Hi, is it possible to fix it directly on the attached photo holder, without using the clamp?

Oh dear 😢 A brilliant concept IMO but let down in execution. The yoke has "stiction" mainly in pitch so trying to make small adjustments, such as when landing, is very difficult. Also I'm not keen about the stong yoke centering effect. The throttles have very little friction. I haven't tried the rudders because I have rudder pedals. Overkill Simulations Youtube review highlights the stiction and someone else mentioned the "loose" throttles but I'm sure he said he'd found a fix, but I can't find that video now

  5. Hi, My Thrustmaster T16000M FCS joystick does not seem to work with google earth flight simulator. It seems like the yaw control is not centered and not able to be centered. There might be other problems but this is so disruptive I can't tell. The plane just turns right or left, out of control at high speeds, as soon as the simulator starts. The joystick works normally with x-plane and FSX. And another joystick I have works fine with google earth flight simulator. Has anyone else noticed the problem and or have any suggestions on how to get it to work? Thanks

  6. I have been playing Flight Simulator 2020 since it's release with my Flight Sim Yoke and it has been great, but a few days ago it began to pull to the right. I searched for a solution and found that using the CH Control Manager may fix the problem, so I did that. After using it, however, everything went bonkers. It seems to be using the X and Y axes at the same time now, and has a permanent hard pull to the left. I've now tried several suggestions including using ClrCalib.exe to attempt to clear out the data and nothing has worked. I'm guessing it's because they have been suggested solutions for older FS versions, but I really don't know for sure. Does anyone have a…

I am getting a Fulcrum One Yoke and wondering what's a good throttle to go with it. Honeycomb Bravo looks pretty decent. Any recommendations? Ideally should have a trim wheel and throttle/mixture. Either vernier or lever will do. Ideally something I can fairly easily mount and unmount as I use the desk for things other than flight simming.

Finally received my components so just now setting up on the bench a brand new system, MacMini M1, HoneyComb Alpha, HoneyComb Bravo, Saitek pedals, (holding out for the HC Charlie), Logitech Mouse, Logitech Keyboard, one 32” IPS monitor for now, future want a second, would love to have 3 panels, not even sure if that’ll be an option with this machine. So it’s looking like I’m going to be short on available ports, a quick search revealed I’m mostly likely going to want a powered hub, not savvy with this so is there a preference or more desirable options? Are things like reliability, consistency, latency, speed, setup, or other issues something I should be concern…

Hi all I realize that this is a hardware forum, but my question does revolve both hard- and software, so please bear with me 😀 I have the Saitek X52 Pro as well as a couple of Saitek Throttle quadrants. I use Throttlemanager.lua to enable thrust reverse when flying non-airbus planes. But I do love FSlabs Airbuses, however using the X52 throttle with with Reverse enabled if hoping for problems: If you pull back just a bit too much on the throttle, you'll activate the reversers. I did manage to tweak/modify ThrottleManager.lua to overcome that problem, but pushing the throttle forward to increase Reverse Thrust is not how you do it in an Airbus. So, I h…

  10. Hi , been away from flight simulation for about 2 years a FSX user . My pc has finally given up so looking to purchase a new one that will run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Now I have the Saitek controllers Pro Flight Yoke with throttle Multipanel Switch Panel Radio Panels and the FIP;s I don't suppose these are just plug and play with MSFS 2020? Do you need to download new software for them to work? I guess I will be spending days trying to get them to work, be nice to get the Pro Yoke working quickly so not spending all my time playing with settings. Any advise appreciated Many thanks

Unable to get the Controller to work ie 1> throttle operates the ailerons 2> RPM lever operates the elevator 3> mixture is the throttle. In settings, I am unable to find proper settings for the three levers. X/Y axis is the ailerons and elevator not the three functions they should be. Prior to attempting to set-up the controls I downloaded and installed the data from the Honycomb site for FXS Steam. thx

I have a wireless xbox one controller and was wondering if the small port on the back of the controller can be used for connecting the controller and using it in wired mode? It appears to be a micro usb port. The Xbox Series S/X has a usb-c port. Can anyone confirm either one can be used in wired mode without batteries?

  14. I plan on getting a Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle Quadrant for MSFS and would like to know if I'll be able to fly and operate my planes without a dedicated rudder pedals? I plan to get that later down the road.

  16. Has anybody opened up an repaired a rocker switch on this panel? My Batt switch seems to have a problem where it's "shorting" or "switching" on it's own (usually right in the most critical point in an approach of course). the rest of the panel is fine, I'm hesitant to open it up unless I know it's repairable, or until it's totally unusable. Thanks. Bruce

  17. I’m looking at adding a piece of hardware, have a bit of disposable cash and feeling like an upgrade…If you had to choose one piece of hardware you wouldn’t want to sim without what would you choose… exceptions would be the typical yoke/stick, throttle, pedals. cheers!

Hello everyone, I have TTPanel (http: //www.vrinsightshop.com/shop/step1.php? Number = 9 |) from VRInsight. Unfortunately, for some time it started to cause a problem - it stops working after running Prepar3d. The control lights remain on all the time. I reinstalled the system, updated the motherboard BIOS drivers, checked the system power-off permissions (they are inactive), and even bought an externally powered USB port. I also tried to disconnect other USB devices and leave the panel alone, through various USB ports but it did not work. Interestingly - the device works until Prepar3D is off, shortly after launching the simulator the buttons stop working. After turnin…

Hi all Since I replaced my faulty Logitech flight yoke I now have a spare throttle quadrant. The throttle quadrant is connected to the yoke with 5 pin connector. Does anyone know if there is a USB lead with that type of connector on the other end (and also the name of it) so that I could possibly use it in my set up. Has anyone done that? Thanks

This is such a basic question. For the years I’ve been using X plane I’ve always used a USB 3.0 powered hub connected to USB 3.0 hub port for all of my sim controllers. But now that I am looking at adding some Arduino controllers for additional hardware I’d like to look more closely into the use of USB 2.0 vs 3.0 or even 3.1. Which ports should / could be used for each of my devices…. 2.0 or 3.0? Here are the 7 devices I currently have Fulcrum One Yoke, Slaw Rudder pedals, Saitek throttle quadrant, Saitek trim wheel, DesktopAviator flap lever, RealsimGNS530 and Saitek Switch panel. Future plans include a few DIY switches to be controlled by an Arduin…

I'd love to find a flap mod for the FS CRJ (Aerosoft) for the Honeycomb Bravo, especially one that's spring tensioned. Anyone seen any part of these?

  24. Hello I hope this helps many of you out there as possible!!! I'm sure many of you have the Logitech/Saitek x56 HOTAS system and I wonder if you have had issues with both throttles moving (in aircraft or calibration screen) when you move lever 1 or lever 2 not showing any movement etc? If you have then I am hoping I have the solution you need..... FIRSTLY IF YOUR UNIT IS IN WARRANTY I'D REPLACE IT if not carry on below Steps to fix 1. Remove the 15 screws from the unit and place somewhere safe with the bottom panel 2. You can (for ease and diagnositics) leave the quadrant plugged in USB voltage is 5v. 3. On lever 1 - the shorter of the two …
