Hello everyone. I am new to this but I was wondering if PMDG will release the -300 version? And, I was also wondering if PMDG has developed or will develop an Airbus airplane? If yes which variant? Or is there any Airbus airplane out there of good quality?

Hello, I am interested to know about the thought process/decision how the base package models are decided? Is it based on popularity of the real model or Technical aspects to model or something else ? I believe the success of the real world models have an influence on models the simmers want to fly. For Ex : Many may prefer flying say 737 -800/-700 over the -900/-600 models of B737 just because they are hugely popular over the latter models. But PMDG modeled -800/900 into one and -600/700 in another as extension. This made the -700 if someone wanted to be a very costly product and end up owning -600/900 which one many not be specifically interested in. If we g…

Hiya, This morning I was doing a few touch 'n' goes with the 777 just to get a feel for the bird and noticed some unusual behaviour that I haven't come across in any other aircraft. Right after roll-out from the turns the plane skidded quite hard for about three to four seconds. It took a lot of rudder and aileron to keep the slip bar centered and I was caught completely by surprise. This seems to happen no matter how gently I roll out of the turn. Now I understand that if PMDG have modelled this behaviour into their 777, it's like that in the real plane. Hey guys, after my first few landings with the new 777 I realised that often the ILS would not work (dont even show anything) so I tested some stuff and found out that the FMC on both 777 and 737 and i guess MD-11 (did not test with this) give me wrong ILS freq. when i land at airports where i have a scenery installed. It gives me right freq. on default airports.. I dont know what to do so i hope one of you guys hase some advice for me. thanks

I have started a new topic because I wish to differentiate this thread from the existing threads dealing with importing AS2012 winds. Other threads have assumed that actual en-route winds can be used prematurely for pre-flight planning. I believe that we should be separating the processes of planning for route winds and handling the actual winds encountered. In programming the FMC during pre-flight, we should be using the flight planning process en route winds to populate the flight plan waypoints. This means using, in my case, the PFPX wind forecasts from the OFP, which are shown(?) in tab-delineated format. Separately, I may wish to modify the en route winds…

After all the issues I have finally left EGKK to my destination of TXKF (Bermuda). Anyone who says this the NGX on steroids well you are probably on some other drug. As I was watching some 777 videos on YT, I came across this video promoting piracy of the PMDG 777. The video and the uploader needs to be shut down ASAP! Idiots like these are just too thick to understand the fact that it took years of hard work to develop this flawless piece of of beauty and now they want PMDG to go bust. You get years of endless entertainment for just $90 and these tight bast**** want to ruin everything by promoting piracy and cracks for PMDG products. as the title says sometimes i can get the operations center to load but most of the time it crash's and wont open, giving it full administrator rights im currently running windows 8 iv also tried compatibility mode too no avail cheers

Hello Your 777 is a masteriece, I have no performance issues with it, no complaints so far, but I do have a general question. It concerns cockpit animations. While I don't get excited about coffee cup holders and cabins and moving documents and animations of that nature I was generally curious if it was for performance reasons that the sun visers are not animated? I am full sure readers will suggest these are akin to coffee cup holders, but then so is oxygen hissing from a bottle and yet this is modelled. I would have imagined the visers to be something used often enough to justify their inclusion, but don't get me wrong, for such a sophisticated aircraft to perform so …

Just started my return flight to EGKK from KLAS. Hand flew the SID 07L TRALR4. Once I got use to (stopped fighting) the autotrim, she is such a stable bird. I thought I couldn't be quite so amazed as I was at what you had accomplished with the NGX but I was soooo wrong. So thanks for the amazing work and I look forward to the 300ER. Hi , my name is Elwyn from Qatar, I've been trying to access precisionmanuals dotcom since the release day of 777, I can only access it via proxy but when I try to check out or login still not getting through. I was reading the pinned thread " Order problem?" but still to date I can't purchase it or even log in, but for sure it's PMDG is not blocked here. :( I was hoping the server issue is fixed.

The new Operation Center is very nice, thank you! A great wish from me is, that one could change the order of the installed liveries. It is simply, because I do not want to see all the dozen of liveries, so I usually have disabled to show all variants in the aircraft selector. But then I have to edit the aircraft.cfg to see my livery without activating variants ... Would be nice if you could consider this ... Many thanks Günter

This is a stupid question but how come the option to set my FSX desktop shortcut to "Run As Admin" is grayed out? Microsoft says it grays out when UAC is off but I've never turned the UAC off on my computer. Just don't want to have right-click and select Run as Admin anymore. Thanks.

Hi! Today I tried out the LH Cargo texture set and found that the texture on the starboard side of the vertical stabilizer is mirrored. The 'FA' Registration letters on the top of the stab are the wrong way round. Please see attached picture... Otherwise, great prodcut so far. I am asking to see if anyone knows of a spreadsheet, website, or utility to help us select a derate for the 777 until TOPCAT releases a profile? I know I can dig through the manuals, but I'm not a fan of that approach. I remember in the early PMDG MD-11 days before it's TOPCAT profile there was a very nice spreadsheet that floated around. Is there something similar for the T7 to tide us over?
