Hi everyone!I need someone to confirm this-1) Pick some random airplane and back up your panel.cfg file.2) Delete the contents of the Panel.cfg, and add this instead: alias=PMDG737-700/panel.3) Note your frames.4) Replace the edited panel.cfg with the original.5) Reload the plane, go back into FS, and note frames.6) Report both frames here.I stubled across this tonight by chance when I wanted to use the PMDG panel with the FFX 737-800. I experienced significantly lower frames with the PMDG panel than with the default 737-400 panel. Hi, I have too screens, one with the fmc completely dark and another one where the quantity of fuel doesnt appear, but I have still a lot of fuel to fly. DO you know why it happens?Coimbra

Just curious how many times one can re-activate their license key for the 737. Most (including me) will only need to do it once or twice but some may need to do it more due to multiple OS reinstalls due to one reason or another. I ask due to the fiasco over at FSD (see the FSD msg on the MSFS forum). Apparently when buying an FSD aircraft, they only allow 2 license re-activations. Thanks

Hi PMDG,I'm sure that this is a Boeing omission rather than a PMDG omission as it's on the MCP and I'm sure you'd have modeled all of that accurately. Does anyone know WHY it's not possible to arm LNAV/VNAV on the ground though? Actually it seems that I can arm HDG SEL but not LNAV or any pitch mode. I really miss this from the 767 PIC, it's quite annoying to have to break your scan to punch VNAV instead of just having it auto-engage at the right altitude. :) Just curious as to weather anyone has any insight into the "why" behind this choice since you used a lot of real boeing info in the creation of your NG. :)-Shaun

Hello PMDG-team,I can't select a waypoint if there are several waypoints with the same identifier. It seems that the FMC only displays the first page and I'm not able to select a second page. Yesterday I flew to EHAM and I wanted to select waypoint WP, but the right WP didn't show up on the FMC. Only some WP's miles away from Schiphol. Hi.Before I buy, I think that it's great if I can use it for my homecockpit....but....I don't know if I do something wrong or not but pmdg 737 doesn't work with aerosoft mcp and/or Project magenta MCP.will it be compatible ??thanks and sorry for my english :-)byedaniele

Today I was flying MCO-ISP and while on approach to ISP I was using the spoilers to slow down a little but the only problem was when I went to retract them, they didn't fully retract, they were stuck. They were completely extended but about halfway up. Is this a flaw that PMDG knows about or was I doing something wrong. Can anyone help me fix this problem.Thanks,Daniel

Hi everyone,I am new to the PMDG client base and have just purchased the 737TNG - sounds great, but I can't get it started. I have downloaded all 4 required downloads and followed the installation process. I also downloaded the Lauda and Scandinavian liveries just to "have". Once I ran FS2002 (on windows2000 pro) and tried to select my new aircraft I kept on receiving the following error message, which I cannot get out of (hence I have to forcebly shut down FS). Also no liveries appear, just a silver aircraft, as well as only the Lauda Air option shows, not the Scandinavian... Hey guys,I've been flying the bird for a while now and I've been experimenting something.It had come to my attention that time was not really reflected well on the clock you'll find in the approach view. PMDG has said they will put in a 'decent' clock but for now I have a solution for all persons who are owner of the 767PIC product.The good thing is that it fits in very well.(see pic, though in latest version it's more stretched on the Y-axis to furthermore cover the panel print. I am trying to program in the PORTE3 departure out of KSFO (runway 01R) and came up with the attached KSFO.txt. (see pics)Put manually the flightplan EGLL to EHAM, BPK-UR123-CLN-UL620-REDFA.Activated it, now in the LEGS page you will see DIDGO waypoint, press DEL and select DIDGO, the "Route Discontnuity" flag will show, press EXEC.Now comes the problem.... Select REDFA (LSK4) and press LSK3 to tell the FMC that after CLN go direct REDFA.... Captains-I have noticed questions about the 800/900 being asked over and over again- so I hope this brings some clarification-**737 The Next Generation 800/900 Add-on development has not yet begun****As such, pricing has not been determined, not even thought about****Our current focus is on the 600/700 base product and we will not start making new products until all major issues have been fixed**Once the patch has been released, and we feel that all outstanding issues have been adequately addressed, we will publish details on 800/900 add-on product development.I hope this answers your questions.Sincerely,

Ok what's going on??I loaded up the 737NG this morning and the first thing I was confronted with was a dialog box with "Invalid Machine Code". I clicked pass this the 737 loaded up with 3 banners across the cockpit. THIS IS A DEMO OR AN UNLICENCED VERSION.The 10 days is not up yet??I can see this registration is to complex and is causing legitimate owners frustration.What now?Andrew.

Dear Gents and Kimberly,I just experienced the infamous inflight APU bottle discharge, immediately after I pressed "B" (in STD) mode, to see what the pressure was over the south of France. It discharged immediately.Any ideas whether this could be linked? Any other things that you've experienced which would appear to act as a catalyst in this problem?Hope you're all having a nice evening...Alex

How do you turn on the avionics other than CTL A?With altitude hold on, ILS selected, holding at 3000'msl, when the glideslope becomes active, the aircraft tries to climb to meet the glideslope indicator on the HSI/ADI. The aircraft ended up at 5000 feet and then began descent as the glideslope needle centered. I did have a flight plan active in the FMS. The specific airport was KATL, runway 27R, assigned 3000' with an intercept heading of 300.
