Hi Bryan,Just seeking for help. I've post this issue on the ATR Forum but did not get a positive answer or help. If you could please help me on this if you can of course. Well what I've notice is when the CA call for Rotate that is at vr, I pull back the joystick fully backward, but the aircraft will not rotate until the speed reaches V2+5 or V2+10. That's not normal, it should rotate easily at VR.Here is the weight of my aircraft before taxi.Total Zero Weight: 16952 kgsMax Allowable TO Weight: 22000 kgsMax Allowable Fuel Weight: 5048kgsTotal Fuel at Taxi: 2468 kgsI don't think that I'm exceeeding MTOW here. Please can you help me on that?

Hi guys could you please tell me how to set the MDA of 1000 feet for this approach, considering the runway elevation threshold is 7ft and that I'm circling to land with the ATR (which is class C):134862.jpg

Hi Bryan,For route planning purposes it would be nice to have more details about the SIDs, STARs and IAPs that are included in the Departure and Approach Briefing Pages. For example that EHAM-06 means ARNEM 1R departure from runway6, etc.FS2Crew for 737 did include a section in the manual on briefing codes, so may we ask for the same thing for the ATR?Cheers,Bert

Okay guys, after two frustrating weeks trying to get my computer up and running for MSFS (what an ordeal, I'll ask more about it in another forum), I finally got it up and running last night. Got one flight in, a romp using the ATR/FS2Crew combo out on the Korean penninsula, using the tutorial.First things first, FS2Crew is absolutely fantastic! I really can't stress it enough. Let me make a comparison, let's imagine ATC services from MSFS FS2000 and compare them to Radar Contact v3 or VATSIM during a fly-in. It makes that much of a difference in the way you fly. Here's what I experienced last night:Fired up the sim, got ATR started (wideview as well) and pushed the butto…

Hi,In ATR config manager, must I set ATR to "cold and dark"? Or, could I just use "ready for taxi" to start fs2crew? Thanks.TCC

Hi Bryan,All work fine on the first flight of the day. But for the second flight, ok I restart the wrist-watch and it shows 15 mins and the FO start his flow as usual, ok still fine for the moment. But after He had finished his flow he said "fms still have to be updated", even if I had already updated it. Then all the rest work as usual until I takeoff and want to engage LNAV, so I click on the airspeed gauge but it does not engage LNAV. Then last issue is when the aircraft arrived at 10000ft, I click on the altimeter, but in the playback it says landing lights on instead of Landing light off. Please can you have a look. Thanks

Hello BryanIn a previous thread, you asked me if I could give you an example of what I thought could be a faulty fuel call. Only had time for one flight since, but the ATR was showing 1430lbs of fuel in each tank. In response to the Fuel Quantity challenge, the Captain - now me! - responded 1300 pounds.Although this is one example, it is fairly typical of previous experience. In all honesty, in the hurly burly of learning the flow of the program, it is not something which had stood out until I read the previous poster's note.Bud

Hi Bryan,During the final cockpit preparation checklist, the FO says "Memo Panel" to which the Captain replies "No smoking, Seatbelts, Prop Brake." This happens whether or not the prop brake is actually on or not. Is FS2Crew able to read the actual state of the memo panel or is this a set response? I usually like to set the prop brake when I start Hotel mode, but if this announcement cannot be changed then I'll set the prop brake before calling for the checklist.Bill

Hi Bryan, This is a new one. When I attach my seatbelt before Dep.the wristwatch stops and I have to manually bring it to zero for theFA to say cabin is ready. Could be me, don't know.

Bryan:First, I've said it before, and I'll say it again: awesome job!Okay, a few things I've noticed:1. Sometimes the taxi checklist will be completely skipped. I'll start to roll away from the ramp, and I'll press the main button to begin the taxi checklist, and it will begin the before takeoff checklist. I'm not sure if this has something to do with me taking too long from the time I release the brakes to actually calling for the taxi checklist, but today, the FO actually said "I'm ready for the taxi checklist" and I pressed the main button maybe 10 secs later and he started the before takeoff checklist. Or, could it be something to do with the pressing the Green Bu…

Hi bryan,Wow Fs2crew is wonderful. I only fly the ATR now. But I think that I have found a little bug. I use to load the ATR in Mauritius Island of course I load it after loading the cessna, "the ICAO name for the Airport is FIMP" Mauritius is an Island in the south emisphere an in the east of the GMT line. Well here is a little bug I think, you've state in one of the features list that when flying outside the US or Canada, the altimeters are read back using millibars, kilograms are used instead of pounds, but when I load the ATR in mauritius the CA/FO read back the altimeters in Hg and read back the fuel in pounds. Please have a look, as in mauritius we use kilograms and …

Just as I had it working, I have installed the patch and now after starting FS with the default Cessna and switching to an ATR, I get a black screen followed by an FS error message, clicking on the error tells me it's in f1atr.gau. I was looking forward to another flight tonight but it's not to be!I can only exit the program. It was fine before the patch, any ideas? Is there any way to get the ATR working without FS2Crew or am I completely screwed with this now and have to reinstall again to get the ATR back?Timhttp://members.chello.nl/t.westnutt/realair.gif

After power levers are engaged in the notch I'm not sure, do I hit the primary button to get the Capt to say check power or is it automatic. When I hit the primary button I'm not getting the Capt to say that. Please describe this sequence in detail. Where exactly are the power levers supposed to be? Can this be done with the joy stick throttle or must it be done in the center column panel? I'm also not getting the Capt to automatically say rotate as described in the manual but I have to hit the primary button. I'm having some problems with these. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I wonder if I can sometimes "skip the intro" and simply start the plane with ctrl+E or is it 'compulsory' to go through the procedures every time once I have FS2Crew installed?I have tryed, of course, but efis won't start. Am I doing something wrong or is it just not feasible?http://www.fspassengers.com/images/banner/sig/sdc4.jpg

Hi Bryan, I've only completed one flight with FSCrew2 so I still might have lot to learn but when I ran the after landing checklist and hit 2 times the primary button engine n1 shut off and I had to continue taxiing with only n2. Is that standard procedure or did I srew up big time? Thanks for your time,David DD
