Hello Regarding Prepar3D Only I'm looking for some Feedback from Ultimate Traffic 2 Users, Are you a Basic UT2 User ? Are you a Mid level UT2 User ? Or are you a Enthusiast UT2 User? Are you 1, 2 or 3 ? (1) A Basic User: You just want to see moving planes, You don't bother to much with the UT2 Control Panel But you Install some of the Schedule's, But No Power-Pack and No repaints (2) Mid level User: You Use the UT2 Control Panel a good bit to adjust Plane Volumes and so on (3) Enthusiast User: You use all of the above and Powerpack and Repaints

I am looking for someone to help set up a new prepar3d installation for a business spanning multiple monitors and views inside and outside of the aircraft. Would appreciate any recommendations.

I've been playing around with some settings for Prepar3D v3 and downloaded a profile set and imported into Inspector under the Prepar3D profile. Now that I have saved and applied the settings in Inspector, what happens now? Do I need to run Inspector load the profile and close it to the taskbar, then start Prepar3D or does it automatically start when I ran Prepar3D. thanks steve

Hey guys, so its been a few weeks and i thought it was just a co-incidence that i wasnt getting any shadows, but now ive come to realise that i havent actually got any, i think it happened when i downloaded some ENB's, its not a biggie tbh other than to take screenshots but wanted to see if theres a quick fix other than to reinstall. i turned cloud shadows on and they work perfectly its just the cockpit shadows that arent comming :/ thanks alot Mehdi

Dear fellow flight simmers I am really starting to enjoy P3D moving more and more of my simming time away from FSX. P3D grows on you...the lighting, shadows, autogen, etc. For example, after spending some time in P3D, the autogen popping in FSX is becoming increasingly unbearable! I get really great performance with most default P3D aircrafts. High fps, smooth and stutterfree flight. However many payware addons has a very significant reduction in performance. For example I bought A2A cesna 182 and performance is good in rural areas, however if I try flying over say Ontario international the immersion is getting killed by a lot of stutters and low fps. Anybody know of a P3d v3.4 comparable scenery for Boeing Fi9eld please?

Does anyone know if this scenery is compatible with p3dv3? If so, is it an easy install or does it require a lot of manipulation or manual entry? same thing with the Kmci that is out there but I'm not sure who made that one.

I've downloaded all the WOAI files because I would like to use them as AI aircraft for use in VATSIM with vpilot. However after extracting all the files with the installer I noticed that most of them have in addition to the aircraft folder some scenery and texture folders and a WOAI.cfg, the latter outside the aircraft folder. I do know the aircraft folders can be put into a single folder and then can be added to the Simobjects.cfg but what about the other folders/files. Will I need them and if how do I install them? Ever since 3.3 I've been having this bug with the left engine in all aircraft (tested with PMDG 737, 777 and AS A320). Intially thought it was a control issue, but bug exists with both P3D controls and FSUIPC controls. After starting both engines, the left engine gets stuck for a while. Throttling up only powers the right engine and after a certain amount of time both then throttle up properly. Upon landing and arrival at gate, dropping the fuel cutoff for both engines results in only right engine shutdown. Left engine gets stuck at idle RPM. I honestly have no idea whats going on here, but I've noticed the reverser shafts are sometimes open even from cold …

G'day all, A few days ago I tried tweaking some AA settings which didn't improve anything. I had screenshots of my old settings so reverted back, however my AA is still pretty ordinary. Turning FXAA on in P3D (I never had it on previously) helped, but it still isn't as good as what I had. I wasn't using Nvidia Inspector so didn't have SGSS on. As far as I know, my only settings were done through Nvidia Control Panel and P3D itself. Here are my settings. I would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas on how to restore a good level of AA, that'd be brilliant. Cheers.

Does this work in P3dv3? I just bought it thinking it does but it looks like it doesn't recognize P3D and only sees FS9 or FSX which I don't have. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Is there someone who has some of these planes in p3d? I am considering buying one, but have to check if they will work with p3d.

Im puzzled, and abit confused. Im sat in the sim with the Jetsteam Design Milan Linate Airport (v1.1) and the A321 from Aerosoft (v1.31). I have reached the early stage of route setup and am asked to choose a departing runway which is 'RWY 36'. The route i was given suggested LIML - ABESI, UN851, ROLSA, Z162, ZUE, T163, EMPAX- EDDF On selecting RWY36 I am then given ABESI as an option which I choose and then a transition option of LOGAN pops up which on both occasions I have and haven't selected. When I select the 'S' key on my keyboard to cycle to the next view - is there a way I can select which views are cycled?

Hello ALL, I don't know what happened that one day I started getting this strange light blue color on the edge of most water bodies, especially the narrow rivers. Does anyone know what causes this? I tried unchecking (and then checking all) Orbx Vector stuff, as I'd imagined at first it was something related to it, to no avail. Installing REX water textures (and waves) and reseting the shaders to the default ones (I use PTA) didn't help either. Thanks!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but that does not work. Had to bite the bullet and install P3D Pro after trying to get FSX Steam to behave but alas too many issues with UAC. Anyway just want to report that P3D V3 is solid on the SkyLake and 1070's in SLI. Most settings are cranked and FPS in the 100's at default KAVX. ORBX stuff is easily installed with FTXCentral 3. Big thing is to turn off HDR and also GSYNC in NVidia Inspector. Don't expect much of a 64bit version. Microsoft reports that Visual Studio performs 20% slower in 64 bit mode due to the extra work of mapping 64bit memory addresses. I am not sure where to post this but I fly 100% in P3D V3 (3.4 Latest hot fix). Last week I left my PMDG 737-800 at cruising altitude in auto pilot while I grabbed a coffee and a bite to eat. When I returned the aircraft was busy skidding across the French countryside! For some reason both the landing gear and flaps had deployed without any command thus disconnecting the auto pilot. This now happens randomly in all aircraft both default, freeware and payware. It can happen during any phase in flight including while on the ground. Since this is not specific to any aircraft then this must either be P3D settings or my hardware. My Joystick is now 4 years old, could…

Hi everyone, My apologies if this was asked before, but is there an easy way to add some taxiway lighting objects at default airports in P3d v3.3 or 3.4? I guess I'm wondering if I can just replace a file or two with something that we see on taxiways at some of our favorite payware airports. Any ideas? Or would I need to use ADE for each airport to manually place each one? Thanks, and if this has been brought up before, can you point me to the thread? John

Hello fellow pilots! I'm having an issue after install Latin VFRs KMIA scenery. I initially clicked the wrong directory while installing (which I've since fixed). However every time I start I get the following message. SCENERY.CFG File Error Scenery 's remote directory is invalid! Would you like to unload this area? <OK> I click OK and all is fine, however Id like to fix this problem once and for all. The message isnt telling me which scenery is having the actual problem. Are there logs somewhere that can point me towards the root cause? All my searching has turned up were posted where the message actually listed the cause however this seems to be s…

I have a question that I probably know the answer to but I figured I'd check. I only fly online, whether it is Vatsim or Pilot Edge. However, it is pretty boring landing at airports that look like ghost towns. Is there anything out there that would allow for an environment to be online but also see AI or static planes all while not hurting frames or VAS? I saw there was some real time application on here but wasn't sure if that worked while online. I highly doubt there is but I figured i'd ask the experts. Thanks!
