Hi guys, I hope someone has exprince with it and can shade some light. I rally love the Milviz Bell-407. The only issue that bothers me is the trim. It has a force trim option which is really great but the problem is the trim controls. As the manual saying u simply usr the keyboard elevator up/down keys for trim. It work great but as soon as move my cyclic up or down it goes back to previous position and trim is lost. Does anyone know of its possible even with Fsuipc to adjust a key press that will trim up/down and once releasing the key will define this position as neutral ? So when i will move cyclic again it will go back to this position ? Any help wi…

It appears that the average loss in FPS for NVidia high end charts is about 10%, for AMD only 2%. I have a problem... When I want to start the Ezdok config.exe I get the message "Components is registered.Restart application" Which application do I have to restart?

My FPS is good in cruise, but gets to be in the teens during approach and landing. What P3D settings should I use? What tweaks could I make? Hi all, Hoping for some help. Running v4.3 (Client upgrades from v4.0 only) and am seeing some very strange third party addons issues across many manufacturers. As an example: - At Aerosoft EGLL, ProAtcX and AirTrafficManager cannot connect (even if I load into another airport which does load properly and then "Go To" the airport from the navigation menu. In this scenario, ProAtcX thinks I am positioned at 0 degrees Lat and Long (and is not accessible from within Prepar3d) and AirTrafficManager stops being able to count and delete AI aircraft. I also see very odd things with FSLabs A320 where it cannot properly load panel states (for example going from Ready for…

Hi everyone I'm thinking of using ProATC, but I'm getting used to other aircraft I've bought, such as the new Aerosoft Airbus Professional package. Can someone explain how to create flight paths that are compatible for both? I noticed ProATC is not listed in Simbrief, but Simbrief can do my plan for the Airbus. Gaz

I have a slight anomaly having updated to v4.3 In certain areas of Orbyx Sceneries -in this case Europe- loading A2A planes close the sim A2A planes fly ok elsewhere ie N America Other planes Carenado,Milviz ok I did have a problem flying in south of S America but disabling CMteo.xml.dll files allowed my planes to fly Anything more I could try? xxd09

Hi all, I just updated to v4.3 last night, and this morning while trying to set up a flight I am experiencing a problem where the panel views will not come up (example: if I press shift+3 the FMC won't come up on my 737, Shift+7 won't bring up the overhead panel, etc). I reset the sim a few times and checked that the key assignments are all still there (they are). Anyone know what might be going on?

A warning of “Unable 280 KT at DEALE" shows up after I set CRZ ALT in the PERF INIT Page. What should I do? Here are the basic information about my flight configuration and relevant screenshots (1. The screenshot of the chart 2. The screenshot of the warning page): Departure: KBOS Arrival: KDCA STAR: DEALE3 DEALE waypoint is the start of the DEALE3 STAR at KDCA airport. According to the chart below, there is a speed restriction of 280 KTS at this point. After I have completed my route input, the warning show at when I put in the CRZ ALT in the page of PERF INIT. Hi everyone I've been using this soon for some time, but just realised I've never flown to the airport - only from it! I use the built - in ATC, and it got me VERY close to the airport, and it had given me instructions to land on the main runway with a visual approach! Why would it do that when I know the runway it assigned me has an ILS? How to I tell the system about the approaches using ILS? Gaz

Hi Guys As a long time user of FSX ( don't shoot me 😃) I like to keep an eye on the developments and improvements in the land of P3D. I bought V2 back in the day and whilst it looked prettier than FSX it always seemed to suffer with worse AA and lower performance in very heavy weather so in the end I went back to FSX, (i just like to get into the sim and fly, none of this tweaking mlarky). Has anyone here gotten the “Simple Sun Mod” creates by Gabriel Rodriguez to work in v4? I’ve heard of it working in v3 but no work on the 64 but side. I had it in FSX:SE and it honestly made my sim less cartoonish.

Hi I've always used an aircraft that I can create a flight plan with using the simulator itself, or a tool such as Simbrief. Unfortunately I have been taught to fly an aircraft in P3D but you cannot use any online apps to create the flight plan. I am a complete starter to creating flight plans myself. I honestly wouldn't know what an airway was, for example. I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction for some help here - hopefully something on YouTube. I essentially need to understand how to create a plan and program the FMC manually. Please help! Thanks, Gaz

Hi all, When I startup P3Dv4.3 and then load a flightplan through the Load Flightplan option in the startup menu, the flightplan I generated with a 3rd party flightplanner (FSC, LittleNavMap) will get altered or corrupted by P3Dv4. The only way to circumnavigate this problem is not to use the "load flightplan" option in P3Dv4.3 itself, but manually load this generated flightplan in ActiveSky etc. This phenomenon only occured since version 4.3 of P3D. I wonder if one of the modules of P3Dv4.3 might be corrupted and in this case which one, or if this is a new undocumented feature. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot, Hans

I just upgraded to 4.3 and all my keyboard, joystick, GoFlight mappings are different. How can I deal with these easier between each upgrade? Can I copy the 4.2 keyboard mapping file? What is the filename? Where would it have been (I believe I saved \programdata somewhere)? I think I can just copy my old fsuipc.ini file? GoFlight...for whatever reason the USB (keyboard?) seems to get remapped, so my throttle levers become rudder control. I still have the original ini and it looks ok in the GF control panel. Is this P3D that is somehow mapping rudder to it?

Hello, I finally got myself 3 monitors, and have been playing a bit with it. Generally I will use my sim in the middle, with left and right for VATSIM apps, Charts, EFB, browser etc. I also like the idea of being able to span the sim over three screen while not exiting the sim, for instance night-flying/landing. I also understand that I get certain FPS drop / higher GPU usage when spanned over 3 screens. What I don't understand is, why does FPS abysmally drop when I for instance undock the FSLabs MCDU and drag it onto the other screen? I mean, that's a 2D panel, nothing really. Hello, i just recently purchased Boston KBOS from FlyTampa. Looking to begin installation shortly, and hoping to do the install via the new P3D addon.xml method. Can this be done in that manner, or reasons why not? Are there any special considerations or notes for me prior to beginning the process? Hi When I run P3D v4.2, my simulator pauses ever 1-2 seconds for about 1 second. It is very frustrating and only happened since I updated the FSLabs a320X. 1. How do you install an older version of FSLabs A320X 2. Please help ASAP. Also, if my simulator doesnt do the stutter every 1-2 seconds, it does it every 8 seconds.
