Hi people, I'm currently busy installing ANA into Flight Simulator. I can't find the BWAI Boeing 787 model anywhere unfortunately. Is there someone who found it on the internet or could e-mail the files to me perhaps? I hope someone can help me. With regards, Kevin

I've posted it in the Feelthere forums as well but thought to give it a shot here too. I'm having an issue. The landing speeds are lower on the charts then the aircraft stall protection. Which causes me to stall landing when flaring when trying to fly them. After browsing their forums I found out that someone else had same issue and I was wondering if anyone had it as well ? I've attached pictures to show what I mean. An example of gross weight 43000 for landing of course flaps are full 5. Hi, As there was a scenery develpment list, I was thinking about an development list for FS9. As most addon developers have switched to FSX there is still a few (and many freeware authors) still making FS9 airplanes. The only payware project I know for FS9 today is the QualityWings 787, and a lot of Russian freeware. However, if anyone is aware of new airplanes still being developed for this simulator, feel free to post them in this topic. Hopefully FS9 is not dead... Yet

Fans of Shez Ansari's fantastic scenery ONT2012 (and his earlier ONT2006) may recall problems many reported in this forum about vechicles, mostly the catering/service trucks at the gates (a few also reported trouble with the FedEx trucks at the FedEx terminal). I was among thoses having these problems. Poor Shez was beside himself at point being completely stumped by this (as we all were!). I, myself, gave up hope of anyone finding a solution and went back to Shez's ONT2006 (which, like all of Shez's scenery, knows no equals in my opinion). I have taken the plunge and purchased the above which is an alternative to Navigraph AirRac cycles. Based on the LIDO dataset compiled by Lufthansa but used by 180 airlines it is said to be 100% compatible with Navigraph but offers more in the way of data (airports covered/SIDS STARS/procedures) Airport charts are NOT provided. Observations ... application interface is intuitive and the update is much simpler. My aircraft and utilities are supported with one glaring exception ... AirSimmer. Possibility this may be covered in the future. I have yet to fly so this post is merely a heads-up not an unqualified recommendation.

Hi I heard good things about their Fokkers, don't have them but there are only 148 aircraft left in the real world so I think I just wait for the CRJs. I just visited their site and I was surprised that they are also working on CRJ's, I didnt knew that. I couldnt find any information if it is also designed for fs2004 or fsx only. Any info? and Mr Georg also stated that CRJ's project is alive unlike its Fokker's virtual cockpit which seems very very slow. Since that I am a happy and satisfied Leonardo MD 82 user, CRJ is on my next list, I just love those tails ^_^ ^_^ can't wait to fly with Jazz livery... Cheers

I am currently running fs9 with an ATI RADEON HD 5570 on an i7 -2600k cpu @ 3.40 ghz. The card was loaded with the pc when I got it last year, but I feel its not up to scratch on cloud rendering and night flying. What card would be advisable to get that would be better esp for night flying within my budget of about £150. thanks

Hi all For years I have flown the Leveld 767 and love its detail but decided over the weekend I wanted to fly Delta KATL-EGLL which is usually a 767-400 not the -300. Downloaded the Posky version and Chis Jeanne's 767-400 panel together with some realistic GE sound set and apart from the FMC have something which is workable - finally! Problem was I first of all couldn't get the strobes on the Posky model to work as the .cfg file points to the wrong .fx for the model and the available fix doesnt work to well with the 400 so tinkered around with the light contact points for a couple of evenings and now got a nice set up with strobes and night lighting so ready to fl…

Two things you may not have noticed on AVSIM recently... 1. A great freeware release - the Macchi 205 Veltro. This was a development of the earlier Macchi 202 Folgore and one of the best fighters of WWII. This particular release carries on the outstanding work done by by Manuele Villa (MVG3D) & Italianwings. It is payware quality and loads of fun to fly. Like the earlier MC202 and their CR42 it takes careful handling - this airplane will BITE if you don't handle it carefully. Has anyone got a copy of the latest Mega Airport Frankfurt with the new runway? I bought and downloaded it today and I'm incredibly disappointed and was wondering if it hadn't installed correctly? The update with the new runway does add it, but the textures for the taxiways are not in keeping with the rest of the scenery, they are default textures (that would appear if you added a taxiway/runway in the AFCAD), which quite frankly I couldve done myself to my older version without spending 24 euros. Does anyone have any screenshots with the new runway so I can compare? If it is installed correctly and the default textures are whats meant to be showing I will be aski…

Good morning all. Last May I had to re-format my hard drive. Thinking I had all my third party material, I proceeded with the re-format. After the format I couldn't find the paperwork on a program I really liked. It was/is a compilation of B737-300/400 and all in the livery of Southwest. I don't know if this had anything to do with 50 North. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I can't find the least little paperwork. Any help from anyone is a lifesaver. Thanks Mike

I'm wondering how does the landing technique work with the airbrakes handle. (Spoilers) I've noticed that if short field landing is made the airbrakes are deployed. Now, I would like to know what is the proper technique ? Deploying airbrakes half way ? Does the spoilers deploy automatically on touch down no matter what is the position of the handle ? (Or it should be like boeing style were the handle must be in arm position ?) :mellow: I'll appreciate any information as I'm learning the new Qualitywings Avro. Thank you.

Hi all, I need some help. FS2004 used to work fine until now. I have about 40 fps, but recently, every 5-15 minutes, I experience a huge fps drop down to 10-12 fps. This lasts for about 1-3 minutes, and then it goes back to about 40 fps. I did not install any new addons, nor did I do any other significant system changes. Folks I'm looking for a general scenery package to spruce up the overall free of my FS9. There is FScene, which seems to cover the world for not much cost. Are there any others you'd recommend? Even if they cover just the US and Europe I'd be interested. Thanks Mike

Hello I have recently noticed a problem with my texture transitions e.g. from evening textures to night textures, and from night to morning. During the transitions, there are ugly blocks of texture (see picture). Can anything be done to eliminate this unsightly event? Thanks

About a month ago I bought Eiresim's Cork scenery for FS9. Soon after I bought it I noticed at night the light poles do not have the light effect. I emailed Eiresim but I never got a response. I was hoping someone here could help. The screenshots of the scenery show the light effects, so why does my scenery not have this? Am I missing some files? Or maybe the FSX version has the light effect and FS9 doesn't?

Greetings to every member!! I have a question for experts. I have cls A300 in fs2004 and i want to "paint" it with olympic airways livery but i can't find any livery for cls A300..... trying to paint it with an olympic livery from paywere simcheck (changing the aircraft.cfg with the proper including, loading the proper texture.XX ), but nothing. In what way can I mix the liveries??? I am sure that there must be a way to transform!!

I have downloaded and installed this new much-needed model into my AI, but I am having issues in that despite the following entries into my aircraft.txt file atc_parking_types=CARGO atc_parking_codes=KAL it still parks in a gate by the terminal. Is there something else I can change in the aircraft.txt file to make sure it parks at my cargo ramps? Anyone else having this problem? Its happenining with the other one I've installed too (Cathay cargo)
