Hi all, Got a little problem and hopefully someone can help. Story short: I was trying to programm the FMC on my PMDG 737 and 1 of the way points i was trying to add was invalid due to my NavData wasout of date.. After googeling the problem i installed "WorldNavaids" and since then my P3D v3 wont startup.. I am not able to uninstall WorldNavaids due to the uninstall option isnt working within the worldNavaids programm and it is not showing in Programs and features on my Win System. Also IOBIT cannot find WorldNavaids. I have to say that it is very sad that PMDG is selling the 737 Base Package, which I bought last week with a very old Airac and NavDa…

For three weeks now I have been able to log onto the Orbx Forum and read the posts; but I'm banned from posting. I did have access to my profile and the other day I changed my avatar. This morning I became a pariah and it wasn't because of anything I had written since I've been banned from posting. But last night my avatar has been deleted. Hi All, Major changes to the autogen have been made, the biggest you will notice is the file size. I have managed to rework the vector files and resolved some issue with autogen duplication causing a larger than usual file size. Many areas of vegetation across roads have been removed as well as some major reworking of the building autogen to remove some unusally sized autogen that appeared in a lot of areas. I have been beta testing Pro ATC for many months and have confined my flying to the 737 NGX and Q 400, leaving the A2a 172 and Cherokee 180 in the hangar. About 10 days ago I decided to try some flights with GA aircraft and Pro ATC, so I dusted off the 172 and 180 and started flying with them. First thing I did was replaced the 430/530 GPS with the GTN 650, because the 430/530 was giving me problems with getting waypoints programmed into the GPS. I just bought and installed FTX Trees HD and in the course of that upgraded to Central V2. Now It says that I do not have OpenLC Europe installed. Very frustrating - can anyone help? Hello all, I hadn't been on flightsim for about 2 months because of work etc etc....I clicked to update Ftx Central 2 on FTX Central and my antivirus software program said it was a "dangerous" file and cleared it all out. I went back on to it by clicking on the my desktop icon and it said this program doesn't exist....I turned my antivirus software off and went to reinstall orbx base it all installed correctly, until there was no apply button for orbx base. I uninstalled orbx base and reinstalled it again but here was still no apply button. Also there is no size shown for global base in the uninstall program in the control program. I am long-time user of FSX with DX10 fixer. I get super resolution, no problems. I am interested in making the BIG change to Prepard3d. Will there be a significant change to my flight environment? So, once I purchase the Prepard3d software, please give me an idea of the order for installing it and uninstalling FSX. Also, once Prepard3d is installed, do I just load my must-have software: REX, Opus, PMDG, RC4? Is GEX and UTX used in Prepard3d or not necessary? Thanks for any help on the BIG switch. zach

Hello. Although I don't see any issues, I have read about something about placing ORBX sceneries on the bottom of some list. Can anyone explain this whole thing about scenery items, what difference does it make if they're in different positions, how to change their positions, and what are the downsides of a misconfigured lists? I recently just made the switch from EzDok to P3D and I am attempting to install EzDok however when I am in the cockpit I can use mouse 3 to look around hwoever whne I try to use num 2, all the direction keys, the page keys, etc they just don't work. First time I installed and found this problem I uninstalled EzDok completely, I removed all of the registry entries I had for both my previous versions of FSX (SE) and P3Dv3 and reinstalled. This did not fix it so then I searched and found the "check conflicting hotkeys" option in config.exe. I ran this and nothing now I am confused. By the way I am running EzDok as admin at all time throughout the installation proces…

my p3d at start up has a black screen i can hear the plane and see the menu bar and the academics license in the right hand corner of the screen i tryed evrthing to figure this out but come flight time still a black screen can some one help

Hello, I am looking to purchase an airbus to fly on Prepar3D however I am not sure which one to buy. Lots of posts around this and other forums have said that the Aerosoft airbus is the best one to buy, however I just want to make sure that the one that I want to purchase is the correct one. I've seen some other airbuses on the Aerosoft website that go under the title "Airbus Extended X" or something along those lines along time ago and I can't seem to find the "extended" version or whatever it means. I've been using the GoFlight interface Tool P3D for my GF MCP Pro and EFIS in my current home cockpit and I had no issues. I was going to download and install the same for my new PC that I've just built and I couldn't find it..But there is a payware version in Pollypot software site. IS is more enahnced version of the one freeware I've been using? I have to old version that I could use. And I don't mind paying for the new version.. Anyone has information on additional feature they may have on it if any? Or is it they just decided to sop the freeware and go payware? I won't blame them if they did.

I got thinking today (being sick of watching CNN) about the strange peculiarities surrounding FS this season, particulary as it has to do with ORBX, P3D and Dovetail and other platform and major add-ons. To me, everything seems to be far too quiet for far too long.... For instance, how long has it been since ORBX released new scenery? SInce the migration trip, stumble and recovery, the drama seems to be primarily over, but they remain quieter and more boring than Swiss elections. Hello, I have a little strange problem here. I don´t remember, when it started (couple of weeks), but I cannot open ATC menu with any aircraft I choose. Okay folks. Well as mentioned earlier, I recently had to re-install all of my add-on scenery. After doing so, everything looks very similar to default textures and the scenery quite frankly, looks terrible. Below I have typed my entire scenery priority list from the FSX Settings, and am hoping that someone can assist me in getting this in the proper order. As it stands I believe that Global is not being displayed as all of the ground texture are still default. The latest files from ORBX I think are installed. So I have narrowed down that the reason for all my crashes are Reshade. My normal routine for P3D is starting the game first, then AS2016, vPilot, TrackIR etc. If I do that with Reshade enabled, P3D insta CTDs before the program has even loaded, with no error in event manager. Turning off Reshade, and everything works as normal. I have no idea where to start on this one. I have tried to add an exclusion for the "Mediator".exe and the entire Reshade folder in Windows Defender, but it keeps crashing P3D no matter what. Hi all, Still happily using v3.2.3. due to certain issues with the later iteration, I have had a very peculiar occurrence the past couple of days, in that the panel with the loading ribbon has become the same size as the flight/aircraft/weather selection screen; it covers 2/3rds of the screen! Similarly the exit screen with the Yes/No buttons..... I am sure I haven't changed anything deliberately but being a daft old buzzard I could have changed something without realizing..... but I don't think so. Has anyone else had this happen, and how did you remedy it! Regards Dave

Hey guys I have this issue and I think many others have the same Where just the buildings/ houses autogen textures in distance or sometimes directly below are slightly blurry Then clear up Settings are moderate Just using am 116 in cfg Tried new cfg and shaders still persists Using process lasso also Tried without am also ,no tweaks. Is it just p3d lod radius? Yet I have read others that donor encounter that problem. Cheers

I have figured out how to get WOAI to work in P3D but the traffic is scarce regardless if I set the traffic at 100% Are there any new schedules out there that reflect what is happening at our airports oday in the real world. Thanks Randy
