Hi guys,I've recently purchased Ground Environment Pro but whenever I want to load a PMDG 747-400 Boeing into a flight, it seems to crash my FS9 due to an error with Terrain.dll. Does anybody know the problem for this?(PS I just noticed I spelt Environment wrong in the title lol)

Ok, every time i start FS, it rebuild scenery file. I have not installed any scenery lately. But it keep rebuild something. I've downloaded "FSTscenery" and try to fixed with it. But no luck. It keeps rebuld all over. It's not a problem, maybe it is, everything work fine as before, but it's annoying. Any suggestions?ThanksDalibor

Hey guys,Over the wkend i started to install some my payware sceneries on vista 64bits and so far things were going great. However when i did try to install aerosoft mega frankfurt, it just didnt go through. It kept on saying '' x64 driver error, did u forget to reboot??'' I've already rebooted a few times and nothing. I've got fs2004 installed on a 2nd hardrive. I decided to use a 64bit o/s as i noticed fs2004 was more stable than my xp 32bits.So guys, any help on that please. thnxs

Finally I'm convinced to purchase one of the apparently great AS products, but can't decide between AS 6.5/ASG and ASA. 6.5/ASG is tempting, because of the graphics included, ASA because of the many new features (e, g, snapshot etc.)I'm currently still using Chris' low def clouds and wonder if there are also some lower res and performance friendly but better looking cloud sets are included in ASG. Hi folks. I am new to AVSIM. I use both FS9 and FSX regularly. It appears that a lot of airports, VORs, NDBs and STARS n SIDS that are available in the FSX do not exist in FS9. This shows up (not in database) when one progarms the FMC in FS9. I had read somewhere that one can get to the CONGIF file in FS9 and insert all of the above and more. Can someone please tell me how this is done?Thanks muchHKGSimmer

Hi all, hoping some AI expert will chime in on this one. I've noticed that some of my AI aircraft, most notably the AI Aardvark DC9-10 touches down very far down the runway and on shorter runways runs off the end. I believe there is a change I can make in the aircraft.cfg to adjust that, but don't remember what it is. Can anyone tell me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.KP

Which is more real? Is it like vatsim or IVAO? I want one but don't know which to get...Emergencies etc are they handled like in vatsim?Need opinions please

does it matter in what order runways are listed in the runway list in AFCAD? I thought I had read once where those listed closest to the bottom of the list get the most traffic? I've only noticed a difference at HECA where the "5" runways didn't get as much attention as 16/34. when i reversed the order and put the 5l/r at the bottom, then they got traffic. never noticed that before.

Hi guys, is anyone out there able to email me the "now not available" PMDG CDU/FMC Driver for my Engravity CDU for FS9 (Driver for FSX is avialble). It's taken me almost 2 weeks to complete this project, but with a lot of help from some very nice guys on this forum, I have my DH-2 Beaver just about like I want it. I (and my great help) added the following gauges to my Beaver panel:1. Garmin -500 GPS2. HSI Gauge3. Nav-GPS Switch4.Radio with Auto Pilot5. FDX 21 Button Music/Sound Panel6. Hi; I'm using Flight Enviroment and GE Pro. My question is after installing the HDE clouds if i run both FE And GE Pro will that negate the effect of the HDE clouds. Hope i haven't clouded the issue. thanks

Hi.I have just put the 707 back on my system because I missed the old bird. I do like this plane very much, but it just seems under powered.Is there a way of adjusting this without running out of fuel as a consequence.I have used the load editor etc, and have the aircraft set at practically empty weight, but it still seems not too powerful if you know what I mean, especially when on final approach. I have three quarter flaps set and have to apply nearly full throttle to keep her nose from going skyward.Thanks for any suggestions.

I recently downloaded this program for the cabin announcements and I am a little confused on how to install the cabin announcement portion. I'm trying to install it into PMDG aircraft and I'm wondering where in the panel config to put it, since there section in the panel cfg for all the windows the 2D panel has. I only fly with the VC anc I don't see a any other guages in the VC section of the panel cfg. If anyone has the cabin announcement piece of AutoEnvironment working in the PMDG aircraft or knows how to do pls let me know. Thnx!!Richard

I have an ongoing issue with FS9 when it comes to cloud layers. I use the Active sky 6.5 addon for my weather.I find when I am approaching an airport, just before I land (roughly 500 feet above the ground) I always pass through a cloud/visibilty layers, where it goes from a realistic 'haze' to no haze in an instant. It is as if the weather or cloud layers do not extend all the way to ground level. I find this really unrealistic and wondered if there is a way to force the haze or cloud layer (whatever creates the effect) all the way to ground level.I have seen loads of FS9 videos and FSX for that matter, and it seems to be a common problem. Hello,I have KBWI Scenery from FoxtrotSierra, are you able to delete any of the bgls to help with frame rates and if so which ones? This is the only airport that kills my frame rates when flying in to BWI. Any advice would be appreciated. Yes I do know about the densitiy settings.Thanks!

Hello, I have just installed a whole bunch of AI traffic through WOAI. Now that I have all my traffic installed do i have to Set the airline traffic and GA traffic sliders within fs9 to get rid of the default traffic, Will that get rid of all my added traffic, If so is there a way to get rid of the default traffic? I dont want the fictinal traffic such as orbit etc..Thanks Gerry
