FYI, I just got Monument Valey at almost half the price.

Hi, I'm starting to work with Xplane 11 but I've run into a problem. I'm running on two monitors and have the monitor resolution set with the first monitor so that it will span the other monitor. It works fine but the xsquawkbox dialog box is so small I really can't even read it. Is there a way to edit the preferences file for xsquawkbox or have xplane11 show these boxes larger as it does on its own preferences dialog box? Thanks, Doug

Hey Guys, I need help. After fixing my brand new Dell Laptop with XP11 Steam Edition, I created a "plugins" folder, put FlywithLua inside, to tweak my XP11 Rendering Settings, and nothing shows inside XP11, it´s not loading at all. I tried other plugins, but it´s also not showing. Addons which need plugins load fine, but these plugins are inside the Aircraft folders. ANy ideas? I desperately need to tweak my Graphics to make XP11 run smoother Thank you!

Hello, I'm contemplating a purchase of the J Rollen CRJ200 and the BSS soundpack to go with it. I've read about a few issues, specifically the engines sounding like they are shutting down when the throttle are reduced, and also that there is an issue with the ground rolling sounds. The latest I could read about this were from posts earlier this year (~April). I've never been able to find anything to say these issues have been addressed. However, looking at the BSS facebook page I see they issued a patch in August for the CRJ200 pack, although there is no mention of a changelog that I can find. Did this patch fix these issues? Has anyone else lost the ability to update real world wx in XP-11.30r1? I can move the slider for the canned wx options but cannot get the "Customize" button to activate the page that has the wx settings such as cloud height winds real world etc. This has happened before and started working correctly for a day or two but do not know what I might have done to fix/break this weather function. Morning fellow XPlaners, Out of all of the UK2000 sceneries I own, I seem to have an issue with Stansted and Birmingham. This issue is that default buildings are also showing up in lieu/ aswell as the UK2000 buildings. I have tried reinstalling and also ensuring that all UK2000 airports are at the top of the scenery packs list- however I've hit a brick wall. Can anyone help? Thanks, James

A simple problem but can't, for the life of me, remember how I fixed it before. My X52 won't reverse throttle axis and come out of the helicopter (pull) mode. I've clicked reverse axis on and off but no joy.

I will be setting up a very low cost system with the primary goal of getting max bang for my buck when flying XP 11. Likely will buy used/rebuilt desktop with the cpu as primary consideration then will add RAM and GPU card as cost allows. In that there are so many GPUs on the market (well over 150 i3, i5 and i7 with 3.0 Mhz or better) I would like to get some "expert" opinions on the combination(s) I am considering. Hi all, I have a MSFF2 stick and as far as I know, XP does not support force feedback. Do you have tips or addon recommendations for flying helos please? I'm on XP11. PS: I flew the Dodosim on FSX, and the Huey and Mi-8 on DCS.

Hi, I'm pretty new at XP but I have flown a lot helis on DCS. I have the Dreamfoil Bell 407 for XP11. I like the heli but the sounds... are not so good IMHO. Is is just me?

Howdy...I am using XP 11.26 on a powerful gaming computer running under Windows 10... My ultimate problem is that nearly all prop planes ver left on takeoff...I understand why that happens... I need to use more rudder...my Xbox controller does fine, but I cannot get any rudder movement on my planes... I have set the controller to use separate buttons/levers to control the rudder...in XP setup, the levers work on the setup page...the blue lines move back and forth... but when I fly, the rudder on the plane hardly moves, if at all...thus no rudder control to use on takeoff... Hi everyone Apologies in advance if this seems a stupid question but is it necessary to install Orbx libraries in order to see the GB South Scenery or will it work without it? Also is it still necessary to make adjustments to the scenery ini file within Custom Scenery to make the 3D objects visible? Thanks in advance Paul

My P3D install is v 3.4, and it's in a box that is based on SB-E and original GTX Titan and is now 5y/o+ but still works well at 4.42Ghz. I'm wondering now what major features are missing in XP10.x now and if it's worth leaving P3D which is my intention at some point, presumably when I do a new build which won't happen until this build dies. The massive 3rd party content is the main reason I'm still using P3D. When this box finally gives up the ghost I will need to decide between P3D v4.x or v5, versus XP11.x. Is there native ATC in XP11, and if so how does it compare to P3D/FSX's ATC? Is there weather apps such as ActiveSky for XP11? If so, how does it…

P3DV4 and FSX have an option that shows the center of the flightpath in a 3D cockpit, good for lining up for landing. I wonder if Xplane11 has a similar option. I have looked but have never seen one. It would be a great addition as 3d cockpits laid out on a 2D screen do not always give a proper perspective of the center of the flightpath. John

Hi, I must confess I am maniac regarding the accuracy when selecting a radial on the OBS or a heading with a HSI bug. On P3D I used the tooltip, that is I mouse over the heading bug or the OBS button and P3D would display in a small yellow box the precise heading or radial. That does not work that way in XP. What can I do? By the way, I wonder how real pilots set a precise heading on the HSI or select a precise radial with the OBS?

Hey guys, I am looking for some help on this, I have tried all I know so far. I am very frequently getting the two above warnings/errors all the time and I never used to. XP11.20vr3 IXEG 737 or FF A320. Intel i7 6700K HT On 4.80Ghz, 16GB Ram, SSD, EVGA 1080Ti 11gb. Settings are in the snapshot below and my native resolution is 3440x1440. I have no idea what else to try, I have no scripts running in FlyWithLUA, and nothing else that I can think of that would be interfering.
