PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hi everyone, after I installed the NGX the add-on menu on in flight just disappear, so I can`t access the FSUIPC and other things. Anyone else who experienced this problem? And maybe some have a solution to work out this problem? Kindly, Kai

So quick question, I cannot remember how to turn the VSD on/off and can't seem to find it in the manuals or aircraft main panel, help please?Zach Hutcherson

hi, i was one of the lucky ones last night to be able to buy, download and install the mini queen. this plane is so awesome i don't know what else to call her (maybe princess would fit her better). persistence paid off for once. i always try to install software with my antivurs turned off. for that reason i also go offline. no problem with the airplane installation but the directx install aborted because the installer could not go online. no retry offered and then the installation was done (or so it seemed). there was no message saying that the NGX is installed successfully or anything like that. after that i did go online again and tried to download and install the late…

The plane is great everything works fine but when i open up Fs Commander and click gps to follow my plane the map goes to solid blue. Also of note at times my switch view in my cockpit does not work and if i ctrl alt del like i am going to close program but go right back to it all is ok.

This plane is amazing.. by far the best plane I ever tried and here is the best part.. It's easy on the frames. smooth as silk I would write more but I have to go fly this plane

Before even starting the engines, I just sat and admired the VC for ages. After then listening to each engine spool up (twice each;-) ), I just had to sit and listen to that ammmmmmaaaaaaing sound set.... up & down, up & down........... Then a couple of aborted takeoffs. Finally, my ONE single complete flight so far (EGPF-EGKK) This is NOT an addon. This is a peice of artwork, lovingly crafted by what is obviously THE most talented team of folk in the field. Guys, I thank & applaud you - ALL of you!

Hello,i just installed the NGX, but i have to see that there are no numbers in the displays, as you can see in the screenshot. All other things seem so work properly, i hear all sound, the systems are working and the plane flies, but i don´t see how high, how fast and where i´m flyingI tried to reinstall FSX and NGX, and i also manually installed the PMDG fonts into the windows fonts folder. But nothing changed

Hello! Bought the NGX earlier today, but on my second fligh today, on approach to Gatwick, the aircraft just froze. The sim countinued, but the panels froze, and i couldnt steer it. (So i crashed ) Anyone else experience the same? -Sivert

I reset my startup state to be Cold and Dark, then decided to try the Tutorial again. The only start up options are CLDDRK, LONG and SHORT. Page 47 of the Introduction Manual says there is a 'Ready For Takeoff' option, which I will need to restart the tutorial but its not available ?? Glen

Can't test right now but do the pmdg profiles in topcat work with the ngx???

Hello, I was fed up with waiting what.. years...But I' ve just made two flights with the 737 NGXand no doubt it's miles better than any otherFSX Add-on!! The visuals are stunning, and after tweaking the FSX.cfg24-30 fps! Huge congratulations and a big THANK YOU PMDG! AC

For me the panel freeze seems to be only all the glass panels (inboard/outboard/center/lower). It happens when I add a new view, for example the right wing view. The moment I make the view the CDU's dont update anymore. All the knobs, levers, switches, throttles seem to work just fine. Cycling the view mode doesn't help but when I close the new viewport and then cycle the view modes the CDU's pop back to life. I sometimes use an alternative view to see my own takeoff and landing from the passenger perspective. Tried it at various locations and with both 800 and 900 series. Just finished the first flight, LGAV-LIMC, with the -800. The graphics and the sounds are outstanding...the feeling of "being there" is quite impressive......something rather unique with respect to other add on aircrafts. The flight was very smooth with no major issues.....I really had a good time...!With I7-2600K even at stock speed and GTX-570, the performance are excellent, better than the 400X and the ifly737.....what else can I say ? ...enjoy your flights and thanks to PMDG for this great FSX milestone...

Well it seems I cant take off from EGKK. Every time I try everything stops working in the NGX. Seems okay at other airports though (4 I tried). Anyways I was looking to see how it looks from the outside and when using the Ezdok cameras there is just a big square PMGD box and two doors visible. Using the FSX cameras it seems to look okay though. Anyone else seeing this?

Just noticed, when the landing lights are switched on, part of the HGS is masked by the dash/mcp. With landing lights off the HGS is completely visible. Lights on, bottom of the HGS is masked. Lights off, everything is normal.

Whenever i try to select a STAR im getting an Invalid entry. Just before this happen i got a message on the FMC that said something about program pin error. It will not let me select a STAR . Any idea whats causing this ? MIke

Hi,Well I'm going to share my experience of the new NGX on Monday with a full review, but it's safe to say I've seen nothing like this before, truly unique, mesmerizing and beautiful!Anyway, tried using TrackIR 5 with the NGX and it does make it very laggy :/ does anyone else notice/have this problem??Running the NGX between 10-20 FPS in the VC and 20-30 in External, but even these FPS look bad, it's silky smooth all the time!!Intel i7 940 @ 2.93Ghz12GB RAMNvidia GeForce GTX 285Windows 7 64-bitMany Thanks and I would appreciate some advice!Tristan

Question: I've noticed that when using the instant replay for the 737NGx (and even the MD11), no animations, instruments etc, work. Wingflex is gone, the engines do not spin, the spoilers are in whatever position they were when you hit instant replay, and all instruments are frozen. Is this normal due to the complexity?Thanks.

So yay for the ngx, great plane, but when i got to altitude lastnight i noticed my contrail was black, flat and had square shaped graphics trailling behind. Turns out the smoke from failures, landing, and contrail are all like this, i've included some pictures for clarification. I am using rex which could be the culperet but i'm certain rex and the ngx are compatible, they'd have to be right? I haven't purchased the NGX, yet, but a thing is not clear to me: it has been ascertained that when the mouse arrow is visible there is a decrease in fps. This means that everytime I use the mouse to click some buttons or to turn some knobs I see fps decreasing? I hope it's not like that...Thank you,James

For some strange reason i have just gone to my NGX and it's asking for the serial key again so i put it in and nothing so i can't fly it. what's going on lads surely after paying for this and having required key it does'nt need to be activated again does it ?
