Hi all, My camera lights on the -300ER don't seem to actually illuminate anything. In fact the spot where light is doesnt light up at all. Not sure if it's just me or if it got overlooked, etc. Any feedback would be great

My nvidia drivers 340.43 and now 340.44 beta are failing. Before this happened I got a blue screen while running fsx with the pmdg 777 while I was on a runway. I noticed the FPS was lower than ever so I really couldn't understand, they went from not dropping below 25 to 15. I had installed ftx recently but was running fine at first. I also had utx running so I thought it was some incompatibility issue and/or because I activated the north american region of ftx after having the global one while having the ftx demo region active. So in any case I uninstalled everything related to fsx and fsx and reinstalled in the same way except utx. So when I start running fsx everything …

Captains- This is going to be short because I want to make sure we give you ONLY the piece of information you need most here: RELEASE PLAN FOR SP1 and 300ER We currently believe that we are on track to release the free Service Pack 1 update to the PMDG 777-200LR/F at some point late in the day (US EDT) on Friday. We can confirm that the PMDG 777-300ER will release concurrently with the SP1 update referenced in the previous sentence. Well, that was the smoothest release I've ever encountered. Downloaded SP1 in breeze, bought and downloaded 777-300ER expansion and the updated OC is downloading liveries now. All within aprox. 2-3mins. Thanks a lot PMDG! How the heck am I suppose to go sleep now?

In order to remain responsive to our membership, we have gone into performance mode. This temporarily disables nearly all of the additional features of this system except for the basic forum operations itself. We will bring back online all features when loading reduces and stabilizes.

Hello, I have bought the 747 CDU from Engravity, Now I know that it can be used with the PMDG 744X with the fslabs driver. I am wondering if it also can be used with the PMDG 777 since there are not a lot of differences in the cdu's. Also when i buy the driver for the 744, will it also be working with the upcomming 747v2? Kindly regards, Rick Winkelman

I am officially back to work as of this past Monday- and it has taken a few days to get caught up on the administrivia of PMDG so that I could get back to all of you with some updates on the release plan for the SP1 and 300ER. We anticipate building the RTM (Release To Market) version of the PMDG 777-200LR/F SP1 and the PMDG 777-300ER Expansion Package during the next 24-36hrs. don't know if this is the right place to be posting this but I have noticed a performance drop and don't know where or why. And since I am tweaking for PMDG I figured this would be the best place to get help since you all have experience with the PMGD addons. Hello, can anybody tell how PMDG make that detail cockpit? I wanna make a A350-800-900-900R-1000-F Versions This is what i wanna know: What kind of software they use (example: FS Design Studio 3.5) how they create the model (.MDL Files) how they make a virtual cockpit that fully works If the software is secret (or other) please tell then the best alternitive. Gents, I know that a slew of Windows 8.1 posts have been started on Avsim, but I was wondering if by now, any solid verdict has been settled on by the PMDG folks here (Ryan?). I'm really starting to get used to, and actually like W8.1 on my computer at work and am considering doing a clean install on my FSX PC at home; 8.1, FSX Gold, all my myriad of add-ons and see how it goes. It would also be nice to keep this post here instead of moving it to the Windows 8.1 forum as I am mainly concerned as to PMDG's answer on the subject and their research as far as how their products have been interacting with W 8.1. ... Please make a C-17 aircraft, I don't care if it takes 4 years and costs me 180+ dollars, I would buy it as no one has a good C-17, and when I think quality, well PMDG is the only one that comes to mind. This aircraft needs to be done, and PMDG is the only one to pull it off.Michael Pare USAF vet and former C-17 mechanic.

Hello, I recently tried to buy the 777 on the PMDG website and I went through all the steps without a problem. But on the last at the end when it directs me to the download page it says, "Error 4: Your order needs to be reviewed for security purposes. Please Contact PMDG Support." It also says that if I retry purchasing the product it will be declined. I have a registered PMDG account and I know that there aren't any problems with my account details because i have bought other things online with the same details and card before. Does anybody know what could be wrong with it? I'd appreciate the help Thanks, Jamal

Hi. While starting up PMDG MD11 for forst time, it asks for permission to load various gauges. I accidentally pressed no on one of the boxes when it asks permission to load a gauge. Is this bad?

The KPHL9 departure uses the localizer on the departure. I have tried the 777 navrad page but have not been able to enter both the LOC freq or it's code. How is it done? Thanks, Brad

Sorry if this has been observed and posted somewhere before. Today I looked at the PMDG webstore and the 300ER that was listed at a price of $150,000,000 is now gone. Why does this matter? Well, Tabs or Rsr mentioned at one point that they had to place the product in the store as a method of properly testing the product as well as giving the beta testers an access point. Since it is now gone, I am under the impression that the beta testers have received the RTM version at this point. Also due to its disappearance from the WebStore, I feel as though no further edits are necessary (which explains why it is gone from the store as no further downloads are necessary by the…

hello it wont let me post in the 777 form so this is why i am putting it here for some reason when i load in the 777 the outside goes see through as you can see in this image http://gyazo.com/6a76359b6f57e92875ffd7134e704416 but when i go to cockpit view it is normal inside, I have ran fsx as admin so i dont know what else to do please help?

Hello, Just purchased the PMDG 737 and it seemed to install correctly and I inputted my activiation key, but when I click to load the plane FSX crashes to desktop. I'm really stumped as to what to do? Maybe reinstall? PS i already reset my computer. Thanks ahead of time. Vaughn B.

it always gives me an error everytime i try to update it says " opscenterupdater.exe. is not a valid win32 application " by the way this is the first time i encountered this error.

Greetings all, I recently installed FSX onto my new computer, specifically into the SSD. When I installed the PMDG aircraft (737's and 777), I am getting a skeleton plane, both from the outside and from cockpit view. I tried reinstalling the plane thru the OPS center, but that didn't do any good. Any ideas on how to correct this? Also, I tried copying and pasting my FSX.cfg file, but the forum doesn't allow my to paste it. Forgive my ignorance, but what I am I doing wrong? Many thanks, Ron
