Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hi! I flew up from Napa County airport in Fs9 to Angwin Parrett, about a 15 minute flight up the Napa valley yesterday and spent the night at Pacific Union College who own the airfield and pretty much everything else up there. Angwin Parrett is a paved runway airport and is at an elevation of 1,800ft north of St. Helena in the Napa valley. The following are pics from the short flight back. Weather was clear and calm with winds from the South and cruise altitude was 2,800ft. Route: Taking off: Climb out: Nice lake: Entering the Napa valley: Tracking 130 degrees down the valley: Vinyards maybe! …

Not all of orbz North America scenery is beautiful mountains, streams and lakes. Some of it is irrigated farm land and semi-arid, as in this flight from Twin Falls Idaho to Boise Idaho.

Plenty of places in the FS9.5 world, that you could take this superb model Friedl apart, there's not too much for AES to do, it has its own pushback truck, airstair. Performance is not too shabby, presume the RJ had slightly hotter engines than the 146 Must remember: no reverse thrust, no reverse thrust! It all happens at the split tail, and that hole in the wing.

  9. Just completed mission #2 Ken Stalling did for Milviz's Baron. Excellent job Ken... feel like we've flown together now. You might want to check why you keep repeating "climb to 9,000 MSL" over and over again though after heading back to the field.

  10. Took the default Prepar3d (nee FSX) Baron out for a little flight today. PilotEdge will work with just a couple of edits, Active Sky also sent updated weather (Prepar3d does not have a built in real time weather engine that I am aware of... yet). PilotEdge log

  11. Flew a routing I made so many times during my youth with my father flying. This was a nice showing of the Baron's capabilities as a time machine, the drive by car was much, much longer... believe me! Pilotedge log

I recently purchased two add-ons to enhance my FSX experience: Active Sky 2012 and EZdok Camera. I took a flight from Albany, NY (KALB) to Chatham, MA (Cape Cod, KCQX) in the Flight1 177 (another recent purchase actually). (UTX and GEX also installed) A beautiful day in downstate New York However, AS2012 decides to ruin the day with some overcast :Phbbbt: I hope at least one of you Garmins knows where you are going! If you don't like the weather, just climb higher Just in case there's any doubt about this plane's manufacturer! Finally descending out of the soup (thanks for nothing AS2012) Turning final towar…

An American Morning Kyle Schurb sure did a excellent depiction/repaint of this nicely modeled aircraft, wish we had a virtual cockpit to match! Has anyone merged the Captain Sim cockpit with the Skyspirit2010 aircraft in FSX??? Hopefully you enjoyed these screens (not edited except for borders, resizing & a slight sharpening), C & C is always appreicated...Darryl Let's not forget the basic's: the repaint is by Kyle Schurb, aircraft from SkySpirit2010, scenery by MegaScenery, and LAX from fsdreamteam.

She's a darn fine piece of FSX machinery. Handles well in all areas, and a total joy to hand-fly Climbing out of Darrington Field Maintaining 1500' in the pattern For some reason I had a gear abnormality...gear selector handle was up but gear remained down Heading back to check this slight problem out (I hope it is nothing...don't want to bend any metal on my new B55) I cycled the gear handle...and surprisingly the gear retracted into the under-carriage.... Gonna hope for the best!!! GUMPS check!!!! Final Moments .. Point of no return Enjoy
