PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I purchased the 737NGX last night and promptly received the confirmation email from "Order Server PMDG". I now have an Invoice Number, Customer ID, and Visa Transaction ID but never received the download link. Please advise. Thanks,Michael Rose

i had purchased already through PP. and i had received email from pp confirmation of purchased. but still no link from pmdg and check pmdg account orders there is no orders i had made .. what is this .. please guys help me byeBikash kc

The installer can not find the MSFS installation. How do i manually navigate the installer to the installation directory?? My FSX is in the D drive. Regards,Christian

First of all I would like to thank PMDG for releasing the NGX and doing their utmost in these exceptional circumstances. I am sure everyone appreciates that PMDG is in "all hands on deck" mode to go through the support tickets, however, I was wondering if we (those who have paid for the NGX but left stranded without a download link and registration info due to the DDoS) could be given an estimate for delivery of this information. I personally submitted my ticket at around 4.30am UK time and was hoping to get some support by the end of the day, but I do realise it is early in the morning in Reno at the moment not to mention that there must be a humungous backlog. I know this sort of question is a favourite of those who don't read the documentation carefully. So first, excellent aircraft, great flight model (the basic essential), I am open minded about using the CDU for simulator setups, the HGS is worth the price alone, and details such as contact points are carefully optimised. They are not showing up in the manager?And do see "aircraft.cfg_old" in the -800NGX WL main folder.I messed up the -800WL by putting it in the -900WL with manager. Thanks...

I waited up until an ungodly hour last night, and eventually gave up and went to bed - fair enough, it had been released when I woke up this morning at about 0545Z. I couldn't buy it however, since there was a 'Database Connection Problem'. It told me to wait a few hours. I went for a sail for a few hours, and I've just got back in the door, in eager anticipation of buying the 737NGX. There's still a database connection problem... I'm aware about the DOS attacks, but surely after this amount of time you've managed to block their IP addresses? If they're all coming from the same region, or same country (China), can't you just block the whole region or country until the dow…

I cant get the 900/WL variants to install. After they install, they do not show up in the livery manager. N/M They show up in the sim though...

Hi im using that shader from aoa videos dont know what its called but i have a problem i use two monitors and i undock overhead and fms but when i pull it to next screen the shader is working only wit that undocked screen is there a way to fix that thanx.

So powered up this beauty gave a try...and gotta say the peformance is outstanding. Hello,Today, for some reason, suddenly, without having changed any settings, I noticed that when I touchdown with my plane, the touchdown smoke is black. I don't know why. And no I haven't installed the NGX yet, although it's released (just waiting for the shop to be working again). My pc specs are pretty good, as far as I know I have all the latest drivers, and I've never had this problem before. To the PMDG staff: I want to first thank you for the countless hours of fun I have had with your projects. Next, I wish you good luck with the current spate of problems. I too have not been able to download the 737NGX, though my paypal account was charged. But, this problem is not your fault, and I am quite annoyed by some of the posts that have attacked your company because of the delays. The thing I hate about the internet is the lack of accountability. I was raised in the Bronx, New York where stupid comments usually resulted in a swift (and painful) response. I woke especially early today at the time of 7AM to find that there has been a cyber attack on the PMDG website and all operations are offline!! I hope to god they fix it in time! I hope that those responsible for the attack are found and punished!! I have faith in you guys here at PMDG and I know my expectations are high.
