    Hi, I've inserted all informations in the FMC before the FO does his cockpit preparation flow. And sometimes he doesn't set the landing elevation altitude for the pressurization !Stephane

    I recntly flew an IFR flight receiving instructions from MSFS air traffic. I had previously put a planned flight into the FMC. FS2 Crew was happy up to the cruise checklist but as MSFS was not following the planned route, I wasn't able to tell the FA we were decsending, nor able to do the descent checklist.How do you get FS2 Crew to work when MSFS is giving instructions that are different from the planned flight?Thanks Phil

    Hi,I would like to know, in the official procedure, when the Departure Clearance call is made in real life.I suppose it should be before setting up the FMC or right after, to enter the departure.Now, the problem is that it might get mixed up with the first officer coming back from his walkaround ?So for those who use it with Radar Contact or online, when do you make the call ?Thanks,Olivier

    After installing FS2Crew, when I start in the preconfigured mode of engines running,the PFD is dark. So is the nav display but I can bring it up by turning on brightness control. Nothing I have tried will turn on the PFD. Does this mean that I can no longer use ATR 500 without using FS2 Crew? DickDavis

    Hi,I completed my first flight yesterday evening. Still, I am at the bottom of the learning curve, with a pretty bad approach (FO made a comment on my landing....).First, I would like to say that this is a really wonderful piece of software.It is difficult to use because what it simulates is difficult, but the program itself is very easy to use with a well though way to interface with it.I think it would be nice if we could get the Takeoff data and landing data without actally using FS2CREW.     Hello,I fly in heading mode and ALT 3000ft, 030 degres angle from the ILS course. APP mode is armed (LOC and GS white), HDG and ALT green.When capturing the LOCALIZER, the aircraft turns into the runway, LOC becomes active but I never see LOC* displayed on the AFCS.Same thing when capturing the GS, never see GS*, the GS turns from white to green directly, despite what the FO says (LOC STAR etc etc etc)

    Hi guys,First of all, i'd like to thank you for these great softs...as a proud owner of fs2crew for pmdg737 & Atr72.I've followed all instructions in the FAQ section concerning the groudcomm.gau & even clean my registry before reboot after uninstalling AC (old version)...But no success & the strange thing is i don't need to retype my key after installing the new one...?!ATR config manager set as per Fs2crew manual + Acft load over default cessna 172 w/o slewing + Patch 1.3 installed + F1 ATR SP3b5 installed.Thanks for your help!Sebastien

    I'm thinking about purchasing Radar Contact to enhance my flight experience, but wanted to know if anyone is currently using it and how do you like it? Is it compatible with ATR and FS2Crew?     Flying offline using ATC I am sometimes slightly bothered by the different voices on radio and FS2Crew. I have actually disabled the pilot voice completely from MS ATC, I just get the ATC calls and "say" the lines myself. Developers of Radar Contact have to my understanding also recoqnized this problem and they offer a "silent" voice set which contains blank sound files.Would it be possible to have one for FS2Crew also? Or if I could "record" one myself, how should I do it? In addition to the above stated reason I'm also planning to use a simple voice command program to control FS2Crew functions. To do this, I would naturally need to have the Captain's voice disabled.Any …

    Hi,FS2Crew ATR is a *very good* product! All works fine and I am almost patient... but I have just a very little problem with one thing that doesn't work as described in the manual:The captain never says "Timer's On, Taking Off" after pushing the button on the chronometre before take off. The BTO Checklist is completed, I have asked FO if he's ready for Takeoff and the aircraft is lined up.What do I wrong?Thank youIvan

    Hello,After Climb sequence completed, when passing white bug (red bug in icing conditions) climbing, i push main button to call for Flaps 0, then the first officer tells me that flaps zero are set. At that time, he should also set bank angle to HI BANK on the AFDS, if still in Heading mode. For the current version, I noticed that he doesn't do that ! Is there a chance to implement that in a near future ?One more thing, when leveling off at cruising altitude, TCAS should be in "normal" mode. Actually, it stays in "above" mode. Stephane

    How much torque does it typically take to get the bird rolling and maintain taxi?I've set the FSUIPC settings per the manual, but it feels like ATR isn't rolling as smoothly as it should.My problem may be due to the DODOSIM Advanced 206 helicopter I fly, which involves changing the brakes assignments so that the rudder (tail rotor) function is assigned to the left brake axis.When I change everything back after flying the chopper, it seems like it takes a lot of torque to get rolling on the ground.     I downloaded and purchased the ATR flight crew. I then installed the update.I opened my manual and it told me that I needed to configure first. Thing is, I can't find the configuration utility anywhere. I looked in the directory where the program was installed, but it isn't there. It's not in the start folder as well.Can someone help me?

    Installed it today, now after the loading the ATR over the default Cessna, nothing works: can't get the pfd and the mfd to light up, no matter what I do. After a while the whole sim crashes with an error message stating: "FS2Crewten.gau"Please advise.ricardo

    Hi,When ICE-STAND in departure brief is set to YES, the deicing truck arrives after cabin is ready for departure. When the PA button on the ATR's radio panel is pressed, FA informs passengers that it'll be necessary to deice aircraft and that departure will be 5 minutes delayed. That's perfectly ok.But when the PA button is not pressed during deicing and is pressed anytime later (for example during descent), the FA annoucement of delayed departure due to deicing is immediatly played.Sorry about my english, but i hope, that you understand what I am talking about.

    Manual says, that white bug on altimeter is used for Arrival Runway Touchdown Zone Elevation (TDZE) and red bug for DA.For VOR-DME approach at rwy 10 at LKTB there is TDZE 764 ft and DA 1090 ft. How to bug TDZE and DA on altimeter corretly in this case?

    Hi Bryan,I made a flight from TTPP to TJSJ tonight, about 580nm. When I triedto inform the FA to ready cabin for decent I could not get the decentbutton to work. She did inform me that the cabin was ready for landing passing 7000 ft. This was my first non tutorial flight andeverything worked then. I tried about 5 times to tell her to ready the cabin but could never make cotact with her. Cheers

    Hi Bryan,I spent some hours yesterday and today putting 1.3F through its paces and I can tell you that the mode transitions now all work without a hitch. Your idea to slow the countdown down a bit did the trick. Thanks a lot for your perseverance in trying to nail down this particular issue.And of course I also greatly appreciate your solution for us poor souls living below sea level!All in all it makes your add-on even better than it already was.
