HiWanting to reinstall a scenery I have by onlinesimulationsolutions for London but they seem to have disappeared.Any ideas who took over the software for lcy04 as my downloaded installer is giving problems.

This has ben going on for some time now and I always put it off...until now. :( Why is it that ATC at KLAX will 98% of the time have you land on a runwway heading East (06L/07R),when in real life this very seldom happens.On my last flt in, ATC gave me rwy 07L. I then requested 25L, which they granted me and gave me my new heading for an ILS appproach.The they squak me when I'm 21 miles out and mention 06L, with some other words thrown in that I cannot recall at the present.So, I see the airport (night flight) and watch all this AI traffic taking off 06L/07R, heading in my general direction...Needles to say Iblew off the landing and went out to land on 06L.Now my question…

In FS 2002 the multiplayer range (to see other aircraft) was 40 NM, but in FS 2004 it is (apparantly) reduced to 10 NM.We often fly with a group of pilots on the internet, but in FS 2004 I can not see anyone further away than 10 NM.How can I change this setting? (to 20 NM or 40 NM)?PaulusP

I'd appreciate some help with this problem, please.It seems to me that FSB and my JF B772LR have taken an instant dislike to each other, they are fighting like ferrets in a sack :( The Just Flight/B777 Folder has a sub folder named 'Flights', which is intended for flight plans. Whereas the PSS B772LR has a Routes folder - FSB refuses to recognise the Flights folder and calls an Error! I have not yet manually entered a flight plan into the CDU, will try that as a last resort.Ken

Has anyone had problems with the Aerosim Tristar CTDing either when you push the windsheer alert test button or just a few minutes into the flight.

I noticed when slewing around VHHH there was a hill with (not totally white) white trees as if it has snowed lightly on them. I'm pretty sure Hong Kong has a tropical climate. Just wondering if there is a tree type I don't know of that looks kind of white or if it's a glitch..... I'll post a screenshot as soon as I get home

2 days ago I bought & installed FRAPS. I made a couple of short movies & at first I got frame rates in the 30s (usually 50-60+) but this morning FRs drop to 8 or so when I turn FRAPS on. I've made no changes to FS9 & I wonder if someone could tell me what might have caused this problem. I've noticed on some of my aircraft that part of the textures sometimes are blurry and then other times not. Usually only happens on one side but not the other. My Braniff 747 left side front logo blurs out but the rear and the entire right side is fine. Couple of my AI Airbusses do this sometime also. Is this to do with the video card or the textures used? any fix?Thanks

This thematic has probably been chewed upon too much.But I decided to do some compares today, and I found out there is absolutely no difference on my system if I change to anything higher than this:TERRAIN_DEFAULT_RADIUS=4.0TERRAIN_EXTENDED_RADIUS=0.0TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS=0No changes in loading of textures if I set 9 or levels 4 or whatever else... I made comparable screenshots, and those are ALL absolutely same. I tried photoscenery, GEPro textures and also default FS9 installation. No change in behavior. All measurements were taken from 30,000ft, to easily spot the lines separating higher and lower resolution textures.My other settings are Nhancer 8xS AA, and AF 16x, …

Hello all,a few days ago I switched from XP to Vista64. I installed FS9 and reinstalled all my modifications such as AI traffic etc. Absolutely everything works just perfect.But I have serious problems with one program: Fspassengers. I istalled FSpassengers without problems. But when try to open any of the tabs in the FSpassengers menu in FS the screen gets black and that`s it. When I use the Task Manager to close FS i can see this particular tab I tried to open for less than a second. I cannot even enter the purchase code. hello folks im tring to figure out how to get my flights in real time, what i mean is when im done fliying say about 8 0clock at night and then i save the flight , and then fly again say two days later in realtime say 10 am , is there a way that the sim will know what time it is and instead of it being where i saved it at 8 oclock i want it to remember two days later at 10 am.i have it checked in fuicp , im just wondering if im not doing somthing wrong here .Thanks......Robert

I was hoping someone could help. I am getting constant CTD while on approach to many different airports it is a TCAS7 crash. It has happened with PMDG MD11 and the 747. Just payware airports no changes in weeks and the only payware aircraft are the two PMDG's I mentioned and VRS F/A 18. Nothing else added and now I getting crashes. Any suggestions?Thanks

It's quite unbelievable to not find something about this after hours of search considering it might be quite common. Anyway... I installed this new ZGGG scenery from Jan Martin's "Jetway & Terminals" package.... looks quite nice btw. But somehow I have problem with AI-traffic. I've followed the install instructions including copying those scenery/asia/scenery files and downloaded the afcad file, but don't seem to see air traffic.... not even in the old ZGGG airport anymore. Did I miss something.... do I have to edit every single flightplan or is there an easier way??
