Hi all, Just installed my new 777 and the Op Centre too, brilliant just brillant, but I have a question. After installation the Op Centre downloaded an update which installed details of my other PMDG products, the 737NGX and J41 but it didn't make any updates regarding my MD11 and 747-400. Are these not included in the operation of the Op Centre? Thanks again for a brilliant new product.

I have a desktop and a laptop. I use the laptop to play fsx when I'm out of town. I want to know if I have to purchase 2 copies of the T7 if I want to install on both computers Pierre W

Dear PMDG As you can see that there are not a lot of high quality Airbus A330. It Would be Great if we can have a good High Quality Airbus A330. The Reason I Chose PMDG is because i am long time customer as i bought 3 products from PMDG including the B747X, B737NGX And B777. And PMDG makes a amazing Hight Quality Planes and there are non Airbus in the products section. This is just a suggestion. Kind Regards Seif Zahran

Captains- Please report for transition training to the PMDG 777-200LR/F. I’ll just keep this post short and sweet, since I know you aren’t reading it anyway…. But PLEASE do us one favor!: Don’t try to fly this like a 737. The 777 is a whole ‘nuther animal! Enjoy- and thanks for your continued support!

When i start the 777 installer i get the message unable to locate fsx.exe unable to install Help please!!! Rudy de mol

I have a destop my main fsx machine and a laptop which I use when I'm out of town. Do I have to buy 2 copies of the T7 if I want to install it on both computers? Pierre W

Hello guys, Today I´m painting my livery and when reading the manual I saw that must have a file called PMDG_777_VC_NNumber.psd, but it isn´t in the zip file. Where can I get it? Thank´s Fred Matias

I tried to order the 777 at 1805 est and got an Error 4. I did as told and submitted a ticket under billing/sales at about 2230 est. I would like to know what the problem is with my order.

Am I the only one missing the recent PMDG General Forum 'where is the surprise' post? I can find it with the forum search function (where is the surprise) but I cannot access it. The system tells me: Sorry, we could not find that or you do not have permission to access it. Has my favourite past time of recent been shut down?

Gotta say I do love this aircraft but I have noticed a few things. I am noticing some of the buttons / wording can be fuzzy at times ( when I move my head right in the captains seat to view the ND buttons, they are blurry). And also I notice the PFD is has a delay when changing views. Is there a config where I can bump up my graphics in the 777 that im missing ?? Cheers!

Hi. I´m from Brazil. I´m a poor man, and the dollar is very expensive here ! To buy - NGX (all ) , MD11 , 747X , 748i and 777 , i will spend $ 350 ! Here, 350 = 830 ! Please Make a promotional package FSX with a less expensive price ! Brazilians will be grateful!

Captains- When brought the PMDG 777-200LR/F online for sales tonight, we made one minor mistake that took a bit of fumbling around before it was resolved. At risk of a boring explanation: We left the web server "throttled" to it's normal day-to-day setting that we use to keep our bandwidth throughput low on the web server. We (I am using the collective "we" here!) so rarely change that setting that, as we were bringing everything live, it was completely forgotten until our chief Tech said, "Did we update the....ooooh... I know what this is." At any rate- this is why you don't run with scissors... Okay- so for about 90 minutes we had a server desperately …

I am in a pickle. On trying to order, I twice got the message 'Order rejected' or some similar words. On the third try, I received the message that my order was being reviewed. Now, trying to raise a support ticket, I get a 404 - File or directory not found from the hyperlink, which addresses support.precisionmanuals.com/KB/. I have not yet received a download e-mail either. What am I doing wrong?

Ever since Ryan created the advanced tutorial #2 for the NGX, I have been computing my fuel load for the NG with the most accurate fuel planner out there, the FMC itself. The idea here is that the real life dispatchers use a desktop version of the FMC software when they compute fuel loads and routes. I also remember PMDG's resident aeronautical engineer guru who worked behind the scenes on the mathematics behind the NGX flight model claiming the FMC is the go to tool. Now, with the release of PFPX, how confident is PMDG in using PFPX as the sole source of fuel computations? Congratulations to all you guys who've successfully download the B777 and commiserations to the many who are still trying. Unfortunately I'm in the latter camp. Been trying for 4 hours to make a purchase but keep on getting the dreaded Error 4 message - "for security reasons your order is being reviewed." Thought I'd cracked it when it when I later received a "thank you for your order" email from PMDG complete with an invoice number. But...there was no link to a download. I've since submitted a ticket but the way things are going I'm not holding my breath. Yes, I know patience is the name of the game but when something is 2+ years in development these issues should …

Hi all, Thanks to PMDG for a superb product. Just a quick question... how many activation-keys have all of you, received in your confirmation emails? I only ask, since I have received 4 keys in my email. (I have only purchased 1 copy). Is this normal? Thanks again!

3/23/2012 2/25/2012 I had to install a fresh windows on my new rig and had to go out and buy a new FSX. I want to put my PMDG ships on my new PC.(Technally its the same PC but with a new GPU and CPU) So is there any way I can install my ships again? Listed above are my purchase dates. Thanks for the help and sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. Jon
