Ok guys I finally got the thing working so it compiles my flight plan..now I have another little issue..I'm pretty sure its a easy fix but I can't find the solution..when I start my flight I contact ATIS and everything is a ok..I hear the static and then the lady starts talking..after that I try to contact the tower for clearance and it says in that little window "ACARS ATIS information is not available at this time"..I don't know what to do..help? Thank you!

Hi all.I purchased this software this evening and after reading the install and registration instructions and using them 5 times I cannot get it registered. Did anyone else have this problem? Any help gratefully received. TIA..........John

Hi,Today I flew from Singapore Changi airport to Kuala Lumpur airport with a PMDG 747-400F Singapore aircraft, but a short while after I touched down at Kuala Lumpur airport ICAO: WMKK, the computer drawed a big brown triangle near the airport, a short while after that the screen started to flash black and brown from the normal screen. Then later on the flash stopped, but the brown big triangle is still there.I downloaded a freeware scenery for Kuala Lumpur called "ProjectKLIA".Does anyone on this forum have any idea about what it could be?Well, here is what it looks like.Please help me!/ErikI just had some errors in the Scenery.cfg, fixed it myself :)

Sorry for a second thread guys but I thought this justified one of its own as it's a pretty big topic.Here's the background...At the moment I enjoy recreating low cost airline flights from England to all around northern Europe. I use vroute (basic version) to get me some waypoints and route. I then load these into Radar Contact/FS9 and away I go. On approach to the destination I get vectored in to the ILS by ATC. Hello all,I recently bought a dell computer 64 bit and it came with no "works" nor "word". 99% of my text documents come in the form of computer goobly glop instead of words that can be read. I d/l the acrobat reader thinking that would change the wording but it didn't. Can someone the help with this problem or contact me if you need any other info. Hi, my PC recently got a virus and had to be wiped so I lost my whole FS9 install.I'm gradually putting everything back on, but have trouble with some of the stuff lost when the Avsim library went down.If anyone has the fix for the Auckland 2005 scenery which stops the aircraft wheels sinking, I would be incredibly grateful.Many thanks

I find that sometimes I cannot engage the AP in the PMDG 737NG when I hit 'A' during climbout. I have no idea why. Sometimes, therefore, I hit CMD A first and all is well and THEN I can hit Z to turn it off and then A to turn it back on if I wish. Another really crazy thing I found is that when I hit A in the NG (and also the PSS 777), my Ultimate Traffic TCAS will pop up on the screen as well! That is truly insane! It's not even the shortcut key for the TCAS. I've uninstalled that and the PalmSpotter as a result. I guess this is all very typical FS stuff, isn't it? I use UT in FS2004. Does anybody know if it is possible to install the TCAS gauges and Palmspotter in certain aircraft only rather than having UT install these gauges automatically in every single aircraft in one's AIRCRAFT folder?Thanks for any posts!JS

What settings can i edit in my setup for these payware models to free the nose wheel up when turning round a bend on the ground.CLS & Overland aircraft all have a nose wheel setup UNLIKE PMDG & Project Airbus for example where the nose wheel turns WITHOUT using the rudder, i can simply turn my joystick to the left or right and the nose wheel follows my exact movement whereas CLS & Overland both remain static and only turn when using the tail rudder! This MUST be possible to edit and alter......any takers know how?

Hello as an owner of the PSS A330/A340, I recently realized that I lost the revised flight dynamics which could be download from PSS's website. Now that they have shut down I am not sure of what to do. If it is permissible is it possible that someone who has these files could send them to me?Thanks!

Attached please find 2 pics, the 1st one is fs9 in full screen mode with aa enabled and everything from the Nvdia control panel ( also AA from FS9)the 2nd pic is the same fs9 in full screen but with squawkbox opened...Notice that although fs is in full screen the menu is still becoming visible,and so because of that,the graphics in fs9 cannot be like the previous pic, it's like the Squawkbox window is taking over the fs.Can someone help me please?? coz i'm really going crazy with this problem :(Thanks,Cpt Zammit

So I have been trying to get my machine set back up here to get back into Vatsim again (hopefully). Got around last night to try and get everything loaded and configured as I've always had it.Unfortunately I seem to be hitting roadblocks at every turn. It's a Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit box. So far FS9 with the .1 update, FSnav, PMDG 737TNG, FSUIPC+WideFS, WideClient and Activesky on a second Windows 2000 machine.Now I am very tech literate and all but not so much when it comes to stuff that gives little to no clue to what is causing something not to work and lack of error messages. although atc is awesome, ive also used PFE and i actually didnt like it at all. i think default atc is simpler and better. the only thing stopping me from using default atc is this. when i build my flight plan in fsbuild. i export it to pmdg747 and fs2004. i open fs2004 and laod the flightplanner than load the flightplan i just made. but if i use this i can onyl start on the runway. there is no option to let me start from the taxi gate. if i change to start at taxigate then i have to click after findroute and it makes its own flightplan up and doesnt use mine. is there a way around this?

Hi guys,I've recently been flying the Wilco Airbus and have noticed a little niggle.As I approach the ILS, the horizontal diamond comes to the centre. I then click 'LOC' and everything goes to plan. However, when I enter the glideslope and the vertical diamond comes to the centre, the plane does not descend and carries on regardless. Have I missed something here?ThanksPS: Would FS2Crew be worth buying for the Airbus as I love to fly it, although not wholly accurately)

Is there anyone who would be willing to look at an AFCAD file for me? I am using the KMHV scenery by Brian Selb and am having an issue. I have corrected a couple of things but for some reason rwy 26 is not available for use and I don't know why.If someone is willing to take a look and let me know I would appreciate it. I can send the modified file if necessary although the download from the library should be just as good for this particular problem.Thanks!

Hey Guys, question, at certain airports, KIAH and CYYZ, once the simulator is loaded and traffic nav lights come on ready to push off the gates, the traffic sits there and does not push back or take off....I just did a flight into CYYZ and traffic was coming in fine and taxiing to their respective gates, however, I noticed a plane there that had its nav lights on ready for pushback, I look back and it has disapeared....Same thing happens at KIAH, I go there and see a bunch of traffic ready to push back and they sit there, and then they disapear...anyone know whats going on? AFCAD issue?

Dear Simmers,I would like to ask you a question. I did a fresh install of fs9, and as many of you know,to get out the best of it, it is always recommendable to run the sim in full screen mode ( Antialaising selected in fs + settings from the Nvdia Control panel )So far everything is fine,but when I load Squawkbox, the menu appears on top,but unfortunately the graphics that appear in fs are like as the sim is in windowed mode ( with jaggers ) Is there a setting which I am missing to switch on from somewhere? or a programe which I can download so that i'll be able to have just only fs9 windown in full screen mode but with sbox running at the same time...also do you think it…

I've just installed the wonderful de Havilland DH-89A Dragon Rapide by David Garwood...man it's a really nice model too. I went ahead and also installed the autopilot by Jim Robinson. The two together really make for a nice experience but I realized that I've never flown a tail dragger before...it's been nothing but tricycles for me. So how are you supposed to takeoff and land a tail dragger properly? Please advise and thanks!Mark

For many years I have been flying the PSS B777, however having not flown it recently, so I thought it was about time a added a few more flying hours.However having tried to get FS2004 to run again , I encountered problems. So I have ended up reloading FS2004 & PSS B777. Still on an XP platform. I have also added the two B777 patches v2 & v2.1.Whilst it runs, the autopilot is very unstable with it constantly oscillating, mainly on the height but also on headings. It would appear the the system is constantly altering the stabilizers. As such the height rate of change keeps changing from about -800ft/min to +800 ft/ min with the height constantly 'going thr…

I just did a fresh install fos fs9,and i am having 1 last porblem with regards to Squawk Box.The problem is that whenever I run the sim in full screen mode, and i run SBox, the window is becoming visible and so AA settings and all the video card settings ( which are set from the NVIDIA control panel ) are not seem to work ( i can still see the textures sort of like blurred in fs9 even if it is in full screen mode,obviously because AA and other stuff is not working )Could you kindly help me ?My Specs are Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit , Core2Quad, GTX 285, 4 GB ram.I look forward to hear from you soon.…

Ok guys this program is beginning to aggravate me a little now..first I can't compile the effin flight plan...so I can on the FAQ's on aerosoft.com..kinda figured out what might be wrong..but now when I try to open my ProFligh2000 it says to inert a CD...I bought the download off of aerosoft...what gives? How come these things can't be much simpler... :(I'm using the Pro Flight Emulator..and if you guys haven't read my other post I'm also using FSBUILD...Oh and it keeps downloading updates...is this supposed to happen..is there really a new update everytime I open up the program?

Does anybody knows of an accurate Twin Otter? Lago has the panel all wrong...it can be free or pay, as long as it is accurate enough. Hell, it doesn't even has to be pretty, just accurate.Thanks in advance
