Hi friends 🙂 I want to make the wingtip strobes of the default 737-800 much brighter and more intense. Ive flown a lot as a pax on 737NGs specially at night the the strobe is very bright whereas I find the sim version like a birthday cake candle. Anyone on here done such a thing? Please share your tips. Still a bit of an XP11 n00b at this time. A real world vid (not mine) is below. Do share any tips on how to tweak the strobe!

Weather provided by Active Sky XP. This is xAmbience major patch 1.0.3r3 . The plugin is more than just cloud. It does seasons as well.

Does anyone know if FS2Crew are going to release a product for the excellent Zibo-Mod B737. It would make the Flightdeck2Sim videos from our now Captain real airline pilot even more realistic as he often comments on the workload issues of having to operate realistically a two pilot aircraft as a single pilot. I just purchased the Cardinal for XP11 through Xplane.org and the fixed gear model flies just fine, but the RG needs a lot of right rudder trim in order to fly to fly level. The plane wants to bank to the left. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

I have the Aerosphere Archer iii and noticed it doesn't have an ammeter gauge/instrument so I looked around on you-tube and watched a few Just Flight videos of their Archer iii and noticed there's no ammeter instrument in their plane either...as far as I could see so how does one check the load on the batteries and alternators? The other Piper aircraft have ammeter instruments but seems the Archer iii doesn't. What am I missing here?

I have X Plane 11.3 running on a high end custom machine with W10 and want to use the monitors side by side so I get a full cockpit and panel view. Has anyone done this or have an idea how to do it. I have ben told it can be done.

Hi, Got a couple of questions regarding the the Flight factor 767,hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I've tried looking for a dedicated forum specific to this aircraft but have drawn a blank,so hopefully someone here might be able to answer my question. I'm trying to darken the cockpit textures as mine seem way to bright and washed out. I've tried dimming all the lights I can see but I still have a very washed out look. Are there any options in the back ground I can adjust, similar to the fog be gone option to reduce how hazy outside is I need to try and darken my entire sim a bit but the flightdecks would be a start cheer…

Hi, All I've another question regarding the FF767 this time regarding the charts in the efb. I have a navigraph subscription and I have tried putting my details in the options part of the efb but had no success I have tried my user name and password for navigraph and tried using my email address and password but it seems the efb does not like @ or . I'm now stumped,any ideas what I might be doing wrong Cheers

Hi, I don't know if this is the right forum for this but: Does anyone know any good YouTube videos for flying the zibo 737-800? I'm looking for a UK/Europe based tutorial of basically a whole flight from cold and dark setup, FMC and Flying the aircraft. I have found some but their based in the States with their measuring method of fuel etc.... Any help would be great. -Thanks :)

Using X-Europe with Ortho4XP tiles and it looks good in most of Europe. However, I have Orbx True Earth for GB and I believe I am getting X-Europe objects in GB as X-Europe is at a higher level of scenery (or at least I believe it is). I have also noticed a significant slow down of FPS that I never had before. When flying around GB, I can disable X-Europe in X-organizer, but it's tough on my England-France and England- Ireland routes. Anyone think of a work-around for this? Last question, that I still quite understand after reading the manual. What does it mean that I need to change the library.txt file when using othoscenery? Thanks in advance!

I'm having so much fun with Orbx's Great Britain South. I made up a little round-robin route ... Popham-Fairoaks-Old Warden-Elstree-Damyns Hall-Mayfield-Shoreham-Popham ... bought the corresponding airfields, and am making my way around the circuit. Flying over the beautifully rendered English countryside and finding the fields, most of which are grass strips, have really added a spark to my GA flying in XP. Well-done, Orbx. In my defense, I hadn't given X-Plane a fair shack since version 10 and I stuck with Prepar3D. But given that it was on sale on Steam and I got the impression that Laminar never has a sale I took the bait. I have to say that I am blown away and I'll have to eat my words re Flight Dynamics and the looks of the sim: The thing is I really don't have the storage to have both sims on my system so I had to make a decision and I decided to uninstall Prepar3D and clean my system up to make room for X-Plane 11 exclusively. Just installed X737 but none of the overhead or pedestal click spots are active. Everything is ok on the front panel but nothing works on the other two eg landing lights, pitch trim, radio selections etc etc. Default aircraft are all ok so must be something I'm missing?? Grateful for any ideas - many thanks

Hi there Did a bit of research about the thermal model in XP11. In the beta version six months or so ago somebody was saying that the thermals in XP11 don't match up with the corresponding cloud, you just get a thermal column with no cloud - which is not realistic. Have they fixed that yet so that the default ASK21 model can actually thermal as you do in the real world, looking for cumulus cloud indicating lift underneath? Maybe there is a plugin that fixes it? I took delivery on a new computer about 2 months ago and have been flying in X Plane 11 quite happily but somehow I do not think I am getting the performance that I should. My frame rates are around between 25 - 30 fps even over London but on reading in one post on another forum one person was getting in the region of 60fps. I know that 2 computers are never going to be the same but I decided to see what frame rates I would get if I put the sliders down to the left and found that with hardly any scenery showing I only managed 45fps. My system briefly is an i7-9700K @ 3.60GHz (not overclocked) RTX 2070 Graphic Card (not overclocked) and 32GB RAM. Also have a 1…
