Hello. I am a new PMDG customer, still learning the 737NG, and having a blast. Am not sure if I can master painting, so here goes...I am interested in finding someone who would repaint a 737-700 for me and also for the PSS A330-300. My e-mail address will follow. I am willing to pay the indivudual for their time and effort, and will discuss details in the e-mail. Thanks in advance for your [email protected]

Hey all,Following Tim's excellent tutorial, I today went onto the fourth flight I think, where you fly from KTNT to KMCO. I got this error when I was entering KMCO in, don't worry about it being in the wrong box it happens in both, I was just checkinghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/69255.jpgAny ideas anyone? I don't know if it is due to the new AIRAC 0403 or not since I hadn't flown to KMCO with the bird on the old SIDSTARS. I had a contact send me there version of KMCO and it still did not work for me, so Is it just my computer? I tried EGLL and it didn't give such an error. Any more info just ask please, I'd really like to fly to KMCO, I ended up trying putting in …

Hey all,Are there any plans to upgrade the NG's to have CAT IIIB landing ability? I only just found out that the newest NG's are being fitted with this feature and was wondering if PMDG had any plans to outfit their newest NG's likewise? The changes that are made are described in brief [a href=http://www.b737.org.uk/flightinsts.htm]here[/a].CheersDavid

For some reason, after I load the 737 cold and dark and I turn on the battery and press the nosmoking sign/seatbelt/attendant call buttons, they only work once and after that dont make any sounds. Im running SU2 on a Dell Inspiron 8200 p4m 2.0 ghz 40 gig hd cd/dvd drive ATI 9000M video card. Its strange because before SU2 these worked fine.

I had problems with my external hard drive and lost amongst other files, all the service updates that brought the B737 NG air crafts to version 1.2. So now I am down to the original version released sometimes in July/Sept 2003 ( That original version, luckily enoughwas on my second internal HD). I think the service update that brought the aircrafts to version 1.2 was released somewhere in Dicember 2003.I went to the PMDG Web page but the only update they have is 1.2 to 1.3.Can I install the 1.3 version eventhough I do not have the 1.2 installed since I no longer have it ? I imagine that PMDG has scratch those old versions out since everything they sell after Jan 14 200…

Hi guys, just a quick and dirty Q? I flew for the first time at night in the 737-700 and could not find the panel light switch. Is there one? If what I see is what I get, the back lighting is very dim for night flying in the 'NG. I assume that this is the case and I think I read somewhere in this forum that the 800/900 panel lighting is improved, which is good news.Regards,Tom Stewart

Hi friends, I want modify the -600 panel and I want looks like -700. More precisely, I want that the throttle panel open on lower center (like -700, not lower right) and the radio stack open lower right (like -700, not upper right). I try modify the panel.cfg (position=7 and position=8) but nothing, don't work. And ... I upgraded tha 737NG to version 1.3, but on IDENT page of FMC I still read PMDG 737NG SU2 (U10.4). It's correct???Thanks. And have a good flight...

I entered an order for the CD version of the 737NG yesterday. It is scheduled to be released tomorrow, March 30, via pcaviator.com. My question is: Can someone tell me if the upcoming 737 NG 800/900 series be available as a separate 'CD download' as opposed to a internet download?? I've waited this long for the 737 in the CD version to avoid all the hassle's I've been reading about over this forum in the last 6 months or so..Don't like my internet connection.Regards,Jack NoulletKGSP

I am considering buying the base 737 and the addon soon to be released. My main concern is frame rates, and PMDG says the new 737-800 will have less textures in the VC to improve frame rates, so my question is what frame rates are you beta testers getting in the new 737 which is soon to be released, is it much easier on frame rates in the VC than the base 737, and what could I expect to get on a final approach in KLGA with AI set to 100% with Ultimat Traffic and alot of weather and sliders to the LEFT in the VC on a AMD FX51, 9800XT, 2gb RAM cpu.??? THANKYOU ALL FOR VIEWING AND ANSWERING.

hello guys, could anyone tell me the exact differences between the 600/700 and 800/900? With the release of the feature list the pneumatic system differences will be included in the upcomeing 800/900 series. Will this also affect the overhead panel with new features like Trim Air?thanks for your answers.Greetings from TXLPatrick Haenssgen

Tried the other day to get to flight level 370 with a fully loaded A/C, just a bit below the MTOW. Just could not get there. Airspeed dropped to about 0.55 mach and speed could not recover to the 0.78m . I had to loose altitude and get back speed while decending to FL 330. Is this the way the real thing behaves? Should we step climb to burn fuel (which is not indicated on the FMC)? Will appreciate any response on that one.ThanksBK

I posted this in the fs main forum, but since you folks are a nice bunch, I thought i'd try here too :-)Would it be worth my while unistalling FS9 and then reinstalling it and my addons to improve performance? Am I right in thinking that if you uninstall, it leaves 3rd party files on the system? Thanks

Hey everyone: I've got a couple of questions about PMDG's 737 NG before I head off and purchase it. First let me say that I was a big fan of PMDG's aircraft for FLY! - they were my favorite birds...But - here are the questions: 1: What kind of performance (FPS wise) should I expect with my machine (specs below) - under normal weather conditions with a medium to high amount of PAI aircraft. 2: How big is the download - and how much space does the bird take after the install (this is not an issue - just wondering...)Thanks! -- Looking forward to your responsesDan :) :+PS. Let me know if you need any more informationSpecs:Pentium 4 2.53 GHzNvidia GeForce 4 Ti4600 -- Latest…

Since you have indicated that the B1900D is going to see a service update, here is one more item to consider:The COM1 gauge displays with a thicker font than the NAV1 display. At least on my system at 1280x960 resolution. This appears to be because the gauge is scaled a few pixels bigger. The following settings would fix this and still allow for a bit of perspective.gauge47=Kingair_Radio!Adf, 1058,731,88,105gauge48=Kingair_Radio!Com1, 1059,554,88,105gauge49=Kingair_Radio!Nav1, 1181,554,87,105gauge50=Kingair_Radio!Nav2, 1180,730,87,105

It must be. I both live near the airport of Umea (ESNU) and drive to it 1 or 2 times every day. And I now SAS was the first to contract the 737NG series. And there is a FalconAir aircraft that stands parked near the post terminal that you only see the cockpit from very much but it looks identical to the 600/700 cockpit. Also just the other day I saw a SAS exactly painted exactly like the SAS paint I have seen in this forum and the proportions made it look like perhaps a 737-700. I don

If you liked my first attempt to create a yoke addon for the B1900D, have another look in the library. Version 1.1. provides for a 24 bit color, better looking yoke for your flying pleasure..
