Greetings! This is the site where you will find free downloads of all of the Airport charts and Diagrams for the United States. This is not a site for ready made SID/STARS databases (this site has charts which have not yet been converted into database format).Let me apologize for reposting this however this post may better identify and clarify what will be found at this site for those who are new and searching for this data. The link below will take you directly to the page where you begin your airport search and down load.Unfortunately you cannot download all the charts and diagrams with one command but you can can get the charts for an entire large airport like KJFK in a …

I have been writing my own procedures for my PMDG 737NG successfuly (Thanks to Terry's excellent guide) However my latest attempt results in an FMC error message saying that a Navaid can't be found. The Navaid in question is in the "wpNavAID.txt" file. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what might cause this.

Hi Terry;I've just recently noticed that several of the RNAV DPs for KATL that recently changed are completely missing from the procedures data on planepath.com for both the PMDG and LVL-D. For example there is no BRAVS4 departure and several others. Any ideas?

Hi folks,I would like to have the SIDSTARs to match AIRAC cycle 0609, which is a demo for PMDG from navdata. I am not sure I really want to be updating all the time and would be ok with a recent matching set. I am just learning about all of this and trying things out.Currently I have the old SID STAR that came with the downloaded 747 PMDG version, version, so now it does not match my current airac cycle. Is it possible to get this old one?ThanksGreg

Hello: After installing both the data from AIRAC cycle and the procedures for PMDG, I have a strange problem. In the default KSEA airport, I get the following in the FMC: KSEA err: 16R rwy unknown I also get similar errors for EGLL (I haven't tested other airports). Does anyone know of a solution for this? Thanks,

Is there a site I can go to to view SID/STARS online? Easier for me to view and print for the ones I frequent in flight sim.I don't own any of the products for which planepath.com has the SID/STARS; and I would like to actually see what they look like.In SuperFlightPlanner (what I use) it lists various STARS for airports, but I don't know which one puts me in the right heading for my flight plan, so I have to toggle each one, look at the map and then guess it.Thanks for any help :)

Terry,I tried to program a flight, VHHH-RPLB, but got stuck on the FMC. The PMDG FMC triggered an error 'RPLB' error: 'BAGTA' unknown. Editing the RPLB procedure file and adding the BAGTA intersection did not solve the error. The AIRAC cycle I'm using is 0612.Thank you.Vic

USFIF cycle 0611 of U.S. only Terminal Procedures (SIDs, STARs and IAPs) for almost all aircraft are ready for download at my site at http://PlanePath.com/ . FeelThere aircraft will be delayed until I can get an AIRAC cycle for them, that is if I can get an update from FeelThere. Please read the 'Read This First.TXT' file for more information about the switch to USAFIF data and how it affects this update. This is the first cycle of U.S. only procedures. In some cases the installer will update U.S. procedures only and leave all others as they are. In other cases the U.S. procedures will be updated but all other procedures for other than U.S. airports will be eliminated. Thi…

Ok, here's the story as of today. As most all of you know the DAFIF is gone. However, in its place the NGA is providing the USFIF. This is good news but the bad news is that the USFIF contains only U.S. terminal procedures. So as of the 0611 cycle, coming up the 26th of Oct, I will be providing up-to-date terminal procedures (SIDs, STARs and IAPs) for U.S. airports only. This still amounts to over 1400 airports for most aircraft. This change may cause a few problems with those aircraft that combine all the procedures into one or two files. In those cases when that file or files are replaced during update it in effect deletes all the procedures that are not U.S.. This will …

Hi all,I've have a problem with current AIRAC, 0610, for the PSS 777 and 757. I planned a route from KSEA to KLAX and added a STAR thru MOOR3 for runway 7L.I've done a comparison of this STAR procedure with PMDG 747,737, LEVEL-D 767 and PSS 777,757 and the PSS FMC does'nt show the proper transition route. The route should read WAKER,FEKIL,TURKA,RWY7L, but instaed reads,WAKER,RWY7L, which evidently does'nt line up the aircraft to the final approach properly. I've attached a screen shot of three FMC's to show the differences.Has anyone else had this expierience?

Hi all,I wanted to take the time to thank all of you who have been using my terminal procedures and to let you know I am done as of cycle 0610. As of 1 Oct the DAFIF, which is my source of data, will no longer be available for download so I will no longer be able to supply new, current procedures from my site at PlanePath.com. I intend to leave cycle 0610 there for all to continue to download though. Since procedures change slowly they should remain good for some time in the future. If people find errors I will attempt to correct them.I have given some thought of completing my universal terminal procedures creation program but I do not know how it would be received. Quest…

Is the PSS_Insert utility still necessary for adding SID/STARS to the PSS FMC? I tried to download from the planepath site, but the link was broken, so I just did a complete install of the new SID/STARs. The file sizes are much smaller, so I am wondering what is missing? I tried the v1.1 here on Avsim, but it freezes and does not complete the install.Kylehttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg

I get the following results when executing the iFly_Beta_Procedures_0609.exe for the iFly 747-400 from planepath.com as recommended in the iFly Service Package 2 download.1. At this point, Sid and Star files are installed in my Flight Simulator 9iFly747-400navdataSTARS and SIDS folders.9. If I click "exit" my response is "install has not completed. Are you sure you want to exit." If I continue to exit she then tells me: "The install w…

I have downloaded cycle 608 for the level-d and I think there is a problema with the terminal procedures for LEMD. There is no ILS for runway 33L and I can only select ILS for runway 33R. But this last one also seems to be wrong because when I review the approach in the plan mode the waypoints are for the 33L but the ILS frequency is for the 33R. Because of that problem I downloaded the SID/STAR All-in-one file from navdata and after installing it all seems to be OK.I'm not really and expert so I might be wrong, but that's what happened to me.

Hi TerryFirst thanks for your ongoing work....much appreciated.Question 1. If I find a waypoint in the AIRAC that appears to be in the wrong location...who should I query this with...Stefan at Navdata or yourself?Question 2. Are your procedures files (SIDS and STARS) all current with the associated AIRAC files?...updated to reflect the latest changes in SIDs and STARS?Question 3. Is it possible to use any sort of utility to look at an XML file (have in mind the LDS767 xml airport files)and determine which SIDS and STARS are provided? When there was a single procedure file for LDS 767 I used to use Procio to check this for any airport. My particular query with regard Quest…

Does anyone have or know where I can get SIDs for Australian airfields for uploading into PMDG 744? The airfields I'm interested in are Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. I know where to get the actual procedure, but I'm after the 'program' for installing into the FMC.How easy/difficult is it to write your own SID? How is it done and where does it get uploaded into PMDG?Many thanks in advance.Guy
