Jim, I'll be waiting for someone to report it yet. I did a few reinstalls of OS and ASX today but can't get my main Client PC to read Flight Plans, and it returns an error ID departure airport. But on my another pc, that I don't use normally for flight simming, ASX CAN read the plans OK. So I wiped (formatted) C disk on my problematic PC and reintstalled everything from scratch but ASX still doesn't want to read FSX flight plans. I guess some OS, environment component is missing for ASX to read the plans. The problem is even worse because I have a non-english WinXP SP2. I've got .NET FRAMEWORK 1.1 & 2.0 installed on the both client, and seemingly there's no big differ…

Hi AllSeveral times prior to arriving at my destination I bring up the FSX ATC to get the latest weather and active runway and I have found that the Altimeter reading from the ATC differs from the Altimeter reading which ASX indicates for the destination airport.Case in point arriving at London CYXU ATC indicates Altimeter reading is 29.91 and the ASX Dest. reports Alt. 30.08.When checking Alt. setting in my aircraft after landing it indicates 29.91 not 30.08.I placed a check mark for FS to lock onto closest airport which was CYOW my departure airport.When I arrived at CYXU I brought up the ASX map and saw that the check mark was still there but so was CYOW in the map mo…

I have looked in the manual and on you website but can find no information on the ASX exception numbers or what is the cause of them.Is there such a list? If not, I'd suggest that one is produced to improve the documentation and provide additional information for users of the product so that they can do some investigation of configuration or operational issues themselves.Jeff

Hi,I purchased XGrpahics & ActiveSkyX and have a question :)Yesterday I also purchased Megascenery Hawaii and started ASX.It applied the weater and XGraphics for Hawaii and I started FSX.Now my question is... Does XGrpahics effect my Megascenery Add-on ? Am I losing my Megascenery files? replaced by XGraphics?Can I unapply XGraphics once applied?Cheers,Brian.

I looked in the help files but wasn't quite able to figure it out myself (sorry).Ok, I want to start a flight in FSX from CYQB (Quebec City) with current weather data and with weather-influenced graphics by X Graphics.So, what I would do is :1. Launch ASX.2. Wait for the weather data to download (related to CYQB of course).3. Click the Report button. 4. Click the Install X Graphics Textures.5. To the best of my knowledge - I have read every thread about the simconnect.dll failure.I have tried every thing recommended. I am running FSX and ASX on same machine. I have uninstalled FSX SP1, uninstalled ASX , reinstalled FSX SP1, and reinstalled ASX . Hi all, Ive been getting an error message I havent seen before while trying to load a flight plan from AYPY to PGSN. The weather downloads ok and everything loads as it should. Following on from Hans' post, I was wondering how AS6.5/ASX model turbulence. This is of particular interest here on the E coast of Australia, where the Wx is very wild at present.Does the data come solely from METARS?? Or does either process data from TAFs eg "MOD TURB BLW 5000FT", or SIGMETs eg "BRISBANE FIR SEV TURB FCST" or even the published ATIS eg "SIGWX: MOD TURB FORECAST BLW 5 THOUSAND FT. The metar 192020Z for EKRK says cavok, but with ASX the weather looks like its about to rain with overcast. I live next to the airport and theres not a cloud in the sky anywhere.If i turn of ASX and use MS weather its fine with no clouds, so somethings wrong here.

Last night, flying the RealAir SF260 (for the first time), I started getting completely smacked around at about 10,000 feet. I wasn't really sure what was going on until I opened up XGauge, which explained it all (see screenie).First time I have encountered really heavy weather using ASX and it was amazing. I'm about to buy a much larger HDD which will necessitate the re-installation of fs9 and my beloved asv6. I purchased when the program was available through Flight1 (wrapper). I still have all the info ie: Proof of Purchase etc. What will the re-activation procedure be now, since the inception of your dedicated website?Jon

Hello all,I have an issue ever sense I installed active sky and x graphics bundle. FSX loads fine but when I go into free flight the image of my aircraft never loads into the initial screen, and when im ready to go the screen flicks over a couple of times and the loading screen doesnt fill up the screen in total black its just a box. I can still see my desktop to the side of the loading screen. It loads to 100% in like 10 seconds and then just freezes. Tried uninstalling x graphics but didnt seem to work.Have a few third party stuff but nothing to major, Fscene X USA and Canada and a couple of mission downloads. Any help would be great.Thanks

When flying with ASX and ASXG my frame rates went from my normal 20-25 to 2-3. Not good for flying ... is there a "standard" set of settings I should be using with ASX?John

Hi,Love the new program, but I have one problem relating to running it across a network using Simconnect.Every 19 seconds I get a pause or stutter which lasts about a second and then the sim carries on. Does anyone else get this and if so is there a cure..thanksKeith

OK... I read throgh the documentation and did everything I think I needed to do.I thought I have to start a client or something on the secondoary pc.. But I didn't see any. All I did on the secondary pc was simconect.cfg with the ip addy of my FSX box and I ran that program in sdk lib.I started the ASX and it started and brought the weather from KSEAThen I started FSX on my primary PC and the simconnect window opened I see bunch of things "requist id=10, amd request id=23" go by. BTW.. I have my cessna running in Florida.The ASX is stil showing KSEA. IT looks not they are not talking.MannyI am getting a Pop up when I start FSX. "Can't init Simconnect Error"

Had to reinstall AsV6.5 and ASG due to an Op sys (XP) meltdown. AsV loads fine but am getting the following error when starting ASG:Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application.This happens when AsV options are set to ASG autosubmit and when starting ASG standalone.Any way to fix without yet another uninstall/reinstall?Thanks,Jim Harnes
