Buddy of mine and I were flying in sequence to KSBA from KLAS and my buddy kept losing comms to PilotEdge. After losing comms, he disconnected/reconnected the PilotEdge client in Windows 64-bit and it worked again. this process reoccured 3 times in a 1 hour flight. My question: Could this be a Network Card issue? or has anyone ELSE experienced loss of ATC several times during flight? All suggestions appreciated. XPlane 10 64-bit. PilotEdge 64-bit client. Windows 7 Professional SP1

Hi, Well I never thought I would say this but I am really enjoying XPX. Skymaxx has increased the immersion factor considerably and now x-camera with my Trackir is an awesome replacement for the good old EZDok. X-camera has some nice features, so those of you who have not yet given it a try, I suggest you do as it also interfaces well with Trackir. One thing that I really enjoy is the ability to move to another camera view, and have the option to enable/disable Trackir once at that view. I used to disable Trackir (F9) with a joystick button on some views in FSX if I needed a steady view i.e. for tuning radios. With x-camera it's an option for any camera so it happens…

I got my route plan in EFASS. Both plane and software are using the latest AIRAC Cycle. I plan a very simple flight : KLAX to KLAS. Routing is DAG, J100, CLARR. The Sids/stars route is : KLAX24L SLI DAG MISEN CLARR SKEBR ISSAR IPUMY BLD KLAS19L Its not complicated. No matter how I try to enter any of this information in the FMC, I always end up with a legs "VECTOR" with a heading that brings me the complete direction. According to EFASS, 24L is through SEBBY8 transition. I go to DEPT/ARR and select 24L through SEBBY8. I got the Vector on top of my list. So as I take off , I am heading towards Japan. I finally bit the bullet and purchase the Boeing 777-200R from Flightfactor. I've been fiddling around with it for a week now and this is my first impression. The 3D modeling of the plane is excellent, It's almost on the PMDG level but not quite. Some of the texture could be better. If you exit the cabin and travel around the plane, you will see the amount of details that was put in for something that most simmer will probably never see. It's a shame. During my first flight, I went to sit in first class and watch through the window as I fly by the Canadian rockies. I did come with a few liveries which looks great. Greetings from Tucson.... 1. Let me start by saying that my Saitek devices work fine in all my other aircraft and are updated with the latest drivers. 2. So, I open the default C90B and it's cold and dark. 3. So, when i begin to move the throttles forward from idle they begin suttering. They continue stuttering all the way to the full forward position. Upon reaching the full forward position they immediately jump back to idle. When moving them backward from the full forward position to idle, they are continually stuttering. 4. Hi All, I cannot get on the carenado site as it states they are overloaded but was wondering which planes do you know that are 100% 10.3 compatible? I was on the site before but did not really see any icons or easy way to determine version compatibility. Thanks Bob

Hello,I've just purchased X-Plane 10 and wondering if the worldliner 777 has a 3D fmc interface or just a 2D popup that I see in the videos.It seems an excellent plane and it would be a shame it it lacked this feature which is standard in PMDG offerings.

Is there a way to Set G2XPL to adjust the size of the area it downloads? I know how to adjust the LOD level, but I dont know how to adjust the area it downloads, or if that can even be done. Thanks, Rob

This is just a wish list for XPX. It could be improvements to the base program or third party developer addons. I'd like to see an AI traffic program like My Traffic X. I think this would help the immersion factor immensely.

Understanding one is for X-Plane the other for FSX, how would those of you who own both, compare them in terms of system fidelity? I know PMDG did a fine job replicating as many systems as FSX would allow, but how is the Worldliner Professional? Did Philipp and Roman do a good job of recreating this beast?

I just took a flight after downloading the full release from my last Beta that I had. I have not flown XPX for some time, as I have been mostly taken with P3D of late. Hello all, I finally took the plunge. I bought XP just minutes before the sale on Steam ended. I've been an MSFS user since 2002, roughly and decided it was time to try something new. Not giving up MSFS as I've got way too much invested in it to just drop it, but I wanted to give XP a try as well. What attracted me more than anything were the fact that it's 64 bit and the realism I've heard so much about. So, get ready. I'm sure this XP noob will have plenty of questions. Ken

Thye start in turned off and cant find a way to turn them ON

Yesterday, I started with a vanilla x-plane installation and I really am trying to give this sim a fair run for its money as I highly enjoy the better flight engine. In configuring the sim, I'm not quite sure how airport detail works. Throughout all of my testing the look of the airports remains unchanged. My testing was done at both KAPF and KMIA. Is there something I am missing? Or does Xplane, even with airport detail=extreme not populate airport with buildings. Thanks,
