Please help. I am enjoying X-Plane 11 but the Auto Pilot in the c172 does not have the “AP” button on the left hand side to turn it on and off. Although, in the X-Plane c172 POH it is there. What am I missing? Thank you.

From what I gathered it is pretty straight forward, just unzip the scenery folder in the Custom Scenery folder, nevertheless I was wondering if I could create other directories inside the Custom Scenery so I could manage my scenery better, for example for the airports I would create an Airport directory and put all my airports in there, then I would create a Libraries folder to put all my libraries folders in there. Can this be done?

I have a navigraph subscription and have successfully updated to the latest cycle. The only aircraft that I cannot get to update is the Saab 340. The gns530 does not update and the plan from Pilot2atc was built from v1902 and of course I get multiple warnings about the data mismatch. Where does the Saab gas read the data from?

I have FSX-SE and I like it a lot but as we all know 32bit is getting old so I'm thinking on moving to second platform and grow it with time. The FlightFactor 767 is calling my name. I did my best to read as many posts as I can but figured it doesn't hurt to ask in 2019. 1. Performance. I am building a 9700K which I want clocked at 5.0GHz, 32GB ram and 1080. Is that enough for 30+ FPS with the FF767 with stock scenery? 1080P is fine at this point. 2. I use EZDOCK. Anyhting similar for X-Plane? 3. I am having trouble integrating the RealityXP GTN 750 or 650 into the panel of the Carenado 210. I have tried to modify the .ini file based on some of the tips in other forums. I am able to get the GTN GPS screen to show up in the window of the existing panel, but I cant get the buttons or bezel to come forward. Any thoughts on how to integrate in into the panel? Here is my existing .ini file where the GTN650 is active and working, but the buttons/knobs do not come forward. Hello, I'm trying out X-Plane and I'm so used to the views of FSX by pressing the "Space Key" and move my mouse that I wonder if X-Plane could be configured the same way instead of using keys?

I am a 72 yr old who is working on my PPl. Currently I am using a older Microsoft X . I want to switch over to x11. My desktop is older so I need to upgrade. I need some advice as to a desktop or laptop that would have the capability to run all the features of the software. I am not so much interested in “building” a computer .. I am only somewhat tech savvy . Any and all suggestions would be appreciated as to the type set up.. also can you se up multiple screens... to broaden view right and left from the cockpit. How do I remove the Question Marks in the flight configuration page?

I''m familiar with P3D [flight tuning] section but on XP 11 I can't find this section and don't know how to adjust certain sections. My copy of XPlane is not updating my 11.31 to 11.32. I downloaded the updater from the XPlane website: https://www.x-plane.com/kb/out-of-date/ I ran the updater, but the currently installed version still shows 11.31. Any idea as to what is going on? Thanks, Rich Boll

Have the latest version (not beta) suddenly my saitek yoke and redder pedals stopped working. I can calibrate them and everything seems normal exept in the cockpit I have the stupid white crosshair for mouse control, throttles work, my saitek radio-, multi- and switchpanels work just fine but rudder and yoke not. I've tried to delete preferences but nothing helps. Any ideas fellow simmers? Edit: Reset to Defaults for Saitek Pro Flight Rudder/Yoke in the Joystick settings menu did the trick.

I need to cancel a joystick button assignment in X-Plane 11 so as to free it for use with Pilot2ATC. Assigning the button in Pilot2ATC does not override the X-Plane 11 assignment, and the edit function in X-Plane allows the reassignment of the button to another X-Plane function, but does not appear to allow the clearing the assignment altogether. Can someone tell me what I am missing here - the manual - even the more detailed one about settings - does not mention the cancellation of an assignment. Many thanks Nick

It still amazes me how many quality freeware we have for XP11. Created this video with freeware addon only and all plugin are in video descriptions.

In the Garmin there's an option that asks if you want to save a flight plan. I've noticed...as I'm just learning the Garmin...after I make a plan and put in my final waypoint an airport and click the enter button twice...the plan seems to save itself automatically and I can bring it up again for another flight. So what is the option to save a flight plan for...why would I need it seeing they seem to save themselves? Update: I was wrong...I do have to save a plan for it to show up again. I thought I noticed a couple plans showing up that I didn't save but I must have and didn't realize it.

Continue to get CTD with 11.32 when using Orbx TE Great Britain South. Anyone else have this issue?
