Today I received two CTD with PMDG777X during KEWR-SVMC with out any reason. Will you please check error logs. IT is not OOM. Hi, I have my P3d install working pretty good, but one niggling issue remains, track ir. It works, but it's pretty stutterry when you pan. I have tried all variations of smoothing in the control panel, and am wondering if its something else, to do with Vsync or something. Perfomance in the sim is pretty good, average 40 FPS, so I dont think its that. I have a 4K monitor, and dont have Vsync turned on and run unlimited frames. Can anyone give me any pointers? Hello, Is there any way to reduce the stutters within v2.5. I only notice them when I am in overcast weather, or whenever there are lots of clouds. I am assuming the clouds are causing the stutters, because in clear sky conditions, It's a very smooth experience. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I'm flying with the GTN750, with some departure routes, my aircraft doesnt turn onto the second leg. It keeps flying straight out and I see the first leg (from the runway to the first waypoint) extend, every time I'm almost at the start of the second leg. So my aircraft never meets the start of the second leg and keeps flying straight on, in the take-off direction. What I noticed is that with some departure procedures I can activate the first leg in my flightplan, on the GTN750 and if that's the case, everything goes as should, and my aircraft turns onto the second leg without problems. This is unrelated to above posts. I am looking to add P3D to my system as an alternate to FSX, of which I have boxed and Steam. I have an issue with X-Plane that cannot be resolved, so I am giving Prepared a hard look. Main concern is product support. This and the initial cost of the product. Is it worth the investment? I am seeing more and more YouTube videos going to P3D. What are the opinions out there? Thanks for any feed back. S. Hello, I'm flying in a VA and VA Financials is not connecting with P3D, even mapping the runways / airports normally. Is there anyone here using VAFS with P3D 2.5?

I installed these drivers mostly for GTA V but they seem to give me more blurry ground textures than the 347.88 which is very crispy even at LOD4.5/TML1024 Anyone else who have simular experience ? Thanks Michael Moe

Hi Im experiencing the black screen issues, different from the ones I have researched on here that have been reported and solved previously. Bit of background, I have done lots of research before Ive posted this on the issue, as you can see from my number of posts, I dont post about every slight problem I come across however, this one I need help or advice with. I keep having OOM issues in ORBX PNW. Mainly when I depart or come into Seattle. For example I take off out of Seattle headed to PAYA, I get to around 25,000 then boom oom close to Jefferson county everytime. Then I flew to KSFF tonight an came close to an OOM on final after departing Seattle. I have almost every add-on that Orbx makes for the North American region installed but it doesn't seem to matter as after my first OOM I disabled them all beside destination PAYA, It doesn't matter if socked in and over cast or clear as a bell when I leave Seattle I get an OOM or very close to one. I'd avoid Seattle all together but the VA I fly for is based at KRNT so I can't …

Hello guys, quick question, is there any way to make clouds and scenery shadows darker ? and maybe even the cockpit shadows ? the shadows are just too bright and i can barely notice them. Thank you, p.s using 2.5 with latest hotfix

I recently bought a plane that doesnt have a Garmin GPS and i dont wanna use the FMC. Is it possible to buy GPS software that i can use during a flight? It isnt necessary that it can be built in a panel, i would just like to have it up while flying. Does this even exist? and if it does - where?

Hello, This is just a quick question; would it be worth me buying Orbx YMML v2 with these specs: Intel i5760 at 2.8 gHz 750gb hard drive 8gb RAM ATI Radeon HD 5450 I can reach in the region of 24 FPS at most high detail FSX airports with 70% WOAI traffic (worse at Heatrow but that only drops to 16-19 at the very worst). I just bought the Flight1 GTN750 and I'm having some problems with creating flightplans. I use PFPX for flightplans with SIDs and STARs, but I notice that the GTN database misses a lot of waypoints and procedures that PFPX gives me, so the databases most likely dont match up. Since paying $300something for the database from Garmin is not an option, the best way to go is to find the right AIRAC cycle for PFPX. Which AIRAC cycle do I need for PFPX to match the GTN750? And since it's probably an older version, where can I get it?

Hey guys, just purchased My Traffic 6 and I use P3D 2.5 with vPilot. I changed the install path from C:\My Traffic to D:\Installed\My Traffic, my P3D is installed on D:\Installed\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2 Went to vPilot and selected My Traffic 6 matching and put it in the top list. But it's not working, I can only see CRJs Am I missing something here?

Is there anything like SceneryConfigEditor for P3D? I like to turn on/off scenery quite often but in P3D, it is pretty inconvenient as one has to go in a flight to change the settings.

Hi guys, Just want to say that P3Dv2.5 is working great. At startup I have almost 500mb more free VAS and that is the difference between almost landing ( FSUIPC beeps--> OOM ) and really landing an deven taxiing to the gate... I am really pleased with this upgrade.

I am thinking about getting either GSX Ground Service or FS2Crew for my Aerosoft Airbus. I have FSCaptain and VoxATC and they add so much to the flight sim experience. I am like a flight junkie in need of my next fix However, I can only get one or the other at the moment, so my question to those that may have one or both of these is: which one could you not live without? What is the latest set that allows working lights (papi,runway, etc..) I know the last few have been a no go. Im running ones from around a year ago and would like to know the consensus on the best set for prepar3d compatibility. Thank you very much for your help. Dan

I'm looking for an addon that replaces ground textures on airports, but I want something realistic. I've been using REX4 textures, but those only look decent with a 4096 resolution and lower they get muddy and blurry. I tried the textures from Zinertek Airport Graphics HD, but those look so fake... Can anyone recommend an addon that replaces airport ground textures (runway, taxiway, gates, parking) that look realistic with 1024 resolution?

I tried to install my beloved leonardo maddog into P3D and it thoroughly wrecked it requiring a clean install of windows to fix. I've read the coolsky was compatible so I tried it. I installed via the EMT and some of the panels don't seem to work. Anyone have any insight if you installed it into P3D v2.5?

Installed P3d several days ago latest version 2.5. Used Estonia Migration Tool to install Ultimate Traffic 2. However, when opening UT get the following error: Error Loading Aircraft Assignments Invalid argument = value of '0' is not valid for 'selected index' parameter name : selected index Google search shows that some have had same issue but can't seem to find a clear explanation as to how to fix. Looks like some cfg files need to be edited?? using p3d v2.5 latest version of UT2 Windows 8.1 Only P3d installed on system....no FSX or FS9 Any replies greatly appreciated
