Voice Control Version

Hello Bryan, Could you please help. When initiating the main panel from a 'Cold &Dark' state, the 'SK' , 'Right Display' and the 'Power Sw' is not seen. Has this option been removed from the updated version V1.1 or is it something simple i am missing? i have enabled the Voice control version. Thankyou for what is a great add-on. Mike Sumner

I took the plunge and purchased the Voice Control version last night. I do have one question though as i read the manuals and try to get through all the good stuff. On a few occasions the microsoft speech engine has minimized FSX ans opened up other applications based on incorrect interpretation of things I've said. Is there a setting i can use to prevent the Windows 7 from switching to another application unless I manually switch? thnx I'm excited to get going with this program eventhough I am a little intimidated by what I think is going to be pretty steep learning curve. Hi guys, I really hope that you can help me with this, I have been trying for the past week to sort this out and I'm getting to the point of giving up, turning my pc off and going to the pub to give my brain a rest. I get to the pushback procedure, the main panel is at the 'S.crew/EngStart' stage and I state "Ground from cockpit" He replies "Go ahead" I then say all the various replies like "We are ready for pushback and engine start", but thats it, no response at all. I have tried the various configurations on the mic panel ie, SVC mic selector and button on with the Service Interphone on, as well as FLT mic selector and button on but with no luck, nothing seems to fix…

Hello, SInce i have installed the SP1 for FS2crew i get some strange things. I removed the sp1c and reinstalled it. I did not remove fs2crew, but i reinstalled it with SP1. Yesterday I started my flight at EHEH in the 737-700, 2d-panel loaded. I loaded the NGX panel as "short" and started FS2crew with the preflight checklist. During the preflight checklist, Window Heat, I said on and the FO said "are you sure about that". After that he continues on with the checklist. This also happened with the before start flow and before start checklist. I contacted the ground crew via cockpit to ground (response "go ahead"). I said start sequence is 2 then 1. Hi, I suppose that the trigger event for the FO's shutdown checklist start, is to set parking brakes at the destination airport. But what if for any reason, I am told to hold short before crossing a runway, and it lasts for a long time due to traffic landing or taking off for example. If I set the parking brake (which it's done in real life I think), the FO will start his SD CL. And I don't want him to setup the aircraft for shutdown, as I need to taxi again. How to prevent this ? Hi all. Something i can't find anything on. Do flights using Fs2Crew save ok? i.e. Will they pick up where i left off when it comes to the Fs2Crew sequences?

Is it possible to make the F/O silence the disengage alerts a few seconds after one asks him to do so (eg. during landing)? Thank you.

I had FSX paused when I launched the FS2Crew gauge, that causes FS2Crew to pause when I un-pause the simulator and vice versa. I minor inconvenience, but I did have to end the flight and start over to fix it.Forgive me, but I should read the manual to see if I can unbind the sim pause button from the fs2crew pause. I have not checked the manual yet to see if that's possible.

HiAll goin very well with my new pal in the right seat. Not so much with my pal in the tug. He has managed to mess up every single push back. Between pushing me back so far I ended up outside the airport fence and only pushing me a few feet he ain't playin ball. Any suggestions?Sp1c intalled-pushback settings at 80ft. Hi bryan..... quick question. It is true that landing lights are to be turned on/off above or below 10,000ft. Am i right in saying that this also applys to strobes? If so why doesnt the F/O turn on/off strobes when he does the landing lights above or below 10,000ft every video/film ive seen the strobes are turned off above10,000ft Thanks Dave

Works eveytime on every flight until I get to the secure checklist. I say: Secure the aircraft please FO carrys out his 'flow' FO says: ready for checklist I say: Secure Checklist FO says: standby I stand by. Then the loop starts again Secure the aircraft please........etc Please advise Clive This is the only problem I'm having. Thanks

Is there a way to key the main panel open while switching views. After starting the PF I go to the overhead an allign the IRS but going back to the main view I have to click open the main panel and then config again. Sorry if this has been asked nbefore but I don't see it in the search

I purchased FS2CREW but did not get to use it right away so waited for the SP. Now I am into the tutorial and have a question. I have FSX configured to start in 2D but I believe that it is being overridden by ezdok. I seem to be always in VC and wonder how to fix this or does FS2C think I am starting in 2D? Thanks

Well i still get a massive volume differencies in FO voice . It sounds like it is the same "voices" that is the problem, so not random. Its pretty much every respond from aproach briefing conversation(very light) , Pressure Selector Mode during Preflight (Very high)and a lot of others. Did not have this before SP1 so dont know what to do ? Did a reinstall with same effect. I have sounds from the FO in speakers (cant remember to get them in HS (HS does not work in configuration panel) and HeadsetDevice in Config. panel is set to Headset. I love the sound from the FO in speakers as i have Vatsim in Headset Thanks Michael

Good day to all, Have you planned a kind of PNF mode in the future (for lazy days :Yawn: ) ? ok i know i could be weird in fs... but it could be great too, if once we've lined up on the runway, the FO could set the TO power and keep the centerline until we call "rotate" then he pull the yoke to 15°, following the FD and call for "Command B". Is this technically posible or may I call that a dream ? P.S : I'm not asking for the landing because : I DO LANDING :Loser:. More seriously, is that possible ? thank you !

Hi,Thanks for a great product.Has the communication with ground changed regarding hooking up some power on ground ?I use to do this after shutting down engine 2He does not connect the ground power with "please connect GPU and external air now" ?Nice touch with "the chokes is set", "remove parking brakes "btw on arrival :-) ?I still have the ups and down in volumen for the FO ,wil try some more after switching to "do nothing" in the win7 sound menu.When the FO is told to "starting sequence is one then two" he still starts engine number two firstEverything else is just perfect :-)(where is the changelog btw)ThanksMichael

Hi gents, I tried something different yesterday with not so good results. I was alone at home so instead of having all the sounds going through my headset, I had all the simulator sounds except RC4 and FS2Crew in my speakers. I displayed the green bar to see what the computer was understanding and wow...nothing was working. My FO was executing the wrong commands and from what I understand, my computer was earing "off" at all times because of the cockpit background noise. How can this be avoided? Do I have to retrain voice recog with the background noise active? FS2crew works great when everything is going through my headset. Any help would be appreciated. …

Hello everyone! I have a problem with my Fs2Crew, I think. When I call for the FA and she say ''Hello!'', then I can't answer her, she don't answer. And same with the ground, when I had landed on my destination the ground guys said something to me, but i couldn't answer them. I can talk with my Copilot so there is no problem with my mic. Any ideas? :Idea:

Hello everyone!! Efter some reinstalls i have alot of these blue Fs2Crew start center icons. And then is my question: Does it matter which one i save or remove? Does disable fs2crew work anyway ( I don't think im gonna use it, but im glad if it should work anyway) :)

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I call leave the flaps up for taxi and complete the before taxi checklist but when I ask the FO for FLAPS 5 during taxi he does not comply. I have even tried setting the contaminated runway setting in the briefing but he doesn't set the flaps.
