Greetings,I have been using/learning FS2Crew for about a week now and really enjoy the product. The only issue I've had is the problem where the initial sound for the FA, Gate, Ground, and FO (? about APU) will not play (under "normal" circumstances). I've tried the suggestion from the FAQ about disable/enable the sound card (since I do have on-bourd sound); but it has had no effect. So, being a prof software developer and compulsive problem solver, I gathered that the problem only occurs with the pop-up windows. I went about loading my NG737 the "wrong" way so that all the windows from FS2Crew are visible at startup - now all the initial sounds play for those pop-ups (it…

Had a question/suggestion about the timing of the termination checklist. It seems to me that there should be an indication that all pax have deplaned before this checklist is done. On every flight I have been on, the lights, IFE, etc. has not been shutoff while I was exiting the plane. Should there be a delay and some kind of indication (ie, the lead F/A telling you that all pax are off the plane) before running this checklist? Just an idea. Wouldn't want to turn the lights off on my unsuspecting virtual passengers!Heath

Hi, first off all thanks for this great product. It needs a bit paper work but as far as I could handle that every enthusiast who really wants to add more reality could handle FS2Crew. My first question is about config page: If i choose NO for GATE DEPT then ONT ATC will be automatically YES. Second one is if i press TIME the Dept Time is automatically +3. Are these normal?By the way FS2Crew is also a foregiving software. I made some mistakes on my first VATSIM flight but FO FA and me could come over all of that.

Hi all, I have been flying the PMDG 737-900 for a few months now and twice now out of three flights with FS2Crew I have received a takeoff config alarm that I could not figure out. I followed the checklists, double checked the systems and was unable to clear the alarm except to proceed with the takeoff and it goes away at liftoff. The one time I did not get the alarm was with the first tuturial and the only difference from that flight and the next two was I used 15 deg flaps for takeoff and more fuel since I was going on a longer flight. Any help here would be appreciated. Ken

Hi Bryan,Have been away from flying awhile after some problem with my FS9 installation but now I'm back in business ;-)Did a flight tonight and maybe I did something wrong but when the FO pressed the RECALL panel prior to takeoff, my (the CA's) RECALL panel still doesn't extinguish. Acording to below, this was one of the things that should have been fixed in the update."6. When the FO presses "RECALL" during his Before Takeoff and In Range Flows, you will see the results on your (the Captain's) Recall panel given that the two Recall panels are interconnected."Any idea what might be wrong? All the best,

Great product, thanks for all your hard work!I thought the product came with different voice sets (i.e. American and English (UK)?I want the CA and FO to have UK accents, how do you change this setting?

Hi, I really like the product but I have yet to complete a flight since installing it as my FS crashes.Has any body else had this happen and what did you try to fix it?

Hi,Have a very strange and frustrating problem I hope someone can help me solve. Can mention that I have reinstalled my whole PC but now when installing all programs over again the problem is back as well. But at least this time, I know exactly what's causing the problem but unfortunately not how to solve it.What happens is that after adding the PMDG keyboard assignments for MCP Increase Speed Fast (TAB+Q) and MCP Decrease Speed Fast (TAB+W) as stated in the documentation for FS2Crew, FS9 craches with a fatal error in a module called PMDG_737NG_Main.gau right after the progress bar for loading the flight reaches 100% and I only see the a/c main panel for a split second be…

Bryan,I have been using FS2crew for some time now and I am of the opinion this is one of the best add-ons for FS2K4 available.I sometime, though, find the size of ezch window overlaps gauges, etc I wish to see. While I now re-size all my windows, is there a way to save all the new sizes of the windows for re-laoding automatically?ThanksKeep up the excellent work.Willie

One future suggestion I would have for future releases:A not-so-perfect copilot. I know when I'm flying real-world, I've got to double-check everything the copilot does, making sure that all switches and checklist items are exactly where he says they are. I think that would add immensely to the program if there was a random variable for some items, ie., the copilot says he's got the flaps set to 5 for takeoff, but when you look, they're only at 1. I've caught a couple of copilots, who've gone through checklist items so fast, they miss or actually state things that aren't there. One time I had a copilot say "Landing gear, down, and locked", yet when I looked, one still…

Just 2 start, I have had this produce for 2 days now, and just love it!!, Great Job!I read somewere that you were looking at other aircraft to do, and saw the ATR mentioned. Is this going to be a pay add-on, or and upgrade? Thanks for any reply,CYXEJustinPS. once again, GREAT JOB!

First of all I have to say that I love what I've seen so far with FS2Crew, but I do have a couple of questions. I am posting the following picture to help with these questions.1) How can I load my aircraft and not have all those windows pop-up. Is there a way to have my screen blank of windows, and just call them up as I need them from CPAL? It's kind of annoying to have to close every single window and start from there, unless of course there is an easier way to do it and I just don't know.2) There is a small square black box on the left side, that doesn't seem to have anything. I can click and move it around and I can even close it, but I have no clue what this is…

Hi guysI love FS2Crew, but I only do short flights and with the demands on us all of girlfriends and wives who don't share our passion for sitting on the PC for hours on end I often find I don't finish flights even then! As I really don't utilise FS2Crew properly, I've uninstalled it for the time being. This isn't a reflection on the program, which is amazing, it's just like long haul aircraft - I have no need for them so I'd rather have the disk space back! After the uninstall, whenever I load up the 2D panel in the 737, the FS2Crew panels are present, but only in the form of black squares. Of course I can right click 'close window' to get rid of them, but it takes ages. …

I'm a new user of what seems to be a really great program. I read the manuals and I thought I assigned the right hotkeys, but when I'm clesred for pushback, am I supposed to close doors or FO or ground crew?? Seems nobody closes the doors until I do.Bill M

I'am impressed with FS2Crew. Thankyou for your dedication and hard work on a product that has added a dimension of professionalism to my simming experience. I'm following your advice to start slow since the learning curve is steep. I'm using the KSFO to KLAX SADDE SIX arrival. So far I've gotten through the departure with good comprehension and commensurate elation. My question is about the approach phase. After selecting the 24R rwy does the transition I choose on the right select side influence how FS2Crew sets up for final approach?John R. FranklinVictorville, CA

Bryan and everyone one the forum,I've picked up FS2Crew over the weekend and have done some quick flights and even though I'm yet to use this great add-on to its fullest, I just like to say it's an awesome product...I LOVE it! It truely adds a new dimension to sim flying and to the entire PMDG experience!Well done and congrats on a really great product. You know in the future, I'd really like to see regional accents for the pilot's as well..(since I live in Asia).Cheers,-Pranav

..when I only taxi at 21 knots ground speed. It is totally acceptable to taxi at speeds below 30 knots, slowing down to 15 prior to making a turn.Is this hard coded into the program or can we change it somehow? Thanks,Dom

Will there be a stand alone version for people who own FSCREW already so those who own the 800/900 upgrade do no have to alias their panel cfg on the 600/700?Regards

helloAfter uninstalling FS2crew, I still have huge black rectangle that are not disapearing. These rectangles are at the same place where were the several FS2crew windows.Do you know how to remove these black rectangles? Because I can no longer use my 737 800/900 :-(thank you very muchLouis

Having gone to your Home Site directly--I mistakenly downloaded the new 800/900 Upgrade. Had I checked this forum first,I would have known NOT to have done so. I thought that this might rectify a fault that I have recently been experiencing whereby the FA's and FO's verbal announcements etc have not activated or have been clipped. ie the FA has not introduced herself to the CA for briefing and the FO fails to report arrival of fuel slip. My Questions: 1. Should I remove the download? 2. Will it adversely affect the program if I don't? 3. How do I rectify the fault? (I tried switching the sound off and on as recommended and it worked for a short time only)I h…

Hallo there,Thank you very much for a great product.Simming community have been waiting for years for the utility of this kind.Very well done.I have several questions though:1. any chance the generic loadsheet could come on board earlier, so the Capt can plug the data into the FMC prior to the Receiving Checklist,2. After takeoff, when done with the after takeoff checklist the FO minipanel does not dissapear. It just sits there in the lower right corner. Then comes another checklist and it is still there, despite no actions being performed by the FO,3. Activation of the Approach briefing - when clicking on the green tickmark the Captain asks if the FO is ready for the App…
