Danny Cummings recently posted a 'Northern Air Cargo' skin for the Boeing 727-100F model presented by TDS. I can find the Boeing 727-100 passenger base aircraft, but not the Frieght version. Anyone know where I can get this F version of the outstanding B727-100 by TDS? I am not on facebook or twitter so it has to be one of the flight sim sites. Mal

I have been monitoring hundreds of flights now over the past year (if not for the 15 years I have had FS98/2000/2004/X) and I can say that, upon arrival at an airport (in a large jet), ATC seems to choose a GA parking or a cargo spot (usually as far away as possible form the main passenger terminals!) in preference to a passenger gate when instructing taxi to terminal. This is at any of the thousands (probably) of airports I fly into. I have on many occasions checked the gates at the airport (mostly empty) and the AFCAD (no isolated taxiways or other reason for FS not to use) with no problems showing. On avsim.su I found scenery for Mogilev airport in Belarus (UMOO). In the zip there is a folder the 3 bgl files in it (the folder name is for myRU) wcenter-p_LWM2.bgl, wcenter-rd_VTPL.bgl, and wcenter-st_VTPL.bgl. Does anyone know what these files are for and how do I install them? (I don't know Russian so I can read the readme file) I thought they were landclass files, but after I installed them as landclass files my sim crashed when I tried to load UMOO. PS: the file name for the scenery is 48039-UMOO-v2.zip

I seem to recall that such a tool exists (not that I can imagine how it would work) but I can't find it now. May be a figment of my imagination, or I dreamt it, but if it does exist and someone knows where I can download it, it would be good to do away with the need for the constant twitching I sometimes have to do on my X52 (which might be in part to blame anyway) to keep a/c on the straight and narrow. (I have ground winds set at zero, so that's not the reason). Thanks.

Hello all, I've scoured the net with no luck. Need (2) things. Both keyboard shortcuts. One LevelD 767 specific, the other FS2004 specific. 1. How to open and close LevelD 767 cargo doors. I've read many suggestions and none work for me. 2. Keyboard command, if there is one, for toggling ATC identification for AI aircraft. Hi Guys I'm having some problems trying to engage LOC on my Ifly737NG I get to my approach speed and level I'm wondering if it is a problem of tuning my Radios, I am using the ILS/Freq stated in the INIT REF FMC but i'd like to know when should I activate my NAV to the new ILS i've read about 30 miles out, really can't think why else i'm not picking up the LOC after armed Can anyone advise please Thank You Richard

The Microsoft Flight Sim version before fs9. I opened Flight sim and went to the scenary option. I then selected Add Scenary when it asked me where it was I added it and evrything went fine. Now that Iam using fs9 win. ver. 7 It will not install like that. What is the answer to adding on scenary to FS2004 ? Thx Punch649.

Does anyone know if there is a way to set which switches in the overhead panel are on or off in the Cold & Dark setup? I still have one or two miscellaneous switches that are on and I would rather they were off when I choose a cold and dark cockpit - Isolation Bleed Switch for example. I did set things up via a saved flight with all the parameters as I want them, and that certainly works, but loading the PSS 757 via a saved flight always (as far as my experiments have shown) knobbles the COM1 radio - unless you load the default Cessna first, turn on Battery and Avionics, then load whichever 757 you are flying directly from the FS9 menu, the COM1 radio dial is stuc…

Just wondered if this airport is supposed to look like this here (just south of threshold to Rwy32L), or do I have some textures (or an update) missing? There are taxiways through here, so it's a bit odd taxiing through such a 'blur', with no proper taxiways marked. On the other hand, it looks as if it was meant to be like that, it's not obviously a texture error. Building work?? Maybe I need an AFCAD update to avoid taxiing through that part of the airport. (I have AF2_KORD.bgl dated 23/11/11). Appreciate it if anyone with this airport could check it out for me. Thanks. Martin

I have begun to notice a lot of airports (real life) that I fly in and out of (as a passenger) have converted over to white LED runway lamps. Has anyone made textures for these yet to anyones knowledge? Mitch

Hello Suddally my FS9 does not start up anymore. After click on fs9.exe nothing happens. Not even the start screen. Also checked everything that installed lately but did not work. After that I deleted FS9 and used CCleaner to clean all registers. Then, installed again but still the same situation. Anybody could give me a tip? Thank you.

Good afternoon, I am trying to change the strobe effects on my Fifity North 737's so that the wing strobes and tail strobe all flash at the same time as I've seen some on YouTube but cannot figure out the correct FX settings? Can anyone help me with the correct settings in the strobeh FX file in the Effects folder please? I've managed to slow the rate down but when I do this the port side and tail strobe flash at the same time but then the starboard side will flash on its own a few seconds after and not in unison. Hi I'm new to the B737NG variants and am using Fs2004 with Ifly B737 600/ 700/ 700ER /800//900 my question is I want to set some standard Fuel/ and Cargo loads as to attain a CG for safe flight I realise Fuel load depends on a variety of factors conting, reserve fuel total trip etc so I just want figures I can safely input with each of these models so I can purely use to practice getting familiar with the aircraft thereafter i'll be more precise in my calculations. Now for the 737-600NG Cargo Fwd I fill to 75% Aft 20% and Fuel Wings both 100% and centre tanks 50% so i'd be interested if you have any such parameters for these aircraft models i could use please. …

I have REX and FSrealWX Pro for my weather and I can not download the weather with either of them. Is anyone else having a problem downloading weather for FS9? What can I do to so I can download the weather again?

Right now, I'm in an FS9 flight between Detroit and Dublin, climbing in an A330, for the 12 hour flight. Sim full out, clouds full out, 'Sascha' full out...lol...all at a locked and steady 30 FPS. No time, dipping below that. What is happening around me, and under me, is just great rendering. I'm smiling, in that I remember when FS9 came out...I had a system at that time...and it was the best that could be purchased, CPU/GPU wise...that I was lucky if I could maintain 15-22 FPS on the ground and around 28 in the air, with the sim set to how I like it...RIPPED! Here I sit today, with an 8 year old system, that gives me in FS9, undreamed (of then...) perform…

Hello All I am looking for some help please i have searched the web and emailed Blackbox Simulations unfortunately with no reply, I have however seen similar posts with a google search but I recently purchased this for FS9 and I notice other users having a similar issue it is missing the load manager for the 777 does anyone know how I can get this as its an important part of the package that is missing just wish I would have purchased it from Just Flight as I know it comes within their package or download. I've noticed in a number of aircraft that the fuel tanks, rather than emptying concurrently, do so one after the other.. so of course you end up with one heavy tank and the others empty. The a/c is then not balanced, needless to say... My default b737-400 does this, for instance. Opening crossfeed valves doesn't help (is it just a dummy switch?). No way to fix it I suppose??? I'd have thought that Mike Stone's a/c would be pretty spot on, but I find that in descent the attitude of his B1900D is very much nose down. I am, I think, at about the right speed with correct flaps, but the nose-down attitude during descend is enough to look very strange. I thought I knew how to tweak the aircraft.cfg file or air file to make the a/c a little nose higher, but when I come to do it - well, seems I don't! I know that any such tweak may possibly adversely affect some other setting (?), but maybe even so, someone could remind me how it would be done? (I searched the forums BTW but didn't find the answer - though I am sure it is there somewhere!). …

I would like some advice if possible, regarding FS9. I am intending to build a basic panel for all rotary encoders, selector switches and other switches such as the AP and EFIS, not elaborate, but just to make it easier than having to use the mouse. I do not require output for LCD's or LED's as the panel display would be adequate. I have a Project AI A320 model with a Panel by Ken Mitchell, I notice the same panel appears on the A321 in FSX, it appears that some of the rotary encoders and selector switches, also other switches are not identifiable as they are only mouse clicks and not and have no keyboard action. Hi there everybody, FS 2004: I don't know why, in a new scenery recently downloaded, the AI aircrafts flight above taxiways, approximately less a meter, instead of running? What is the problem? Ground altitude in AFCAD? If somebody has an idea, an answer will be greatly appreciated! Thank you Dom
