I've read how nHancer can help the graphics in FS9, but I cannot seem to figure out what settings I should use. Hopefully somebody with a similar system can share their nHancer settings with me. Hi I have the above problem with FS 9 .. please please can some one help me solve this with out reinstalling FS .. , if i try and open the map via an A/C map option on the panel it opens ok , i have deleted the FS9.cfg file and had FS build a new one but this did not help . Thanks in advance Rich

Whats the best panel for the new posky ERJ-135's?

I have the CH yoke and CH rudder pedals. My question is about slipping. I am unable to do either forward or side slips with the small GA aircraft in FS 9. As an example, the J3 Cub...bank left, right rudder and in a moment the aircraft simply make a normal left turn. Does anyone know how to do it? Perhaps with some modification to the cfg file?Thanks, Roger

Is there an autobrake gauge for the default Learjet 45 panel? I have gotten really used to the handy little autobrake gauge in large airliners, and I would love to have one for the Lear. I don't know if the real Lear has a autobrake, but I know that I do not want to have to worry about the brake when I land the Lear. I appreciate any suggestions to my problem.

Would someone mind taking a look at my CFG file (below) and tell me if they see anything that could be changed to bring my frame rates up? I've tried tweaking it myself but I can't seem to get any results, and I only seem to make matters worse more often than not. I'm only getting 10-12 FPS on the ground using FlyTampa airports and Airport Environment Services (at their KMDW, KBOS, KSAN, and KSEA) with about 50% AI, and I also have slowish loading textures that are at first blurry and then come into focus within 1 or 2 seconds when at FL310, and I just don't think everything is running right. Having taken a fairly long break from playing FS, i just got a bug to play it the other day. So i load it back on my system, start flying, then run into a problem. I can fly for about 10 minutes tops and then FS9 just crashes and brings me to my desktop. Any ideas what the issue could be? Not sure if this would be a hardware or software issue.

After reinstalling XP on a new computer because of the continious crashing of FS 9 the same thing is happening again. This is a new system that has been specially built only for FS9 and X with all the latest and greatest. There are no other progarams installed other than FS9, the upgrade, FSUIPC and the no cd patch file in the main directory. I also installed the Cardenero 182 to use for a simple test flight. No terrain, squawk box, active sky, etc, etc, yet. If I leave the computer for five minutes I get an error message that reads " Microsft FS9 has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience" I should also mention ot crashes on the runwa…

Sorry about this basic question, but how do you start a flight away from an airport?

While taxiing to or from the runway, my plane bounces so bad at times it actually crashed last night, which sent my FSPassengers to the graveyard. It usually happens around 15 kts but it also sometimes bounces when I un-pause the sim while sitting at the gate. It doesn't happen to any other aircraft and it seems to happen no matter what airport I'm at. I first noticed it at KPHL (Simflyers), KATL (FRF), and KBDL (Smith Graphics). It also happens at the default KEWR and KATC, too, so I don't think it's the scenery. Besides, I suppose it could be uneven textures at one add-on airport, maybe even two . . . but THREE?? I wouldn't mind getting another little prop for my fleet. I fly exclusively in the VC using triple LCDs. I have been going through Carenado but cannot decide which to buy. They all look fantastic and very good value. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!JS
