I'm putting this up tonight so that (hopefully) people read it before the release tomorrow: 1. You need to run the OC before you install the update so that it backs up your livery entries. Run it again after you install and it'll restore them. 2. Updates are being pushed shortly to every 777 livery in the OC - these are required to get the full benefit of the new options and features. Make sure you install all the ones it asks you to. 3. You *MUST* uninstall any PMDG-made NGX or J41 liveries you have installed before you attempt to use the new OC Livery Downloader modules for these products. The old liveries from the website are not compatible with the OC's up…

I googled for it, but found no clues. I don't know if it's due to DX10, but I have a quite grainy panel textures at night, most notably on the DUs and all other lit (flood light) areas. Any information regarding this? Thanks.

Hi everyone, It is just a small tiny issue i think pmdg forgot to resolve. Because i recall reading in some topics that the fire test message was wrong so it should ve been "fire test in prog." Instead of "fire test in progres". i ld like to know why pmdg hasnt changed it in all those service packs? Thanks

Hi all, I think I recall some time ago that Robert posted an update saying that information and/or screenshots on the progress of the PMDG 747-400 V2.0 would be forthcoming fairly soon, but it's been a fair while since then and I was just wondering if the aforementioned update will be coming out in the near future or if it has been delayed for now? Not asking for anything right now, just which of the two is correct. This is one PMDG project I am definitely keen to seen through to completion.

Oprations center not showing any available downloads for Livery Downloader. Getting message " No liverires found for this aircraft" when I try to download for the T7. Any thoughts?

Greetings Gentleman, I have a notebook where I run secondary applications on a network to communicate with my main sim machine. I already have Simconnect setup for FSX, but I cannot find any tutorials on setting up Simconnect for P3D. Amongst others, I want to run Active Sky Next on my notebook via Simconnect. I just purchased a new SSD where I installed P3D 2.4 (so clean install) and am setting things up now so that all is ready for when the T7 is released - hopefully this year still. I recently bought the PMDG 737 800/900. I downloaded 2 liveries from the PMDG website, opened the PMDG livery manager, opened it in adminstrator, and then found out that I could not click on the 'Select Liveries to Install' button, it was clicking, but nothing was happening. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thankyou.

Just a quick heads-up for people who waited for a physical copy of the 777! Maybe old news, but I just saw it for sale on Aerosofts website for EUR 79.99 or USD 109 respectively. Get it while it's fresh!

Hi I have a very big problem I orderd the PMDG 777 in Febuary through a normal user account. A few day ago, I reinstalled my PC and FSX. Today I wanted to download the T7 but the webside told me that my Emailadress had not been found in the user database. The same happenes in the "Order without account" section. But this false! I wrote down a Password for a PMDG account, so I have to have an account. What can I do? Please help me.

Simmers, I've been doing a bit of searching (to no avail) regarding RNAV STAR's (and SID's/airways, for that matter). The issue being that they don't seem available by means of the FMC or PFPX. I've gone into the SIDSTARS files for the airports I'm trying to fly into, and I can't see the procedures there either. Now evidently this suggests that RNAV STAR's and SID's aren't part of Navigraph cycles. What I'm wondering, though, is how to use them should that be the case. Do the waypoints need to be programmed automatically, or is there a way to load and select RNAV SID's and STAR's (as well as Q and T airways)? Programming regular procedures is fine, but it's just this.…

I am trying use Addit Pro to install various addons and have no problem with aircraft. However when I tried to add Jim Vile's Kai Tak I am having problems. The file is in addon scenery but how do I get it to be a functioning airport. I think advancing age is catching up with me so please could have a simple step by step answer. Any help would be appreciated

Hi i have the PMDG 777 and 737 with FS Global real weather. I think remember reading in the manual that I should disable effects of turbulence on aircraft in the fsx settings? Should i do this? And if i do disable effects of turbulence how would it effect my 2 other aircraft Aerosoft Airbus and Majestic Dash 8? Thanks Nathan

Hi, I would appreciate your advice how to install this plane on other computers. I have the following situation: 1) I would like to install it on a new PC in the place where I live 7 months in a year and where the plane is originally installed 2) installing it on a PC in the place where I live another 5 months in a year. ?
