incase my flight sim freezes up or crashes for whatever reason( I like to be careful). Of course if it does and I reload the plane most of the time I get this problem and my flight is basically ruined. Anyone else had anything similar to this? Any idea how to fix it?
