I'm running P3Dv4.1 on two networked computers and displaying on 5 monitors using WidevieW and WideTraffic. I set the canned weather theme to Major Thunderstorm on both, same time, same location. The 3 monitors on PC1 show cloudy skies with lightning in the distance. The 2 side monitors (left window and right window) show it's actively raining quite a bit. The two computers are not sync'd up with regards to the weather outside the window. I do not have AS4 or ASCA. Any thoughts how I fix this? Thanks.

I recently have been getting terrible fps with in outside views even at default airports where I easily use to get 60+. After uninstalling the windows update my fps seems to have come back. Anyone else had this issue?

Hi all, After reading some reviews this week i decided to get the Milviz C-310 Redux. Went to the online store, and downloaded it [not sure i am allowed to mention the shop name]; anyhow the install went fine. I printed out the Pilots handbook as i wanted to see the V-speeds before taking the first flight. Milviz placed an icon on the desktop so i could select the Flight 1 GPS; rather neat! So loaded up P3Dv4, unchecked "favorites" and looked for the C-310. Not there?? What was there is the Milviz P-38. Surprise!! I have emailed the store; no reply so far. Wondering if i should cancel with Pay Pal. Anyone ever have this experience? Suggestions? Thanks for reading!

I am trying to load the fsl 319 and am getting the above error message. Keyboard suddenly does not work. I have an I7, 4790k, 32gb ram, gtx980ti. I would appreciate any help. Thanks so much Bernd Jablonka

The 2008 issued Aerosoft Barajas appears to be limited to FS2004 & FSX. Is there any Madrid airport available that will run in P3D v4.2? T45

Hello, I was having problems with this trying to get my thrust levers set up in the new Aerosoft Airbus using FSUIPC. I remembered that I had the same problem with the old version and this document fixed my problem. Well, I found it again and it still works to fix the problem with the thrust levers and FSUIPC. If you are also having problems with this, check this guide out and scroll all the way to the bottom. You will see the instructions for setting up thrust levers with FSUIPC. AI traffic can be a FPS killer at even moderate settings. This situation has not changed much since FSX. Many of us like to decent amount of traffic around, but this finally becomes a tussle between volume and FPS. To help this situation I have written a program which automatically tries to manage the traffic. The logic is pretty simple, you give the program a target number of AI aircraft, by default 150. Every 60 seconds the program will check how many AI Aircraft are there and then it will delete AI Aircraft above this number. Hello, I am getting these little black squares popping up randomly when I'm flying.

I have read all the forum posts regarding undocking the ATC window in windowed mode prior to entering VR and moving it to the left corner as well as the shrinking of the main P3D window and so on but none seem to work me. I run VR in single pass mode with an Oculus Rift and all works well including opening up pop ups like PMDG windows and GTN 750 etc but the ATC window will not display. Is anyone else having this issue and/or has anyone found a solution other than the two I mentioned above from other posts? I have posted twice on the P3D forums but Kayla keeps referencing me to the link that doesn’t work and locking my posts so I thought I would try here.…

hi guys Coming from XPlane, I find the horizon and cockpit even seem quite bright. Even the instruments on the 777 PMDG seem a much lighter blue and orange (almost yellow) on the HSI. Is there a way to adjust this at all ?

Hi, I've started to get this sim freeze and CTD with no information in event viewer, it just started randomly, I can load up the plane, doesn't matter which one, Qw787, PMDG777 etc, at New Zealands NZAA and everything is fine until I choose an outdoor view or, any mouse click or joystick button click will freeze the sim for a few seconds and then a sim freeze and ctd, it doesn't happen anywhere else in the sim just NZAA, I've rebuilt the scenery.cfg file to see if that helped but no, this is with P3DV4.3, Orbx Global, Orbx New Zealand North and South regions, frustrated, would anyone have any clues? Is anyone successfully running Imaginesim KCLT in 4.2? I had it in previous versions of P3d but when doing a flight today into KCLT it was the default scenery. I ran the installer and it had me remove the scenery and I installed it again. I loaded up the sim but it was still default. Any tips?

Yes, I posted this on FSdeveloper and the P3D forums. When the only way to get support for a product you purchased is the support forum, you would hope someone could answer your question. I noticed each new install of P3D leaves the Package Cash folder filled with subfolders with the "remainings" of the install. Any problem if I delete these folders which are worth a precious ( for me ) 12,6GB ?

Hello, I've recently purchased FTX Global & OpenLC, and looking to install both into my P3Dv4.3 environment. As I currently have Ultimate Terrain X installed (and wish to keep), what should I use as the insertion point for FTX Global? I'm thinking I should insert it right after the last UTX entry. My thought there is that the UTX items are higher detail than the Orbx terrain textures. Thoughts? Once that is done, should the Orbx Landclass also be installed following the UTX vector entries? My plan is to disable the UTX landclass entries from within their setup tool, leaving Orbx OpenLC to handle all of the landclass, and leaving UTX to handle the vector d…

Sorry for the dumb question, however I've forgotten what is required. Normally when I update P3d I usually only update the client,but this time I want to also update the content to take advantage of the C130 now offered. But I can't remember what the effects of updating the content do. I don't really want to start from scratch with all the sceneryI have installed already (mostly Orbx) but I don't think the contents update will effect this. Is that correct? Is there anything I should be aware of before updating the content? Thanks

Hi guys As you know, the default sounds are a mixed bag: While the cockpit experience is very good, the external sounds are very lacking. Trying to fix that i got the TSS sound package. To my surprise, while their external sounds are mind blowing, their cockpit sounds are somewhat overdone, noisy. I just lost the quiet md8X cockpit. Even with their "FlightDeck" cockpit config the cockpit is just too noisy compared to a real MD-8X So i spend the day tweaking their config and i fixed it. I'm now quite happy with the results. Now i have the roar of the external sounds, that "Omg the world is coming to an end!" kind of roar, but also the quiet cockpit the md8x is so…

Hello everyone, I have P3dv4 running with orbx the Netherlands, Wales, UK and Aerosoft Helgoland installed. After running ftx Central and updating libraries my scenery is all water all over the world...... Trees are floating on it. All scenery, not only orbx, seems to have this. Any thoughts?? The scenery order seems to be ok in P3d.

I have a error When I am not moving the camera around the cockpit i get a solid 40 fps and as so as i start moving around the cockpit it lags and the frames drop to about 10 fps. Could this be chaseplane? and one thing i noticed it is worse at dawn and dusk. specs GTX 1060 6gb I5 6600k @4.5 GHZ

Hello, I like this certain plane and would want it in p3dv4, unfortunately it is 32 bit so the gauges don't work. How do I convert a plane to 64 bit and is there any tutorials on it? I want to take on the challenge! I appreciate all support this topic gets. Thank you, ya11

I can 't get to Juneau using World Go To nor can I fly into it. I get an immediate CTD. I can take off from Gustavus and try to fly to Juneau but when I get within 15-20 miles of the airport I get a CTD. P3Dv3. Window 10. I have all the Orbx scenery installed. Most of RTTM (without the boat and floatplane traffic). FSAddon Tongass Fjords and Vancouver. Aerosoft Anchorage with Holger's fix; Fairbanks and Dutch Harbor. MyTraffic Pro. Victoria for PNW. Saitek X52. I don't have this problems with any other airports I have flown to. Noel
