I installed Dream Scenery IndianapolisX into v3, and it is missing the terminals even though the bridges show up (old fsx scenery with old terminal). Any ideas as to what I can do to get them to show? All other buildings, and FedEx terminal and new airport construction site show up just fine. It is installed within P3D as IndianapolisX. Thanks for any clues, help or insight in advance.

Hello all, Just finished installing ORBX NRM 1.40 in P3Dv2.5, and I've been having problems with the Kelowna (CYLW) airport. As shown in the screenshot, half of the runway and taxiways are underground. Also, there are trees on the apron. I've tried everything I could think of to fix this, but now I'm pulling my hair out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Folks, Just a heads up - LOL - as I'm sure I've mentioned it before - the DA Cheyenne has been one of my absolute favorite planes in MSFS... I've been flying it for years and I'm extremely happy to report - it seems to work seamlessly in P3Dv3.1 (if only it had dimming night lights)... I'll probably swap out the Trimble for the F1 GTN and add some paints... Honestly - even by today's standards it's still an exceptional plane, with a beautiful functional VC, and a flight model that's a joy to fly... I'm sure I'll be logging many more hours in this bird - talk about longevity - it was a bird truly ahead of its time when released... For the record - I am in no way ass…

Hi there, I'm trying to fly this beautiful plane, the A36 Bonanza from Carenado, which is inside Prepar3D. However, when I am gaining altitud a get a disturbing message saying my mixture is not leaned correctly. "Your engine is loosing power because the mixture is not leaned correctly". So my question is how may I correct this adjusting properly the mixture? I know you can disable this notification, which is a flying tip, but I'd prefer to learn how to correct the mixture settings. I have the handles, the black one, power, the blue one, RPM, the red one, MIXTURE. I get this message when I am gaining altitude... so what should I do when I gain altitude…

Hi Updated ASN with p3dv3.1 version., but ASN failed saying wrong version of p3d So decided to uninstall and went for full b5833 version after uninstalling older version. Now getting WMI errors which happens every time I update ASN. used a tool to fix this last time, but not fixing it this time. Never had issues HIFI win7 just win8, which is my network laptop Any help cheers

Hi Been searching the web for any kind of indicator of SPOILER ARM STATUS I have full spoiler control, but lacking indicator showing if spoilers armed does not have to be a gauge but something visible in 3d or 2d cockpit got registered fsuipc and fs panel editor if it helps any tips welcome cheers

Having WMI issues with ASN using latest p3d. So looking for alternatives that ARE KNOWN working with latest p3d. I have read posts on other forums regards some having problems with ASN update, so like me went back to get the full installer for latest ASN b5833 still issues installing. So any tips regards known working weather addon for p3dv3.1 much appreciated.

Hi Everyone, Well, after spending hours upon hours trying to isolate my FPS issue. I have found the problem and have found a way to correct the issue. 1. If your problem is due to the task bar, mine wouldn't autohide... As a result, as soon as P3D3 came anywhere near the task bar my frame rates would tank and drop about 90%. 2. The fix, Go to your Nvidia Control Panel, make sure you have surround setup. Next, go to Nvidia Control Panel "DISPLAY" located at the top of the Nvidia Control Panel screen, now drop down to surround displays and make sure Confine Taskbar To Single Display is "NOT" checked. So in a nutshell regarding 3.1 and UTX v2. I can't install without the update, and I can't update without it being installed! I am so ready for V4 64 bit and a fresh start leaving all this legacy crap behind.

I am generally happy with P3D3.1 performance-wise; my rig is a 2600K oc to 4.5GHz, 16GB 1600 DDR3 RAM, GTX980TI STRIX, Win7pro on its 250 GB SSD and P3D3 on its own 500 GB SSD. It runs quite smooth with all GPU related sliders pretty much to the right and some acceptable compromises with CPU related ones. Only problem: the occasional stutter; well, more than that: the sim actually stops dead for half a second, sometimes longer, then it resumes. When I thought that Flight Simulation couldn't get any better, here comes v3.1. I've just been flying the A2A Cherokee 180 around Merseyside, and what a delight. Hi. As a European flyer, I thought it was time to invest in a New York Airport scenery. However, I drawn between Drewiecki Design (DD) KJFK and FSDT KJFK. In addition, if you buy the New York Airports package from DD, you also get Newark. I always found the pricing of FSDreamteam to be a bit stiff, and while living in Norway, the tax I have to pay outnumbers the coupon (FACEBOOK23) so basically no discount. Thoughts? I can't figure out whether these products are compatible with P3D v3 either.Thanks

So I just transitioned to P3D and FTX global and vector were my very first addons. I love them, but with vector there is no configuration tool like there was in FSX so I can't change the elevation at some airports and disable secondary roads. I would like to uninstall vector altogether, but there isn't an uninstall option available on my PC. Would I need to uninstall FTX global first? Would doing that also uninstall vector? I am trying to get the PC-12 into Prepar3D V3.1 So far not much luck. The Estonia program does not seem to do the job. I get a message about not being compatiable during install and then the Pc-12 does not show up in the "select aircraft" of P3D. any help and directions would be great.??

Hello, I was about to purchase the ver 3.0 but 3.1 just got released. Was wondering do I purchase 3.0 then install 3.1 or can I just purchase 3.1 directly and install? Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi would someone be so kind as to paste there simobjects.cfg for me. I'm using 3.1 and tried to install mytraffic 6.suddenly i'm getting aircraft visualization error. Just need to double check my simobjects.cfg to see if anything is missing. thanks for help steve

I am in the market for a traffic program and looking for opinions. I have looked at UT2 and MT6 so far. I don't mind a little cfg tweaking to get them to work but plug-and-play and active developer support should be considered. I do use VATSIM on a regular basis but sometimes I can not commit the time to sit in front of the screen without pauses and long breaks and I would also use the models in Vpilot. Would be great to have a list of the freeware or payware aircraft that can use the new dynamic reflections. I found the stock Connie uses them very well as you can see in the following on vs off screenshots; Connie on runway with reflections off - Connie on runway with reflections on. You can see the white runway markings in the bottom front fuse - Connie over water with reflections off - Connie over water with reflections on. You will notice the bottom is more blue to reflect the water color.

Anyone else having a problem with the ASA172 undocking of the instruments? If you've figured it out let me know please.

Using FTX Global & Vector Also got all the freeware and some pay ware orbyx airports Am novice on scenery stuff , so not sure what the source of these huge lights could be. I suspect they always been that size, but first time I noticed it cause came so close to it. From a distance they look ok, up close, and when close to airport, they look like big balloons. Any tips much appreciated thanks

Hello, I've been looking for a co-pilot/captain since the new update. Of course, I gotta take age, and timezone into consideration. A little about me: I'm 14 and I live eastern United States. I have school so of course, I can only do somewhat short flights on Fridays and weekends. I like to work with mature people who aren't trolls, and treat this simulator as a simulator. I have always considered this for P3D. I fly the NGX IFR flight no VFR so would i actually need this? Will just add more eye candy and slow my PC down? I only fly in Europe so maybe i could get the openCL

Hi guys, This morning i installed my new Samsung 4K 40 inch curved tv , replacing my 24 inch monitor. I m using P3d and FSX , for FSX and P3D i used nvidia inspector with the 24 inch monitor , do i need to use this also with 4k , if not do i need to delete the standard profile in Nvidia inspector or do i leave all the settings in the in NVI P3d and FSX profile at default ? Followed instructions and also got the latest from Orbx, Active Sky Next and Estonia Migration Tool, etc. Everything went without a hitch and pretty fast, too. All addon programs and scenery working as advertised. Very pleased with the update. Howard
