Voice Control Version

Every time i select chocks away from the popup FSX crashes??........not sure what to do. My updates to v1.1 went smoothly.any help apreciated

I have installed FS2Crew NGX 3 times now. The Config Manager starts up OK, but refuses to take inputs. If I ask it to configure for Voice or Button, it comes up and says it can't access the FSX/FSCrew2010\Versiions\PMDG737NGX\BackupRestoreEEXEs\SetPanelCfg_FSX.exe. The error message I get is "Windows cannot access the specified device, file or path. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."I'm running FSX and FS2Crew in Administrator mode, and have uber permissions, so can't understand what's wrong.Anyone got any ideas?

Hey guys...first of all let me start off by saying I'm not an FS2Crew NGX customer (yet) but I've used FS2Crew Voice Edition for the Maddog...and it blew me away.In fact, it blew me away so much, that I now refuse to fly without FS2Crew. Needless to say, being an NGX customer, I'm going to be purchasing FS2Crew for the NGX, but I have a few technical questions about it before purchase that the product page doesn't seem to be able to answer.How does FS2Crew handle alternate equipment configurations? Damn, I forgot the NGX SP's wipe the liveries out of the aircraft.cfg files. Forcing a SP1c re-install just wiped a couple hundred liveries out of my NGX aircraft.cfg files. :angry:Serious advise - make backup copies of your NGX aircraft.cfg files BEFORE you force a re-install SP1c !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :Hmmmph:Now, where in the hell are my weekly backup files.... :(

Hi,Just broke down and bought the expansion pack for the NGX. I already have the NGX FS2crew installed. Do I need to uninstall that first and then reinstall to get FS2crew for the 600/700 models? Or can I run the installer again and it will install over the expansion models? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,James

Problem: Many of the default buildings of airports vanish.Occurrence: Whenever used NGX + Fs2crew (voice or button).Situation: Landings. Where i get out of an airport and go up to another airport via a route. like a normal flight.- Everything from the origin airport is normal.When it not happens: When takeoff and landing at the same or a near airport (visualy near).- Not occur if i use Fscrew but not set/do anything on Fs2crew. Steve, is that his name?Anyway, Stevo is able to engage modes on the MCP but not set numbers. "Set altitude flight level 250" and he sets 5000, always lower for some reason and I have to scream at him to cancel last command and crack him over the back of the head with the Jepp binder. No reply from trying to have him set any other numbers in the other MCP windows. All other voice commands work very well and my voice is trained on the computer.Thanks

Hello again-FS2Crew has been running FLAWLESSLY for me- your tech support has been top notch! My new "bug" was discovered when running RC4 and FS2C at the same time. All features for both programs work, but I'm noticing that when ATC is talking or another call sign, the volume drops to where I can't hear anything...just the chatter from RC4. The volume returns to normal settings when the chatter stops, or when I hit the "Q" button twice. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or has a fix...I've been resorting to the FSX ATC engine in the mean time, and everything has been running fine. You guys have an AWESOME product- I couldn't be happier with it... not…

How about an opportunity to tell the F/O to turn on and off the Strobe Light? We do that when crossing a runway.

Brian, I want to say the "F" word. No not that one. Fantastic job on the NGX, great complement to the PMDG product line. I do have but abandoned the J41 Voice for that a/c. No problems with it just not enough time for the fun things. Back on topic, While taking the non-firehose route, otherwise known as sipping the manual I decided to take a break and go for a ride. I was learning the panels and for some strange reason I cannot get the crew to stop playing with the knobs and buttons. I even disabled FS2, but they keep pestering me lol. When I start the full pre flight sequnce I am not getting the flight attendant announcments. It used to work and just noticed it stopped. Any ideas? ALso every once in a while the program hangs on "CDU preflight" and will not continue.

Hi there,Great product. Just getting my head round it. I have one issue that I find annoying. The First officer audio only comes out of my right headset speaker. i.e its mono. However when cabin crew speak to me it comes out of both ears, ie stereo.I find it quite distracting only hearing him in one ear.Bryan is there any chance of changing this?CheersNeil

Hi!This is absolutely not a bug or a problem, I just want suggestions=)How do you guys that are flying online on either vatsim or ivao config your fs2crew? Currently I am having the FO coming out of my headset, this creates a possibility that i miss calls from the online ATC, cause for example when doing the approach brief, the fo talks for a minute, and if the ATC calls me during that time for whatever reason its almost impossible to hear:-)So im curious how you handle with this?:-)/Niklas

Every time i try to fly with the voice control version I get a CTD right after hitting the fly now button is there any reason for this I'm using the default 800 with SP1c this seems to only be a problem when on multiplexer. I looked at the bug list and i did not see any mention of this.

I just bought the NGX voice control version . I'm already a user for PMDG 747 and Level-D 767.My problem is that every FO response is "Flaps up"Any ideas? Order #20885Thanks

Hi, I have the following problem. Everytime when I try to fly with FS2Crew in a multiplayer session on my favorite server (Happy Hippie Germany) i get kicked shortly after takeoff when the flaps are going up because of intense network traffic generation from my aircraft. This problem was existent in the past until SP1b for the NGX and everything seems to work fine with SP1c too, but when I start using FS2Crew the bot detects massiv network traffic from my aircraft and kick´s me. Hopefully this can be fixed, because I love Fs2Crew and it´s too bad i can´t use it on my favorite MP-Server.greetz,Kirk

While waiting for the update and tutorial I have bought a USB headset and am hoping to use the Voice control FS2Crew in the future.I have it all set up in Windows and have been going through the voice recognition exercises without trouble, and I have set it up so it is not activated when Windows starts, as mention in the manual.However when I open the main FS2Crew panel and click on the "voice" box it does not stay activated, the "on" light just flashes and goes off.The manual says this is due to an incorrect speech recognition set-up, which I am sure it is, but I can't see what I could have done wrong.As far as I can tell I have followed the instructions properly.Is ther…

I don't get crew help with the doors or the jetway.On the CFG I have ASE (N) Doors (yes) Gate Dep (yes) Gate arrival (yes) ASIDE-X (yes)But no doors are closed and I have to release from the jetway with control J. Is there a trigger to get the crew to close the doors and remove the jetway?Cheers,Don

Bryan, I have purchased the NGX FS2Crew but, since I have been off a few days and have no time this period, I have not yet installed it. Do you advice to wait for SP1 or to install it now and then update? If I install it now, will I have to reinstall it after SP1 is out or just run the SP1 exe?Thank you.
