Anyone having this problem when activating? Activation of the fulfillment is denied error? I'm assuming it occurs when maximum amount of activation attempts have exceeded for a license. The problem is I only attempted twice...

Just completed the download and installation but heard some say they had some problems registering the product on line within FSX. Just checking. Thanks.

I bought the NGX and got a email with transaction complete but did not get a download link nor can i find one. How can I get the link? -James

the initial post on it says only to download the ptp files to a directory, but it doesnt say which directory, and there doesnt appear to be a manual to refer too.. Could you please tell me where i should put the ptp file for the LM to access it please??ThanksPam,

My Invoice number is: 159290 For some reason I cannot open a support ticket so that's out. I received the confirmation e-mail but the download link is no where to be found. Logging into my account only gives me a message "You currently do not have any previous orders in this store. " What can be wrong?

Despite the interruptions the Chinese were causing with their childish denial attack, I was finally able download and install the new bird. Wow, I can't even portray in words just how awesome and groundbreaking this plane is. There are effects and animations never implemented before. The sound is beyond belief, and if you close your eyes you would swear you were there on a real flight. Frame rates are friendly (I would put it on par with the QW 757). I took her up around the patch using generic settings and max fuel, and she comes in pretty hot-- so speed management seems to be the name of the game (at least with my limited technique). Well there is a time for typing…

Well, regardless of whatever the cause of the outage might be (is it possible the site is just getting legitimately slammed?), I just thought I'd let everyone know that it IS possible to get through the order and download process now (as I just did two seconds ago). Despite the stressful nature of any launch - especially one with a few unforeseen bumps in the road like tonight - I hope the folks at PMDG can see a steady stream of orders coming in (kaching... kaching... kaching..) and revel in their success for a few moments. Nice job of resolving the denial of service attack and whatever other problems you may have had. Once the order system came back up, it was FAST, and the download is SMOKING fast. Sorry you had to suffer the attack.

I'm sorry but when I go to the Complements PMDG the option doesn't work and in my panel state load i have nothing ... aircraft fuel option doesn't work too ...

I am receiving the following when trying to download from the link I received in the Email. The liveries downloaded fine and the purchase took 20 minutes as well I got my purchase emails. However, This is all I get when trying to get the base pack: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Hey all!I know everyone is busy pre-flighting their NGX tonight. But I'll try to ask anyway.This is directed to the experienced EZCA users. I just purchased EZCA and I want to know if there is a quick and dirty way to set it up so I can walk around the NGX without reading through 32 pages of the manual.Thanks for any help!Happy NGXing!!!

When I press the livery button on the NGX page, getting the 747-800 liveries. Anyone have a link to the NGX liveries ? Mark.
