After installing Pilots Ultimate Mesh I get the following error message when starting P3D. Scenery.cfg error. Scenery's remote directory is invalid. Would you like to unload this area? The only option is OK. The sim continues to load after pressing OK and it looks OK. I can fly around and nothing seems to be amiss. But the error message is annoying. Noel

I've googled and asked everywhere and I can't find any situation similar to mine. Basically after a fresh clean install or repair my sim works only the first start after that, the second time I try to start it it gives me a black screen instead of the scenario setup menu, if I press esc it opens the pause menu but anything I click on makes it ctd. I cleaned everything to reinstall it and without installing any addon but it still gives me the same problem, how could I try to solve it? Thanks.

I have tried over at orbx support forum but no answer yet, so i tought i try here aswell. I have these "blurries" . I have tried with or without tweaks in my cfg to no avail. Sim is prepar3d v2.5 and is running on an SSD. Hardware is i7 2600K OCed 4.4Ghz, GTX 770, HyperX 16GB RAM

Hi Flight Sim Community, upgraded recently to Prepar3d V3 and want to add some life (AI Traffic) to the Sim. With my previous version I was happy with the ### AI Traffic Pack version 1.5. That's the one which I want to run again but no luck so far. Are there any previous post or guidelines on how to get it run? Don't want to wait for the next version :-) Thanks... For some reason I now have a simconnect window appearing that gives me updated weather - not sure when or how it was activated - but I find it annoying and want to disable it. All I can seem to do is close it - but then it reopens itself as soon as there is an update which is pretty frequently. I am using P3D V3 and my weather is generated from Opus FSI Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Should I install the latest library update now? I just installed ORBx OpenLC NA and remember that people had issues (i.e., blurries). It's recommending I update of course.

I used the free version of EditVoicePack X to add lots of new airline and military aircraft callsigns in FSX, and the updated USEnglishBig.gvp file has worked very well in P3D. However, adding more call signs since then has proved troublesome. I note that the payware EditVoicePack XL now works with P3D v3, and it apparently has a large database of airline callsigns (hopefully including all of the ones that I added to the freeware version). However, does it also include lots of military aircraft callsigns? You know the ones......stuff like "Scimitar 12" and "Tiger 45". I am keen to purchase this new payware version, but I need to know if it includes the latter, or if there…

Hello, I recently bought an i7 4790K for my system, From what I heard from other people it is a great CPU, When I tested it I was surprised to see that a friend of mine was getting more FPS than me, He runs a i5 4690K at 4.4GHz and I run my i7 4790K at 4.5GHz, also he as a GTX 560 and I have a GTX 960. I know it isn't fair to compare to systems like this, My system is as follows: i7 4790K @ 4.5GHz MSI GTX 960 2GB model 8GB DDR3 Ram Seagate 1 Tb HD. I want to fly with ATC using Pro-ATC X, will it work with GA aircraft such as Carenado or Lancair Legacy?

I have noted that European coastlines are dramatically distorted in FSX since I started using it in 2006. I purchased Ultimate Terrain Europe to correct this distortion for FSX. I recently purchased Prepar3d as my new FS and note the distortion remains. Ultimate Terrain Europe does not work for me in P3D and the Windows 10 operating system I now use. Does ORBX FTX Global correct the coastlines in Europe and elsewhere? Will ORBX FTX Global will work for me? It appears to be a much better system. Thanks for replies!

All of a sudden, EZdok and AS2016 stopped working. If I try to configure EZCA through the config.exe panel it says that "The ROOT section in the EXE.XML file not found. Likewise, AS2016 won't start because it think the file is corrupt. I don't see anything wrong. good day everyone!!! I have been simming for quite sometime now, fs95. I went through the verions up until fs9. I left simming for the last 2-3 years due to personal reasons. Hello everyone, I am currently thinking about upgrading my FSX texture sets and when I was taking a look at FTX Global two years ago it was a real deal breaker for me that it turned desert Areas and especially Cities "green" back then. That was especialls true then using Scenery-Tech Landclass Addons, which I do for regions outside UTX. Has this been fixed or were there other developments regarding accurate landclass placements?

I have P3D v3.3.5 I want to get an airliner jet, something common but something that won't brake the bank and kill my frames. I'm leaning towards the QW 757 Any others? Even a good freeware jet wouldn't be to terrible, but I fly all payware small GA stuff, so I'm spoiled with what payware brings. I don't need PMDG, to expensive and it would kill my system I'm afraid. I have an old I7-930 o/c to 3.8GHz. 6GB RAM on mobo, GTX960 4GB any recommendations would be helpful.

How and where do they go in the scenery library as far as order and placement are concerned? Does Base go above LC or is it LC above Base?

Hey all, For some reason my textures are not blending very well as you can see in the picture below, this is not confined to just aircraft lights as seen in the picture but to all textures, you can just see it better on lights and when looking at the sky. Hello, I've been going through all my previous orders online and decided to install REX Essential +. I have activated the access right by paying the $4.99. A bit of a shock that anyone would need to pay extra but what the heck. However, although it is activated my textures will not install until I get a P3D licence. I would assume this is the same thing?

Ok I must be going crazy. Took a flight today from Colombia to Ecuador, Quito. Flying RealAir Legacy, with flight1 GTN 750 First thing, I noticed was that the ILS 36 would not activate. It would not come alive. No problem, just handle fly following the GPS. Second thing, could not find the airport...I mean it is no where to be found. GPS says I'm right over it. Paused sim, F11 to look around. No airport at all. Did several passes same thing. ILS would not pick up and no airport in the sim at all. Try to land in some dirt...landed and walked away, but hit a small tree...yeah some repairs are needed. Ok, here's the really weird thing. After the cras…

Somehow Prepar3d keeps "forgetting" in the scenery library where the ImagineSim Atlanta scenery files are. The file location is never listed. Next time I loaded Prepar3d, I got this message. Eventually Prepar3d deactivates it. This is very frustrating. A manual install of the scenery results in no textures for the Atlanta airport area. Is there a fix for this?

Hi! So I got a new ultra wide screen that is 2560 x 1080 pixels. I am using EZDOK and I wanted to get inputs on what everyone thought would be the best VC zoom level. I am currently using 0.70. Thoughts? Thanks, Clement
