Is it my imagination or is REX Environment Force and REX Sky Force 3D and absolute performance killer? Prior to buying these addons a few weeks Ago I was using Active Sky and REX4 Textures direct for a long time. I had found the general sweet spot for my system to maintain 30FPS at 30hz with unlimited frames pretty much in nearly all scenarios. I called those setting Sweet spot and then I had another setting file called 30fps anywhere with lower settings than Sweet spot. It seems to me that now I get scenarios with "sweet spot" that cant maintain 30fps far more often and scenarios with "30fps anywhere" that cant maintain 30fps. they seem to corres…

Hi everyone, I recently have bought OpusFSI and I’m having troubles with Dynamic Camera. Well, I have tried everything to disable dynamic head movement and AHM. I only want to have the head shaking effects but not this head movement which is quite frustrating. Do you have any idea of it? Thanks

For weeks - I have been trying to get this sim to accept my rudders on Axes Z I set it there - and as soon as I try to load the secondary Rz for the Throttle --- PRD3 immediately resets axes Z to the throttle - and drops the rudders/brakes - which are then designated to the main Axes X - and - Y - i.e. - pressing the rudder and brakes - also turns the X and Y axes on the yoke The sim accepts the mixture and prop without any probs on Rx and Ry. Somewhere along the lines I must have changed some settings and on my last few flights, I get default ATC playing on certain frequencies. I can’t figure out what I need to untick in y settings to stop tab. Can anyone let me know? Thanks

Hi A quick question to ask for some help after updating my version of P3D I recently succesfully updated my version of P3D to P3D v4.5.13.32097 However, when I checked the version details in Control Panel / Programs & Features / Uninstall or change a program...I notice different version numbers. The Content, Scenery and Academic Client are all updated to v4.5.13.32097 but the Academic still remains as v4.5.12.30293. This would seem to be a simple and easy fix but for the life of me I cannot see the wood for the trees.... Any help would be much appreciated... Thanks in advance Mark

Does anyone know of where I can possibly find a guide or something on how to best do a full reinstall of P3D v4 without needing to reinstall many addons? I need to do a P3D reinstall due to an issue I'm having, and want to avoid needing to reinstall my 20+ addons along with it... Thanks.

Hello, Currently running P3D 4.5 and using Chaseplane. All is working great. The only issue I'm having is when using Chaseplane Replay. Everytime the replay finishes it pauses the Sim, which is not the problem. The problem is when I unpause the sim it jumps my aircraft out of position and sounds like it's crashing. Almost like it glitches or lags for a second but still my aircraft jumps or stutters. Does anyone have a solution to fixing this issue? It's only when I'm using the Chaseplane replay feature. I also unchecked pause sim on tasks to see if that was the problem but apparently it's not.

Hi, I recently updated from P3DV4.4 to 4.5, (Client, Content, Scenery), but now my aircraft that had a tomato profile are black. I updated tomatoshade, reset and reinstalled my profiles but no luck, thoughts?

Having white clouds at night I don't know why very confused. Please let me know any fix for this.

Hello folks, This has been a desperate move for me to ask for help because through all these years when I used FSX and P3D, I was able to tweak the sim by myself. Well, at least in most cases googling was enough. Hi ..... those of you familiar with the novel 'Don Quixote' will also be familiar with the eponymous hero's tendency to tilt at windmills .... I must admit to doing that thing from time to time, so please bear with me .... I run a selection of Orbx scenery in v4.5, and have just installed alongside in W10 a copy of v 3.4 .... problem I have is my wish to run that selection of scenery in 3.4 is not matched by the space to install the whole kit and caboodle a second time .... so the point of my query? .... any way of linking 3.4 into the files installed for 4.5??? Hi, if I was to update p3dv4.4 to 4.5 (Full Update/reinstall,) how would I do that? I have Tomatoshade, SF3D, Enviroforce, gsx, pmdg, aerosoft, qualitywings, blackbox, plus many addon sceneries (Flytampa, Areosoft, etc...) Would I have to uninstall them and reinstall them after updating p3d, or can I just update p3d with all addons installed?

Last night I loaded up in the QW787 at the KDTW beta when I noticed that the taxi and landing lights on the 787 were extreme overpowering. Even the DL for the airport seems too bright. I was wonder if the white DL may be a file that got replaced by another program or maybe HDR and Envtex is effecting the lighting. On HDR I use 1.10 / 0.5 / 1.0 Loaded up in Atlanta and had same results on runway with lights, very blinding.

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I couldn't find an answer to my question with several searches. Does this purchase include liveries other than the PMDG house paint? A list would be most appreciated if other paints are now available. Thanks, Matt

Hi everyone, I post this topic because I experienced pretty bad performance in P3D with my brand new PC, this is my config : I7 9700F, RTX 2080, 16go Ram, 256go SSD. I am surprised because the game is at 20-25 FPS when approaching KJFK with the addons from DRZEWIECKI DESIGN, but the problem is that P3D actually use only 40% of the CPU and GPU, and 50% of the Ram (with MSI After burner). So why P3D wouldn't use all the ressources of my PC ?

Hi, most the time I fly in Europe, North America and Australia. Now I had the Idea to do an "Around the world" tour and explore some of the Airports I have, and some new ones. The Airports with the (x) in front I have allredy , the others with ( ) I would buy and I hope for some Black friday Specials, because right now the tour would cost me 250 Euro in new airports... Did anyone have any issues with auto rudder not working? I can't steer this thing on the ground with my CH yoke. If not I'll open a ticket with them.

For those of us who like the simpler stuff... Virtualcol has been working on updating their E-jets, and originally listed a release date of August 30. (My birthday, so I remember it well). That day came and went, then they updated it to Sep 20, which also came and went. It is now the middle of November, and it still isn't out. Does anyone have any insight into this? I can't find any kind of Virtualcol forum; does anyone know if one exists somewhere? Thanks Russ

I'm not sure if this should be posted here or not, but I'm running P3D v4.2 with the GTX 1070 and i7-8700, and when I load the PMDG 737 NGX, my frames drop to 10 to 15, even without autogen and with medium scenery complexity. I thought the GTX 1070 and i7-8700 should easily handle P3D and PMDG at 30 fps or more, why is this happening to me? I have no other programs running in the background, and am using default textures and airports.

Hello, I'm running into an issue with Chaseplane Replay and the Aerosoft Airbus. I use the checklist and copilot assistance that is featured with the Aerosoft Airbus. Everything is working flawless. Co pilot runs all the checklists and flaps lights etc etc. Now during flight if I use the Chaseplane Replay and then resume back to my flight. Somehow it suddenly disables the co pilot feature and I'm not sure as to why. Would anyone have a solution to this? I know it's nothing major to be honest but I do enjoy watching takeoff videos on the wing view, but when I resume back to my flight it disables the co pilot. Hi Everyone!, I'm back after a brief hiatus, all this MSFS talk has gotten me recently back into sim. I recently did a full reinstall to P3D V4.5 and got some new add ons including the Vertx DA62. Im thinking I really need to upgrade my monitor, its an AOC 24" maybe 27" I forget. Anyway I want to go bigger maybe 32" and up. Whats everyone running, recommend doing or not doing?
