I've seen people post this question in the forums already, but didn't see any answers. I downloaded the fsfrance Concorde but have many sound problems where it will cause fs9 to CTD. Does anyone have a solution to this? I know there are other Concordes out there but wanted to know if there were any flyers out there enjoying this aircraft. Or maybe the problem is with the panel? Has anyone come up with a solution?Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!Eric

Hi all,First i want to say that Avsim really is a great community.Now my problem, since a few days FS2004 has been behaving very weird.I can't load my Level D 767 or PMDG planes anymore ( if i try, then FS2004 crashes upon loading), and on default planes the textures of the plane don't load (the planes look gray, also virtual cockpit).In FSX it is the same problem, the planes are all gray and the fps has gone down quite a bit.Anyone can help me with this (pretty pretty please :)?)

Ive downloaded a couple of voice pack files for Edit voice pack, I currently have them in a temporary download folder, Ive opend EVP, imported the files, updated voicepack & saved it, is this the correct procedure for them to work in FS9? also now this has been done can the downloaded files be moved to a different folder? or where should I now put them? thank you

Hi,Does anyone know of a utility that can compile a list of ALL the airports (including addons) installed in FS2004?I've tried CollectAirports in Traffic Tools, and GA-Traffic, and ScanAFD, and none produce a complete list of airports.FS2004's 'Create A Flight' page indicates 25557 airports.Traffic Tools' CollectAirports found 25469.GA-Traffic found 24993.ScanAFD only scans the default 'Addon Airports' folder, so it isn't suitable for my customised scenery setup.Strangely, GA-Traffic finds some airports that CollectAirports misses, and vice versa.The reason I want a complete airport list is that I've written a small utility to randomly select an airport within a given min…

I've been planning this flight for about a week now, and I'm almost ready to start. I though I would post this on a few forums to help in the fundraising.I will be flying as ACA134 I thing, but I'm not sure. It might just be ACA034. Ok, I've looked around and haven't found any "official" forums for FSMetars.I'm having a problem with FSMetars and have attempted to email the author which resulted in a bounced email stating the account's unknown.I like to use FSMetars to load the NOAA weather. Unfortunately, it doesn't like NOAA. Anyone know where to get help for this?

Trying to install FS9 on a new computer. Program shuts down immediately that the splash screen appears. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, deleting all reference to FS in files.Problem started when trying to reinstall US Roads and Streams. Several times tried to start default flight but there was no aircraft available in new installation.Anyone seen this problem before and can offer any suggestions. May have to go to FSX with new computer, but would like to have FS9 with all the purchased programs that I have installed on old computer.Dave Hinson

Hi all.I have been using pss 777 for 4 weeks.But I have a problem.after takeoff i started using autopilot.I increased altitude to FL330.But jet didn't stop at FL330.I increased simulation speed to 16x because it had a long range flight.After i did this, jet is increasing FL340 then decrease FL320.It isn't flying balancely.Can anyone help me please?I am using PSS777 with SP2.Thanx for all

Ok,This is REALLY starting to frustrate me. I am really into FS at least trying to become good. So i figured i would pick up PMDG so i got the 737 package. I finally got the autopilot A/T to turn on and now i when im in the air everything is turned on autopilot wise yet this f-ing plane does not do what its told whats the deal?

Hi GuysI'm really struggling here to get FSNavigator to acknowledge the new Bangkok Airport Suvarnabhumi International scenery from SIAMAVSIM.com.I've run FSNavDBC with the af2_vtbs.bgl file first in it's required location for a correct installation of the scenery but also placing it in the Addon Sceneryscenery directory but when FSNavigator is fired up in FS, there's no mention of it under the AsiaThailand group of airports.I've seen the scenery working fine within FS so i know it's installed ok but just can't get FSNavigator to see it !!!Any help much appreciated Gary

Hi,Since i've been playing with my X-52 or Pro Yoke, 98% of the time when I taxi and especially when I take off, my plane will not go straight on the ground. It veers either to the left or right. My joystick is always calibrated and i check the in-game throttle quadrant to make sure i don't just put one engine on. Anyone knows why it does this and how to stop it!?Thanks!Marc

A sort of, now you see it, now you don't story :)One day as I was taking off in my PSS B772 I heard an American female voice say "Gear up, please!" after a few seconds back came an American Male voice with "Gear up, ma'am". (similar for the gear down instruction) I have no idea where those sound effects came from, I did not,knowingly, install them. But I thought it sounded great. I'm just learning about this FSeconomy app and like the idea. Their website offers info but I think its one of those things you have to do it to really see it work. Which will most likely be my next step. I do have a question if any of you guys use it and that is:Do you fly via a multiplayer session or is it on line but you keep AI and default ATC?I wonder what the chances are of FSCargo combining with FSEconomy? I recently started using FSCargo In the Misty, Tongass, Glacier Bay area with a freind and enjoy the objective aspect that FSCargo offers. I guess in an ideal world for me, I would like to have Bush Flyers Unlimited ran in FSE with the use of FSCargo.

Hello, after trying 2 times to install FS 2004, dx9, drivers (i have a radeon 9800 pro (msi) ), i still don't understant why i can't launch FS9.My get the splashscreen (with the dc3) but then, nothing happens. But i can launch it via the safe mod. I've got a wide screen (1440*900) but putting a lower resolution (800x600 for example) doesn't fix my problem although everything worked fine last summer.I've tried all methods explained here : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837195 but the problem is still here. Hi there everyone,I'm having some trouble with the PMDG 747-400The problem seems to be that whenever I fly out from any airport, with the FMC correctly programmed and the VNAV and LNAV active, at some time during the flight, I will hear this horrible grinding noise and the VNAV switch deactivates and the FLCHG activates.Also during this occurrance, sometimes I can no longer activate the VNAV unless I reset the flight.I know it is an unusual problem and I can't quite put my finger on what is causing it.Please help!

G'Day allWith the closing of Flight Factory Simulations. Does anyone know where I could go to get my keys back? For some stupid reason I never actually saved the details on my computer. I relied on their customer login section. Im sure most people would understand how frustrating this is!They used to have a forum here but it looks like its been closed?

Or should I say doesn't do this? I hate the way the landing lights have such a hard edge to them. Especially when coming into land and the visibility is low they project the bright v shape light that has no transparency. Is this a limitation in FS9 or hardware DX9 based limitation. Unfortunatley I don't have a screen shot to show what I am experiencing, however some of you may know mhat I mean. It is also noticable when approaching an airport at night and I can see the v shape lights from the AI that are taxing or just landed, they stick out like a sore thumb. I am interested to know of any tweeks or light replacements I cant try or buy to fix this. Appreciate the feed ba…
