PMDG 777

I have asn. And i have my flight plan created using pfpx with asn. There is a .wx under pmdg/wx. In this case ( WSSSOMDB.wx) And its updating every 5 min with asn as per weather. But every time when i request a a new forecast or wind, i keep getting the same result as i get on WSSS.

Hi! I've just tested the 777 on two short flights. The first time i loaded the 772 with SP1 the weather radar didn't work (i thought). There was no "arcs" showing in the ND as it's supposed to when the WXR is active? So i reloaded the aircraft and it all worked, the arcs where there... A few minutes ago i loaded the 773 and the same problem occurred, this time i didn't reload the aircraft as i where already in-flight. With WXR mode active in the ND, no "arcs" showed up. However, it seemed to draw the weather correctly on the ND. So, is the "missing arcs" a bug or am i missing something? Here's a picture, see how the "white arcs" are missing?

Hello every one my wxr has been frustrating to me, it only work with storms and thats all, i have flewn in many airports where storms are not present but clouds were, the radar screen is emty, just heavy storms show in otherwise nothing the funny part is that i once started my fsx without ASN and the radar gave me some response i have tried the FSUIPC trick, it worked for storms thats it. any idea?

I want to say thank you to PMDG, not only for releasing SP1 and the -300, but also for making the printed manuals available on your website again. I've been waiting for the opportunity to buy the Chief Pilot set, with the color QRH, for quite a while. I'm happy to say that I finally got to put in my order....Thank you.

I've noticed that sometimes while banking, the lateral trend line is in complete disagreement with the actual flight path. I was making a hard left turn and the PFD represented this well. The ND however shows me making a hard right turn. Very strange. I did note that when I paused the simulator, the ND slowly seemed to correct to my actual heading. Very bizzare and I'm wondering if anyone else experienced similar behavior

Hello all, I'm really disappointed to see that post SP1, the 200 is now suffering poor performance. At EGLL 09R, default weather I'm seeing 14-17FPS. Prior to SP1 it was around 23-25. Just doing a circuit around London and the OOM chimes start to ding. Crazy thing is, OOM's never used to be an issue for me because of my sensible settings. I have orbx global and vector but no add on airports. Maybe a bad install? System is ivybridge 3700 @ 4.3meg 8 gig ram GTX 670

Hello I was using T7 for a while and after installing SP1 I have problem.When I take off and aircraft is about 1500 ft above from ground Displays are going wild.PFD horizon rotated very fast with no break and ND is also unstable.Aircraft calls "bank angel","pull up","terrain" and other things however aircraft doesn't do any strange thing it flies calm,but inside it is horror.Can you help me?

Try my well-trusted ASN scenario (historical weather): April 30th 2014, KNPA25L T/O at 1108Z inbound KJKA to KJKA360/5 (abeam threshold RWY27). At 1113Z I got into the windshear. I had Active Sky 2012 and I uninstalled it yesterday. After installing it I restarted my computer and went back to FSX and when I pressed SHIFT+5 a blank HiFi Technologies radar came up. I went in and manually removed all the flies that are from Active Sky and HiFi Technologies and it still does it. I found out that it is called xGuage and I looked to see if there were any files with that name and there were not. So I would love to get this completely uninstalled so that SHIFT+5 pulls up what it is supposed to.

Howdy folks! On one end I am happy to report that I am not experiencing a lot of the issues being reported so far on SP1. My weather radar works fine, flight dynamics are very good, no major issues to report, amd the installs of both, SP1 and the 777-300 went without a hitch. On the other hand however, the VC has become a bona fide dawg with FPS. Pre SP1 my 777-200 cockpit was yielding 24+ fps on almost every situation. Post SP1 I cant break 12 with either the 200lr or the 300. Anyone seeing the same? Dennis

Hi, Next to the seatbelt sign on the overhead panel there should be a microphone for the cockpit voice recorder. Before SP1 it appeared fine, now it looks like it is missing the cover. Does anyone have this problem or know how it can be solved? I have only installed SP1. I do not have the 300ER yet. Thanks Greg

can anyone answer this in the pmdg 777 setup it has splashes in daylight! what is it and why ?

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing less OOM's with SP1 and the 300? I did two hops last night in the USA over MSE and had my LOD setting in the fsx.cfg at 9.5 which I only use for simple GA aircraft usually, (normally with PMDG aircraft I have to lower down to 6.5 to avoid an OOM) and with the 300 I had complete stop to stop trips with no OOM's, I was astonished! So just wondering if anyone else is finding the same with their rig. Happy camper here

The PFD, PND, and FMC when zoomed are very transparent and difficult to read, how do adjust this on the 300ER? The 200 is just fine.
