Hi all,I hope you can help me out with this. I've tried to install the SU1 to my FS2002. I reinstalled the main package and applied the SU1. After that my main panel was black. Not even the stand-by instruments or the MZOTRLA (whatever :-)) did show up. When trying to switch to the O/H panel using the keyboard my FS crashed. Looking into my GAUGE folder I found that the names where all changed! Also the PMDGOptions.dll in MODULES was changed.So, what is this all about? Hi Folks,I don't know if anybody else is having the same problem but I'm just about bald now!All worked fine in FS2002 until I installed in FS2004.I got my transfer code and inputted it in the relevent places and finally the 737 worked.GREAT!Then,everytime I selected the 737 it threw the not registered message up.I waited for the update installed it and it couldn't find my registration key to move into a different address,also when I selected the 737 on the aircraft selection screen the whole screen went black apart from the aircraft window and the game froze.I've spent 3 days now trying to sort it out,and have decided to uninstall it.$40 out of pocket and no hair later …

In an effort to lighten the mood in the forum, I have to ask, Vin, how is the blob doing now? I see he is in a wheelchair, so I assume he will be doing ok? How long is the treatment? I am getting the stutters in the 2D view and have turnned some of my sliders back to where FS9 is starting to look like 2002.My system has 512 PC2700 DDRram AMDXP 1800 CPU and a EVGA GF4Ti4200 w/ 45.20 drivers.What can I do to get rid of the stutters.....more RAM or CPU!!!!!I want to see this beauty fly smooth.RegardsRandy Smith

First, I searched for SU1 install problems and read all of the results. I did not find this one. (Maybe I missed it). I attempted to run SU1 and when I came to the part where I choose the Destination Folder, I saw this: Destination Folder C:..Microsoft GamesFlight Simulator 9Now, I just installed FS9 but only (yet) have the 737NG in FS2002. So, I chose Browse. Hello!First of all ,let me say that i love this bird.Its an amazing work by the pmdg team.But too the point!:There are several people posting problems with the patch in the forum right now.In fact since the patch arrived,there have been an exploding number of topics.Why is that?Personally i have:- poor FPS in 2d view like many in here(FS2004)- the sound is distorted(FS2004)- my joystick no longer works in FS2002???(Dont know if this is fs2004 related or pmdg related.It started after installing the patch,so i must wonder.)- fuel insufficient like everyone else(Both)- oversensitiv pitch movements in trim(FS2004)Just to mention some.There may be more,but small error like…

when i start the simulator 2004..... program wont allow me to register because it wont let me pick a PMDG Product in the airplane selection menu. Can someone please point me a direction. I looked at all notams but this problem eludes me.Thanks in advanceSteve

Hi guys, this is not a whine or moan. Maybe just an opinion but I think it more factual than percieved.I notice many seem to obsess over frame rates in MSFS, any version.Now, the blunt truth is that fps do not determine enjoyable flight. Of much greater importance is smoothness and/or a lack of pauses and stutters. A target fps of 16 will appear smooth if there are no stutters.Think of it like this, the human eye cannot detect the difference between 20 fps and 30. 16 is about the point where you might notice a difference. Purhased 737NG last night and received confirmation number and password to access base installer but, no luck in downloading from link given in my email. When I click the link it says 'page not found'. I"ve tried a number of times over the last 12 hours or so, including in the middle of Sunday night (1:30 am PST). All with no success. I can not export directly a flightplan to the FMC from FSBuild 2.0, right?I can not print it either, right?How do you pilots proceed to have a FMC fully loaded to run the plane from A to B? I tried with other FMC's tutorials but they are not the same.Can you develop a very short example. Hi guys.I have just installed the patch and was planing a Flight from EKCh-EIDW this morning.Everything went fine until take-off, I lined up and made the final check, flaps 5, autobrakes RTO and ready to go. A/T armed and N1 activated, the plane spools up to take-off trust and when passing 110-120 the throttle returns in idle position and the autobrakes activates. I tried this 2 times and the 3 time I tried without Autobrakes armed. The same happens, when passing 110-120 the throttle return to idle.I have tried to calibrate my control and instead of using N1, I have tried the TOGA, but the same result.Can somebody please help, so I can fly this lovely bird ?.SincerlyPeter

Q1. Should the sweep hand really work in ET mode? (According to one airline's Maintenance Manual, it shouldn't. It should stay at the 12 o'clock position unless the Chrono is running). With the sweep hand operating in ET mode, it's easy to see what the ET is doing wrong however.... :(Q2. According to the Maintenance Manual, if you push the ET button for a second time, it pauses the ET display. In PMDG, it blanks the ET display. If you push the button a third time, the display should continue counting. First of all thanks a lot for the numerous refinements in the patch, now even more I would consider the NG an FS milestone !A few questions :1. I'm still not able to correctly undock all subpanels. There is still a lot unused black space around the radio panel. For the throttle subpanel it has been changed, but why has the radio panel been left out ?2. I'm still not able to change the Panel views MZAL with a yoke button using Shift-3, Shift-4, etc., because this causes a significant fps loss (panels are put on top of each other ?). 3. A minor cosmetic issue : The throttle levers in the 2D subpanel move in rather big increments (every 10% N1 or so ??), could that be refine…
