Hello, I am having trouble with this limiter and unsure how to fix the problem. I have asked over in the FSX forum with no luck and so I am now trying here. So anyway, its not limiting the frames. I have made the bat and made a shortcut to the desktop which opens FSX and all, but the frames are no where near what my limitation is set to. Any ideas? And I don't want to use the nVidia one because that just doesn't do as good a job and I have trouble with the antilag one. This is the only one that has in the past worked for me, now it just isn't. Could it have anything to do with the d3d9.dll I use to do with FXAA?

Hi, I just found this video: http://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=YlLma_BLaM0 (remove the space after the slash) if you check 1:50, you can see the amazing engine flex or however you want to call it, I've seen the 744 many times from the visitor terrace in EDDF however I never noticed that the engines are this much flexable? Is this an exception due to the severe turbulence on that flight or is this more common? if so, could you imagine to "add" this to your 744 V2? I know it's rather stupid to ask for this but you have to admit, it looks impressive indeed ^_^ greets from rainy Germany, Johnny

Hi guys, I wonder if PMDG has plans to build a Boeing 767-200? Companies that manufacture the Boeing 767, as Level-D (which is fantastic) only has 767-300. Captain Sim did the 767-200, but the base pack is 767-300 and not so good to be said, all you have is very good detail design), but I think the more realistic avionics is of the Level-D. Another 767 is made by the CLS, but not good too! I think PMDG would do fantastically well, as done before with other planes like the MD-11 and 737, for example. I hope one day to see a "767-200ER PMDG". Greetings!!

While in flight, information about wind strength and vectors is shown to us by the FMC. Therefore, if it already has this information, why should it be necessary to program wind/vectors when the FMC is aware of it on an ongoing basis? Surely it uses the information it already has to plot it's optimum heading?Cliff Harris

Hello, wondered if anyone noticed, that when your'e coming for approach in fsx, you can start see the runway/lights clearly just about 6 miles away, even if the visibility is greater then 20 miles? why is that? can i change that? any help appreciated, thanks very much! Daniel

I have just watched the Munich presentation and definitely will be attending next Year. I wish you the best of luck with your plans in the future and I am 100% looking forward to spending a well earned amount on your 777. I am also planning to bring her into service with Juliana Connect (my virtual airline) after her paint job of course and the route set-up. Ill send you pictures of the paint as well but for starters you can see your NG in our colours :).

But at the moment I am looking into it again and I am looking at building my own pc well customise it. I came across this graphics card NVIDIA Quadro 6000 - 6 GB - (PCI-E). Hi, Since I just purchased a new computer with Windows 7 64 bit, I re-installing all of my PMDG products. I have the 737NG based version and the 800 and 900 series installed, and now I just installed the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies. Now, I have the PMDG 747-400 freight and the PMDG 747-400 1.2 update, but I need to know which one to install next. I know you're supposed to install one before the other but I don't remember which. Ken.

Just thought I would share some differences between the old 744 we have grown to love and the 747-800. These are not my words but from a 747-800 driver. Part1. The wing is different (supercritical) and the engines are more powerful and also a lot quieter. You don't feel the "kick in the pants" on the takeoff roll that you got in the 400, it just trundles along making very little noise and suddenly an electronic voice says "V1". Rotation is a more gentle affair since the beast is around 20 feet longer. The wing (?) makes the whole thing a bit more speed unstable on finals. Under the skin there are a lot of differences. Thought I would share this video of a brand new DC10 series 30 ZK-NZR being rolled out at Long Beach circa 1974. It was the DC10 that started my interest in aviation, and even today it captures my imagination. It's sleek, powerful shape is a head turner even today. Hi, Sorry to gate crash the forum with a non PMDG issue but I figured that there are so many knowledgable types here you might be able to help. My PC keeps bluescreening with the message: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I'm running windows 7 and haven't updated any of the drivers recently. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts. Hi,I am going to be taking part in Vatsim's Cross the Pond event 2012 event which will take place on the 31st March. On the website where flight bookings are made there is an option for Selcal. Now I gathered that this meant selective calling (after a brief Google) but I don't quite know how to set it up. I know that it is primarily used so that the pilot doesn't have to listen to the noise of the HF radio when going across the Atlantic but I don't know how to set it up and what it does.I will be flying the PMDG MD-11; any ideas regarding how I set it up with this aircraft?CheersMatthew

Hi,Suddenly my 744X and MD11X begin to land left off the runway(J41 lands normally).Tried sevral aircrafts (including default ones), all of them landed normally.Only 744 and MD11 always land about 100ft left off the runway. Tried several approaches from right and left angle, but always landed left off the runway. It's never happened till today.Reinstalling didn't solve this problem.Anyone can guess the cause of this? Dear Sirs, To my surprise, I noticed this morning that the PMDG fora are no longer visible to visitors of the avsim forums who are not logged in. Is that is really wished by the developers who use the avsim forum as the home of their support fora? How many more are to follow? I am a little concerned, even as a longer term avsim registered user, that commercial support fora, regardless of whether they are offical or unofficial, will be no longer even visible unless you are logged in. In the case of PMDG, it needs to be made clear, if not already, that additional support via the fora beyond the realms of your (albeit wonderful and effective, and I do not mean this s…
