PMDG General Forum

So today I tried to open a support ticket for the 777 and when I went to the support page it asked for a login. I pressed login, put my username(email) and password (which I am registered with on the main website) and it said that my username or password were incorrect. I tried resetting the password but it gave me an error again, that there is no such user. So my question is: Am I doing something wrong, is it a bug, or the support website requires a new registration to submit a ticket? Thanks in advance.

Dear all fellow simmers, First of all, I want to mention that Im not looking a support how to assign buttons or how to program using lua plugins with gf panels. I know this is not the place for those questions as it is PMDG support forum. Hey folks, I am using enbseries settings from Nick Needham and I feel like it's good for start but it needs a little tweaking. I have heard Nick from angle of attack uses the ORBX's one, but I didn't like it at all. does someone has enb settings that really enhance the ngx and 777 colors of the cockpit, or really gives a realistic look for the sim? cheers.!

Hello guys . First sorry for my bad English i will be quick . i just need someone to explain to me how to install navigraph for pmdg correctly . I downloaded yesterday navigraph 1404. and i purchased single cycle and updated all my PMDG amd Airbus X but when i launch Pmdg 777 or 737 ngx i'm getting same message (nav data is out of date ) .

I came accross this fantastic site last night and thought I'd pass it along to you folks: http://skyvector.com/ Great flight planning website with world-wide high and low altitude IFR and sectional charts which you can overlay wind barbs at different altitudes,weather radar images, predicted icing areas, sigmets, NATS and more. You can search for waypoints, intersections, GPS fixes, VOR's etc. Hope you find it as useful as I have.

I fly the PMDG 737-800 and my navdata is out of date. Its a pain trying to fly on VATSIM when they give me waypoints that dont exist for my FMC. Is there any way to update this without spending money?

Ignore this please, my mistake for double posting. It said the server was temp. down so I tried twice, no idea it went through.

I lose ATC communication sound when loading PMDG aircrafts of NGX or 777 but the text does scrolling completely, and I also experience same problem for Aerosoft AES, losing sound. All other sounds of aircraft such as engine, warning etc are normally exist. I dont get this problem with other aircraft addons or default FSX aircrafts, only with PMDG addons. is there any different sounds setting in PMDG that makes this happen ?

I am currently building a 737-800 home cockpit and pmdg has been my favorite simulator plane model to fly due to its amazing realistic flight capabilities but I am forced to change to ifly becasue it the pmdg is unable to connect with pro-sim or sim avionics, i dont know if it has been fixed but there are many cockpit builders out there and PMDG should consider in developing a cockpit builders edition software just like ifly.

Has anyone downloaded the new 337.5 Beta drivers? Nvidia is touting major performance gains in several games, claiming that the gpu will take a bit of the load of the CPU, thus increasing game performance. The reason I am posting this is because I performed a clean install of the beta drivers, and noticed something a little peciliuar, specifically in the NGX. I use nvidia inspector and use the settings most people use, 8SQ with 2SGSS. I'm getting "jaggies" around edges of 3d objects in the cockpit, maybe it was there in the previous up-to-date driver, but it seams much more obvious now. For those interested, there is an airliner bracket where you select what aircraft you wish PMDG will make for FSX. This is currently in Round 3. The options are: Boeing 787 vs Airbus A340 Airbus A330 vs Airbus A380 Too bad the 757 and the 767 isn't part of it from the beginning as the former is no longer supported by QW and the 767 by LevelD feels outdated. The problem is likely on my end, but I wanted to post here to see if anyone else has encountered this, or has suggestions on troubleshooting it. Here is a summary of what I am experiencing: 1. After certain keystrokes ([open ATC window] and [pause simulation]), the flaps will fully extend. This does not happen consistently every time I used these keystrokes, but only sometimes. However, every time that it has occurred, it has been immediately after I have executed one or the other of these keystrokes. This has happened multiple times on both airc…
