Anyone have any clues to this i bought the 2 packages 777-200 + SP1 and 777-300er clean fsx install to h:\FSX + acceleration i can activate 777-200 but 777-300 give me invalid activation id : no addons installed and no mods added

After installing ASNext SP1 I started getting random pauses where Windows Task Manager shows no CPU usage for FSX and FSX NOT RESPONDING message lasting about 8 minutes. After the 8 minute pause the system just picks up where it left off. This has happened on five different flights using both NGX and 777 models with just FSX, vPilot, and ASNext running on the system (with all of the usual stuff.) I did not have this problem before installing SP1. On my last 7 hour flight there were 3 of these 8 minute pauses over a 5 hour period when I switched back to AS2012 with no subsequent problems. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Ron Oines

Hi may name is MANUEL. I build a 747 cabin. I have WIN 7,FSX/Acceleration,PMDG747-400, 6 monitors, throtttler,radios etc. I do not how to put the PFD and ND instruments in one monitor since they do not exist in the manue of instruments of FSX like it does in the 737. Is any one can help me with this problem? thanks

Hello, whenever I load my PMDG 747-400 and want to change the views, outside or whatever fsx freezes and crashes, I've got fsx deluxe and a windows 8.1 HP laptop. Tried the HIGHMEMFIX and the UIAutomationCore.dll fix but it doesn't work. Any help is appreciable. Thank you.

Hi, I'm Manuel. I build a B747 cockpit based onPMDG747-400. I had a problem to install the class cockpit (PFD & ND ),because under instrument menue do not exist.I know the 737 has it. I there a way not to complicated for me to installe it in the monitor and if does exit can any one help me with that? Thanks.

hello, interested in opinions on which simulator is the best, FSX , P3D ,lockheed , etc... i have had fsx since 2008. which one is the future.i have over 150 aftermarket aircraft an was wondering should i stop buying microsoft and head to another sim..?

Does anyone know if this will happen and what the timeframe could be? I think a really good 64 bit simulator is overdue, I wonder if Prepar3d will achieve this in a future version. Is Prepar the definitive choice for PMDG as the platform for future developments so far? I just think that just by having a 64 bit platform similar to fsx would improve performance by quite a lot and allow for more addons unlocking pc power, but I don't know at all if it would be too significant. For example I run a few addons with PMDG aircraft and only get 30 fps average but my cpu usage is around 75% or less most of the time.

Months ago I came across a couple of funny FSX videos (made by the same author), which, with great visual impact, teased on fsx videos' cliches: framing and composition, wise use of fading and motion blurs, the perfect the choice of music. Everything subtitled with description painted on the aircraft! Now that I'm struggling to make my first FSX I would like to follow some of those cliches. Can anyone help me finding the links of those videos? Thanks in advance

I have a few question about P3D, but also FSX. 1. Will it be some reprogramming to adjust your products to P3D? There must have been some development in their host so you can use GPU more, not only CPU. Or? 2. Would it not be possible to develop product so it runs partial as an own application, and use an interface to communicate with FSX? Similar to how you develop a web service. Am a programmer, but have never done anything with FSX, so I am curious.

I've been told in another thread that PMDG doesn't reccomend using FSUIPC with their products, but what am I to do since it is the only way I can use my joystick with FSX? It's impossible to fly with a keyboard and mouse, and I've run into a control issue when using the 773 and FSUIPC, so, what are my options? Just give up? Patrick Boynton

Hello, my fsx has a problem with some file, so i reinstalled it. But i forgot to remove any add ons. Now, i want to reinstall my PMDG NGX(Boxed) and my T7(Download Version). But i just have black gauges, no gear and nothing is clickable. I gues its something like software protection, but how can i reenter my key? There was no Key question during the stup and in the FSX. Im sure that its not an FSUIPC Problem, because its not installed. I hope you guys can help me Thx for help. Greetings from Mainz(RLP/Germany) Jonas Löffel.

Hi folks, I am just flying the AFR 77 leg to KLAX of the turn LFPG-KLAX-NTAA-KLAX-LFPG. Air France use the 777-200 for this, and of course I took the fictional 777-200LR AFR livery. Before take off in KLAX to NTAA I faced the message DOOR ENTRY 5L. (IMU this was not discussed in the thread http://forum.avsim.net/topic/446949-note-for-pmdg-found-a-minor-bug/ , where the -300 was in dispute. ) Obviously the 777-200s don't have the 5L/5R. And I cannot get rid of it: In Menu--PMDG Setup--Aircraft--Failures it does not show up. Nothing to clear away. Any ideas? Do I have to start again e.g. from 777 Cold & Dark? Thanx in advance.

Hi, when flying the PMDG 777 when I want to fly a great circle route (ex:EGLL-KJFK) I get coordinates like 4100N and 16000W and i was wondering how you input these into the FMC? If so how because they don't seem to go into the route... Thanks guys Avery Hammerman

PMDG-Team, i just wanna thank you for all you work you doing since many years now and what you have presented us with the NGX. Since, a few days ago a new Airbus Addon has been released and i got really disappointed with the result, i really can dignify your work with the 737. It´s just an outstanding work with so many details and so much love. I just cant wait for new Products! Let´s hope for your next narrow body aircraft to do some nice short and mid haul flights! I have been flying my PMDG 777 lately and when I go to autoland the plane, the autolamd will work until I hit about 500-300 feet and the PFD will display "NO AUTOLAND" in yellow and then I have to take the plane and land it myself. The only time auto land has worked was when I flew KPAE to KSEA as a test flight in the 777-200F and I haven't achieved one any other time. Any suggestions/tips? Thanks, Avery Hammerman

I know that flight1 has this product, I am not here to trash there product. But once you fly PMDG I just can't seem to jump in another cockpit. I have that much faith in your company's ability that if you decided on A MD80 it would be A home run for all of us. Thank you for the work that You have done on the NGX and T7 you have made it a great and fun learning experience that will probably last a life time.

I'm currently downloading new liveries for my 737NGX but I can't locate the application that loads the liveries into FSX. Where can I find it?
