FS2CREW: DEFAULT AND PMDG 737 (FS9)

Hi,I'm using an MCP hardware (www.cpflight.com) with the PMDG B737-800/900 and FS2Crew. I've assigned the keys as specified in the FS2Crew manual. On the take off page when passing 400ft, I ask for LNAV or HDG and nothing happens, the FO does not do the action, when passing 1500ft, I ask for FLCH and nothing happens, the FO does not do the action etc etc.And it seems that the MCP tool does not accept some key assignment like all num keys on the top of the keyboard (not on the numeric pad) and TAB key. So is there a way to assign other key combination in FS2Crew for MCP increase/decrease Speed fast and for Autobrake increase decrease ?Because with the actual keys assignmen…

Ok,I purchased tonight (australia) started the tutorial, can't even get the battery on. so I'm at step 6 and can't get further.Obviously I'm missing something, but I can't see what - I have read the appropriate manuals without success,Yes, I have started "cold & dark", yes pmdg 800.Did the config page - Ok, went to "receiving Aircraft page" got the "FA" Briefing. How does FSCrew deal with the existence of a hardware gear handle, such as on the PFC quadrants? First off I should say I'm really enjoying this add-on and can't wait to get online with it -- I think I'm just about ready to do that after a couple of practice flights offline.My main question comes from my practice flight #2 (don't even ask about practice flight #1; that ended just after takeoff), just a quick hop from Palm Springs to LAX. I see that I'm supposed to turn on the landing lights when cleared for takeoff, and then do the below-the-line checklist. Did that, no problems. But I don't see anything in the after takeoff flow about turning landing lights off. Don't most airlines do this passing through 10,000 (I think for some carriers it might be FL180)? D…

Hello All -First, I love this addon. Definelty more fun to fly. However, I have a few questions:1.) V speeds not being announced on T/O. I disabled the PMDG options for V1, VR call outs. The FO never makes the call outs regarding V speeds. I "thought" I set everything in the pre-depature, and depature flows maybe I missed something?2.) Flight attendants seem to be missing a phrase. i.e. The attendent call button illuminates, I answer. I never hear what the FA is requesting. Usually the captain will respond with "Yes, coffee would be great", then "I'll bring some up". Theres no other trouble during the intial briefings, etc.3.) FO doesn't make the announcenment "…

Hi Bryan,Firstly, great programme, I'm enjoying it very much. For about 75% of my flights I miss some announcements (not related to the blue call button). After configuring, sometimes I don't have the knock on the door and briefing request from the FA, the pop-up comes up OK. Also the fuel slip comes with no announcement and no words from the Gate Agent either, just the box. After this everything is OK. I would appreciate any help you could give me.RegardsGlenn

Goodmorning,I ve installed FS2Crew also to my laptop, in which I have also have installed the Ariane 737NG sounds and some panel modifications, ie pushback gauge.With the FS2Crew installation the panel modifications were erased, which was something I was expecting. The problem is that the only button from FS2crew that works is the take command. The Conficuration Page can only be opened by the FS menu. On the Receiving A/C checklist I can't click on the Green box during the checlist, but only on the red one. If I don't do the receiving a/c checklist all other checklists are working fine all buttons are working.Any ideas? Could be a conflict with Ariane sounds? Or becasue I…

Could somebody please suggest a reference on the subject of Aircraft De-Icing and the climatic criteria which determine when it should be applied.Searches in Goggle and Avsim have not produced anything very helpful so I presume that this information is concealed in various carriers Standard Operating Procedures.The F/O recommended De-Ice with an OAT of less than 10 degrees (? It takes a bit of work and doing things in the right sequence to load up the PMDG, FS2C, AND getting the second monitor working, though. Might be a silly question, I've used Fs2Crew on line last night, it was fine till I missed ATC instructions completely and on other occationsI could not hear him, this all happened while while the FO or FCdid some checks, This will be a real problem with a big fly in event.Any suggestions David

Hi,I've probably missed something in the forum or manuals, but here's the situation:I have installed FS2Crew as described in the manual (I'm using FS9, with its own service pack, plus PMDG 1.3 and the 800/900 737's). I start with the Cessna, etc. and then load the 737, which is cold and dark.All the appropriate menus and submenus from FS2Crew appear and all sounds work properly, but many switches which, according to the manual, I should be using (not the FO), are NOT operational. For instance, I cannot switch on the battery, cannot start the APU, the CRTs stay dismally off, etc. The FA, FO and all other sounds are there, I can interact with them, but not with the plane it…

OK,I have read all of the rave reviews about this product. It would be nice to be able to experience it myself, but installation problems are preventing me for doing so. When I tried to use my key to download from the site again, it was corrupted. So at this point, I have a program that won't install correctly and no way to download again because of a corrupt file (key) provided with the purchase. A double whammy!
